Match of the Millennium

Description: Koto finds Lilith, servant of Darkness enjoying a 4th of July day celebration and decides to bring down the dragon fury!

[LILITH]
It's Metro City on the 4th of July! There is a whole lot of things going on--people in Colonial Period dress for reinactments, parades, hotdog contests--if only Naerose was here--and speaking of, Darkstalkers! Well, one that can hide in plain sight, anyway. And right now Lilith is. She has adopted the CLEVER DISGUISE of reforming the bats on her patented succubi tights into little eagles, meanwhile a stars and stripes pattern has taken over her red wings! Right now she's currently sitting atop the shoulders of a very tall and stocky man with a beared, hat and sunglasses as she holds what looks like a large dixie cup of beer and many pieces of food in the others--others because her wings have formed into hands and are also gripping hotdogs, onion rings, barbecue and mugs of beer.

"I AM THE LIZARD QUEEN! WHOO!" she calls out, followed up by a rather long and drawn out belch.

To the trained eye, however, it's rather clear that this is not just a girl in a festive costume, but rather a Darkstalker, a succubus--one that's currently in service to Jedah Dohma.

[KOTO]
While Koto had met a few kind DarkStalkers, he was still under the impression that not all of them were kind ones. His own outfit at the moment consisted of a white tank top with a light brown vest over it and a pair of jeans. The Pacific High student was pretty much in Metro because well... festivitives, school's out, and the KoF was under way. Plus, he didn't have a lot to do until the next set of matches was announced!

So, imagine his surprise when he sees... a DarkStalker? Peering a little, Koto hums, noting the resemblence, even as his psychic senses give a small 'ping' like feeling now that he's found the elusive thing that was bothering him for the past hour or so.

"Well, that is disgusting." Koto looks carefully at Lilith from across the square a bit before sighing and deciding to approach. If nothing else than to save the guy she's apparently taken over or something. If it's even a real person.

Pondering how best to lure the DarkStalker into a confrontation, Koto decides the easy way, "Hey! DarkStalker!"

While he might be at a loss as to what else to say, the attention to an actual DarkStalker is sure to at least get some sort of reaction. Maybe. Or at least get her attention so he can take this elsewhere. Maybe!

[LILITH]
Koto does get Lilith's attention, alright. She looks straight over at him and takes off the American flag hat she'd been using to cover her eyes from the sun--as well as the sunglasses that went with it. Her headwings still stuck out around the sides of the hat. She handed off the snacks and beer off to people around her--then took off into the air--seeming to do a front flip off the guy's shoulders and land with a click of her stiletto heeled boots on the concrete.

"What's this then? A party crasher?" she grinned, her wings shifting from hands back into actual wings, folding behind her back. "You look pretty bony, not much spirit in ya, I imagine," she giggled, one of her wings shifting into a hand to point a finger at Koto, apparently she didn't really care about concealing herself.

[KOTO]
Koto does eye the hands forming into wings. "Hm... must be a succubus trait." He muses to himself, then shrugs, "Oh, I have plenty of spirit. Looks, after all, can be pretty deceptive."

A belt suddenly materializes around his waist in a glow of prismatic light as one hand moves to touch where it manifests.

One of his arms comes up, swinging across as he calls out, "Henshin!" The same glow that manifested the belt suddenly envelops him, shattering seemingly into motes of rainbow colored light to reveal him in a costume of his own. While not patriotic, it's obvious that he's at least more than a little serious and that isn't just some illusion at all.

"Mega Dragon Fighter, J-Dragon! Care to see if I'm just 'bony' now, succubus?" The now costumed fighter declares.

[LILITH]
"One way to find out. Gonna need a moment alone, boys," Lilith snaps the fingers of her wing-hand, briefly stepping aside to drag a small Honda out of it's parking space by the bumper and uses it to partially cordon off that section of the street, closing the arms of her sunglasses.

"Good thing those foreign cars are so small, phew~" she cracks her knuckles, her wing hands doing the same before briefly reforming back into wings.

"You got till these hit the ground, dragon boy," she smirks and flicks them up into the air--the plastic sunglasses doing a small arc before sailing back to the ground!

Koto shrugs, "Your loss." He actually settles back into a wide, martial artist stance with his hands in open palms.

Once the sunglasses hit the ground to signal the start, Koto spins suddenly with his back leg sticking out. A prismatic wave looking vaguely like a tail shoots out from him at Lilith herself, "Dragon Swings Tail!" Comes the attack call.

And to make it worse, the young man spins in not just a leg sweep, but a wheel kick as he hops into the air with his other leg sending out another wave of prismatic energy as it swings at her.

Her eyes lighting up as she sees the Henshin and summary energy wave rolling out towards her, she actually darts /toward/ the energy, a grinning snarl across her features as her wings reform into arms--pushing the wave up and away from her as she barrels through it.

"Just because I'm not as big as my sister--hrghh--" her wing hands clasp together and come down on Koto like a massive hammer blow!

"Doesn't mean I can't throw my weight around! Haha!"

Seeing the incoming attack as he finishes his spin and landing, Koto just has time to stand up before the hammer blow hits him a bit harshly into the pavement.

Rolling away, he comes up in a kneeling position before bringing his hands upwards from either side of him even as prismatic flames ignite along his arms. "Dragon Flame Swipe!"

The flames launch out in a wide arc, trying to catch Lilith in them.

Koto tilts his head, "Sister, huh? So I was right. You are related to Morrigan?"

"Don't bother gettin' up--I can always kick ya while you're down!" Lilith cackles. A crowd naturally has formed around the area to watch the fight, chanting, laughing, yelling.

"Sure am--I got all the good qualities, all her curiosity, all her vibrance, the ability to fit into a pair of jeans, hnnghhh--" her wing arms furl around her like a shell as the flames are blocked.

"I mean seriously, do people know know why she wears a leotard and tights--" her wing arms now swing out, turning into blades as she twirls towards him.

"You don't gotta be a friggin' scientist to figure that one out!"

The laughter and chanting at someone who Koto had come to respect seems to spur him into action. With the incoming bladed wings coming at him, he brings up his arms in a guard position, then suddenly pushes outwards more on instinct as prismatic light hardens into a brief image of a dragon's head with some wings on it that takes the full force of the attack as the costumed fighter stands firm, one foot sliding backwards to give himself a more close in stance.

In response to the whirling blades, Koto spins suddenly into a back kick aimed at Lilith.

The spin finishes with Koto moving into a different stance than what he had, this time with his fists closed and his stance more closer to a standing position, ready it seems, to throw more than just that spin kick. "Another difference is that Lilith has my respect for going through what the SNF put her in. I would not speak bad of her in my company again, succubus. Besides, she has a better figure."

Sparks fly and there are cheers as Lilith's wing blades bounce off the prismatic dragon head, forcing the succubit to come to a stop as her heeled boots click back to the ground. She darts back a few steps, bringing her wings and arms up.

"I've been on SNF too! all the time," her red stiletto heeled boot suddenly turns into a long spike--bringing her foot down as she attempts to kick out at Koto's legs and feet with it.

"She needs weight watchers and a sports bra!" the spike that used to be Lilith's boot comes down, trying to put Koto on the defensive!

Instead of meeting Koto's legs or feet at all, the costumed teen brings his hand up, and down in a quick arc. "J-Punch!" Said spike ends up being punched literally into the ground before he follows up with sweeping the punch along towards Lilith's body even as some prsimatic sparks come off of his gloved hand.

Stepping back as he pulls his fist back, the teen still looks serious, "You obviously have not gone past a training bra, lady. Although I will note Morrigan's figure is more pleasant than someone who looks like they should be in middle school rather than making insults against someone."

His hands stay in their closed fist position as he tilts his head, "And I do not believe I have ever seen you in SNF. I guess you should be pitied a bit if they continue to overlook you."

[LILITH]
"Ow!" there is a screech as the sparking prismatic punch meets Lilith's shoulder and side of her head, throwing her aside as she tumbles, groaning and then finally pulling herself back up. Both boots were normal again.

"You just never watched the good ones!" Lilith coughs, pulling herself up. "And my chest is Aerodynamic, damnit!" One of her wings flings out, shaped like a giant hand with it's palm flat, attempting to give Koto a rather cruel backhand!

The back hand sends Koto flying, and his landing has him rolling as he comes up in a crouched position with his hands by his side. "Sure they are! You did open with attacks on Morrigan, so if you can't take it, don't dish it out!"

His hands and stance comes up as he takes a wider stance, both hands open as he seems to concentrate. And then he begins to glow. Prismatic energy shrouding his form as he shifts his stance to being more stable, and his hands up ready for what might come his way.

"I mean, if you are that jealous of your sister, I suppose you should go have it out with her sometime. Or are you that scared of being proven wrong about her?" Koto suggests.

"Uh oh, we got a badass over here!" Lilith grins and gestures to Koto, then to the crowd, many of them hooting in response. She apparently is waiting to see what Koto does, however, rather than attempting to capitalize on the sudden break in the action.

"My sister is a succubus like me, you better be careful or she'll swallow your soul as well!

COMBATSYS: Lilith rolls her head around, joints popping audibly as wounds and tears in her outfit begin to close inexplicably.

Koto shrugs, "I know that. The difference is, she has my respect. You, on the other hand?"

His hand moves to a bit of a strange formation in front of him, his feet shifting as if to brace as a prismatic display appears. That winged dragon's head reappears as his wrists cross in front of him, hands open before he slides them up into a more cross formation, "Do not yet! AURORA BUUUURST!"

That winged dragon's head suddenly is shot through and swirls into a blast of prismatic light aimed straight for Lilith at an astonishingly wide, powerful beam at her.

Lilith is wideeyed and yelling as the sudden surge of energy, bearing a dragon's head comes crashing down on her--picking her up and smashing her back against the car she pulled around as a cordon--denting in the side of it and smashing all of the windows out from the impact!

"Argghh--gah!" Lilith picked herself back up, spitting out blood as she convulses against the ground a bit from the sheer pain, pulling herself back up.

"Gonna peel you out of that outfit and might have a sip myself!" Lilith darts towards Koto, one of her wing arms formed into a blade!

Moving to meet the blade head on, Koto's suit gives off some more prismatic sparks as it ends up taking a good deal of the damage of the blade, even then it looks like despite his being in whatever that suit is made of that he can bleed a bit.

"Good luck on that one!"

Since Lilith is so in close, Koto decides to use good old martial arts tactics. Namely to try to get a hold of her and launch her in a hip throw into the ground. That probably won't feel good to her, but it does hopefully get her away from his now slightly injured side. "... great, Honoka's going to kill me for that one."

"Hey what're you doing--aoow!" Lilith is grabbed and thrown to the ground, landing arse over teakettle. pulling herself back up and shaking her head. It would appear she hit her head on that one, as she looks just a tad dizzy!

"Alright dragon boy, lets go--when I say dance, you dance!" Lilith rolls her weight onto the balls of her feet, ready for action--at the same time her hand glows and something appears in it. It's a giant tophat, glowing a prismatic energy of some kind. But it definitely doesn't feel like chi.

"Hey!" she flings it out, as if trying to catch Koto in some kind of strange performance art! (Hint, it is.)

Suddenly, as the hat connects with Koto, there is a giant puff of smoke--and a pair of ghostly red satin curtains comes down to conceal him--Lilith appearing from said smoke... dressed as a playboy bunny? The hell?

"Welcome welcome, it's shooooowtime!" She pulls on a red satin bit of rope and the curtains open to reveal--Koto?? on a large round stage, neon lights along the dias's base with 'SHOWTIME' in big multi-colored bubble lights, and there's even red soul bats carrying little spotlights!

"You dance, cowboy," she giggled, and suddenly what look like flamethrowers, machine guns and frost cannons rise up around the stage area, firing at him to 'make' him!

[KOTO]
Koto tilts his head, looking around at the curtains, and... whatever the hell?

hen he's forced into dancing like mad it seems as machine guns and frost cannons open fire on him from all sides! By the end of it he's not looking too good as the enchantment breaks finally and he falls down. "... what the hell?"

He coughs out, then moves to his feet, and launches himself at Lilith as he rises into the air. The winged dragon head appears under him, then swirls around before going straight to his feet as he flips in the air and comes down with a vicious looking axe kick at Lilith herself.

"RAIJIN--" The kick coming down almost sounds like thunder as it descends on her, not to mention the clap of the second one that comes up aiming at her regardless if he hits or not as he backflips almost immediately after landing, "--RYU!"

After the weapons have stopped unloading into Koto, they disappear--along with the stage, and Lilith's Vegas-ey outfit. She moves over to Koto and looks down at him, appearing upside down to him as he gets up.

"Didja have fun? I think the audience did!" she grinned, pulling herself up and back out of his field of view, dancing back as the axe kick suddenly sails down at her almost immediately afterwards. It smashes into the ground, coming within inches of her head!

"Y'missed! Whoop whoop whoop!" doing her best 3 Stooges impression, she hops backwards, reaching out with one wing arm to try and grab Koto and throw him to the ground!

Despite being thrown to the ground as he is, Koto springs back up quite quickly, flipping backwards to an almost runner looking stance before he charges forward suddenly.

Even more odd is that his arms seem to be covered in prismatic looking wings for a second before those coalesce down to his hands. "Two can play the throwing game, succubus! FLYING DRAGON!" His run is pretty fast, and the real danger comes from when he tries to plant a hand on Lilith's midsection, attempting to literally pick her up and carry her along a few steps before returning the slam to the ground.

As Lilith is picked up, she struggles momentarily before looking down at Koto, grabbing him by the shoulders.

"Ahhhh! eat bat!" Lilith explodes into bats on impact--they surge around him in a light green glowing cloud of screeching psi-based entities, tearing through him before she reforms on the ground, wavering back and forth.

"Phew, okay, your move!"

[KOTO]
Koto is a bit shocked by well... exploding gas cloud bats that have him seemingly down for the count nearly as he rises back to his feet. And turns. Then he brings a hand up as his stance widens and a last seeming gasp of his own prismatic, psychic energy launches out at Lilith, "Dragon..."

His hand swings and what looks like a serpentine seeming dragon spiralling into a roiling wave comes out of it at Lilith even as he falls to one knee, "Emperor!"

Lilith ducks down as the wave of energy passes right over her. "Predictabo!" she calls out, doing her best impression of Geese's voice, angling her right shoulder towards Koto as she approaches him.

"That's the problems ith announcing your attacks," Lilith waggled a finger at the man. "Here, let me help you walk--" her right wing suddenly turned bladed, attempting to slash it across Koto as she sprang into the air!

COMBATSYS: Koto fails to interrupt Shining Blade from Lilith with Crane Swipes Fish.

[KOTO]
Koto brings himself up, sliding into the wider stance on approach, but his speed isn't enough as the blade actually slashes him pretty deep even as he stumbles backwards from the force of it. When it's over, the costumed teenager ends up landing on his back on the pavement with his costume fading away into motes of prismatic light.

And he's definitely not moving at the moment, with a good sized cut showing on his side and his chest from where she did get through his suit. Ow.

[LILITH]
"'MURICA!" Lilith shouts out, the crowd cheering behind her as the stars and stripes pattern overtakes her wings again. "Looks like you'll have to wait for another chance to foil Dohma's plans, hero boy, I gotta go find some degenerate and powder my nose for now," she made a motion as if she was talking about drinking something, ergo, drinking soul essence.

"Ta-ta~" Lilith explodes into bats, fluttering away as Koto is left on the pavement.
