Match of the Millennium

Description: Ayane has been sighted sneaking around Taiyo High just a little too often by some students and they decide to teach the Gedo High student a lesson... Fortunately, someone's out there to stop those bullies before it's too late!

[AYANE]
It wasn't the first time Ayane was seen sneaking around Taiyo High. While she was very careful not to be seen, Ayane didn't use her 'talents' to remain unseen or move faster, relying on just her natural agility...

The violet haired girl was far from expecting her presence around Taiyo High would eventually stir up the ire of some students who obviously didn't like to see a Gedo High punk wander around their school. After all, if a girl from Gedo High is seen a few times around school, she was obviously up to no good.

As of sort when Ayane came yet another time to try and find more clues about Kasumi, she got intercepted by three Taiyo High students who obviously decided to teach her a lesson.

The three students had Ayane cornered up against the wall of the school, a smug look on their face, "Gedo High punk... Thinking you own the place, eh? We're going to teach you a little lesson..."

Ayane glares back at them. Obviously she didn't want to fight by her stance, but deep down she was burning to let loose some of her rage, "... Tss, if you know what's good for you, you'll leave before I get angry," She threatens.

Even if Ayane was fierce like a wolverine, from the point of view of any bystander, the petite girl was in trouble.

[KOTO]
And who happened to be visiting Taiyo High but a resident super hero of sorts? Koto. He was a bit late, but well... now he saw something that probably made his blood boil a bit.

If there was one thing that Koto hated, it was bullies.

If it was one thing he hated worse? It was someone bullying someone who he at least considered a friend. Upon seeing this, Koto marches right on over. And from a safe distance, still in his Pacific High uniform, calls out, "Hey! Leave her alone!"

The teen's definitely not looking happy about the situation, but his hands are clenched into fists as well, obviously ready to take things to a violent level if the three don't back off.

[AYANE]
When Koto barges in, Ayane blinks and turns her gaze over in his direction. The look on her face was one of confusion, a mixture of emotions that leaves her to just blankly stare at him and... Was that an eye-twitching squint? Maybe...

The Taiyo High students glance at Koto and one of them waves him off dismissingly, "Mind your own bussiness!" He says, "She deserves everything she's going to get,"

One of the student frowns as he studies Koto, "Wait a minute... Weren't you with her the other day? What the hell were you doing here with her!?" He shouts at her.

Whatever Koto's role was in all of this, the student who instigated all of this decides it was high time to give Ayane a lesson, lunging at her to try and punch her.

[KOTO]
Koto charges forward at the incoming punch, calling out "Henshin!" as he goes, the prismatic glow covering his body as he suddenly seems to speed up a bit.

He's obviously aiming to try to get there before the punch can possibly hit Ayane, but he's not fast enough to intercept something like that. Not from that distance.

Still, the sight of someone in a sudden costume, and a nice big flash of light? That's at least going to alert someone to the troubles. If not serve as a distraction and turn attention towards him. Or so he hopes.

[AYANE]
It was enough to distract the three students from Ayane. Did Ayane need his help? Hard to say, but in the end, the student's punch hit nothing as Ayane knelt and side stepped to avoid his punch.
She held back even though she was itching to retaliate but she couldn't help but share a similar surprise than the other students even if hers was more apparent.
The students blink and stare at Koto, "What the hell..." One of them whisper, not sure just what had happened. The third one glares at Koto, "Who do you think you are? Coming to our turf and acting up like that," Obviously they were slightly intimidated by the flashly display but... The fact they were three to one certainly bolstered their morale.
Said student decides to test out Koto and he charges at, spinning on his heel to try and round-house kick him.

The incoming spinning kick is blocked as Koto slides to a stop, Koto glances at the kick. "THAT is not a kick."

His stance as he pushes the leg away is pretty good at least. Solid, grounded... and Koto unleashes a quick front crescent kick at the thug that just tried to kick him.

Noticeably he brings the knee up first, as if he was going to knee the poor thug before the leg snaps out to add more momentum to do additional impact, "This is! J-Kick!"

His leg drops back down almost immediately, resuming his stance as his hands come up in a solid posture, with his stance being firm as he starts to circle to put the three students in his line of sight, as well as get their attention away from Ayane. "Just one of you will not be enough for Mega Dragon Fighter J-Dragon. Care to try with three?"

Fighting was such a popular sport in Southtown it felt like very student had some interest into it. When Koto blocks the kick of the first student, he grits his teeth as he hardly has the time to recover his composure before Koto counters with his own crescent kick.

The blow knocks him back a couple of feet until he rolls back on his back with a loud thud and a grunts of pain, slowly rolling on the ground. It felt like this was almost enough to defeat him alone.

The boss of the group blinks at Koto's provocation and he cracks his knuckles, "Alright, you're looking for it, punk..." He points a finger at him and then says, "YOu're not the only one who's got flashy moves! Come on, let's show him our burning spirit!"

The two remaining Taioy High Student gets beside one another and they move their hands together, focusing on their chi enough to perform an incredible feat of forming a ball of energy, "For Taiyo!" They shout as they both throw the fireball of mixed energy at Koto.

Koto brings his hands up, then seems to think better of it as he lets the mixed ball of chi hit him, pushing him back a couple of steps with what looks like wisps of the prismatic energy flowing from him. "Seriously, two of you and that's it?"

Koto's stance loosens as his legs spread and that prismatic energy is gathered again in one hand, "/THIS/ is just one person!"

"DRAAAGON EMPEROR!" The hand is swung around from the back side, and unleashes a rolling, cascading wave of prismatic energy that twists sideways to make sure it gets both of the two students that just fireballed him potentially.

His feet stay in that wider stance as he alternates his circling to the other side, making sure to keep Ayane out of the line of fire it seems. He does glance to see where she is briefly, a small turn of his head showing him doing it before he looks back at the students. His hands now are in a looser fist, noticeably almost like they are ready to open to do palm strikes or other priorities.

Ayane didn't run away, she merely stood a safe distance and watched the fight between the three students, staring silently and totally impassive for the time being.

The two students who attacked Koto are both panting from the exertion of their attack... And the way Koto valiantly breaks through their attack to counter with his was quite an intimidating feat. The two of them barely have the time to brace from the prismatic wave of energy that is hurled their way, arms broght up to protect themselves and take the most of the impact but the two of them growls in pain as they're driven back slightly by the attack.

The student that had been rolling on the ground from the pain tries to crawl back on his feet and he lunges on Koto to try and grapple him. The boss of the three grins, "You want a threesome with us!? You're going to get it!" He shouts as he charges with the other student, both of them attempting to give him a flurry of punch and kicks while he's being restrained.

Koto steps again, this time his hands swing out, blocking the grapple with both hands as he pushes the boy trying to one side before spinning and furiously attacking back on the punches and kicks with both hands.

The strange part is that he definitely seems more power than speed as his hands literally swipe the leg or arm forcefully, even adding a knee if both hands are occupied as he continues to move around the two students, making sure they are inbetween the third again.

Even if one gets through, it seems as if he is not long after just punching it or pushing it away rather than letting them have a moment to try to grab or do anything else.

[AYANE]
Even if Koto might have been stronger and faster than they were, the sheer number should have been enough to swarm him and overwhelm him. In spite of that, the young hero manages to hold his ground, retaliating the assault and denying them any advantage they could have had, his own puches breaking through the student's defense until the tri is no longer harassing him.

The three of them staggers back, panting loudly. The fatigue was obvious and the pain they had was undeniable considering the stance they had. The boss glares at Koto for a moment, gauging him, "We're not going to let a little Pacific High punk get away with this, right boys?" He says as the other students nod in agreement. "Let's show him our fierce fighting spirit!"

"Taiyo High!" The trio shouts, the two boys kneeling and thrusting their arms backward while their boss stands in a middle with his arms high up in the air as if they were striking a pose.

They then shout and rush at Koto with all their remaining mights, the fist of the first blazing with chi as he attempts to deliver flurry of punches at Koto, before the second leaps in the air and attempts to drop down with a powerful flaming heel drop...

And their leader completes the trio attack by dashing head first to try and tackle him out of his defensive stance.

Attempting to block flaming chi punches causes Koto to step back into the other stance. This was already going to be tricky. And he fails even as the flaming heel drop comes down at him. THAT looks like it hurts.

And then he's tackled straight out of his defensive stance, now having the leader on top of him practically.

Instead of staying there, however, he brings a leg up along with pushing on the leader's shoulders and a harsh kick is used to try to send the leader right back at his fellows harshly so Koto can get up off the ground as quickly as he can.

The boss ends up hurled back at the two other students who manages to catch him mid-flight instead of getting knocked by him. They cushion his fall and allows him to get back on his feet but the students were obviously having a rough time.

They glare at Koto for a long moment, their boss realizing they were in a bad position. "Tsss, you won't get away with this... Neither you, nor her..." The student says as he slowly backs away and glares at the two of them, followed by his two sidekicks, "We'll find out what you two are up to sooner or later," He says, his fingers into his eyes and gesturing to the two others to show they were watching them before the trio retreats and runs away, stammering out from the injuries Koto had given them, battered and bruised.

[KOTO]
Koto moves back to his stance as he watches the three. Even if he does look to be breathing heavy, the costumed hero backs away just in case they decide to try something else, and there is that prismatic glow gathering around his legs, too, as if he was getting ready for something.

When they do fully retreat is when he relaxes, but he's showing a lot of faith that they might not be trying anything at least. His only goal was to run them off after all, and he's just slowly backing away at the moment rather than relaxing. Even the costume is staying as he waits and watches carefully.

[AYANE]
When the students finally run away, Ayane turns her attention at him. Where any sane girl might be grateful for the hero's intervention, nothing on Ayane's fae showed any sign of gratitude. She remains impassive, almost glaring at Koto for what he had done... In fact, the girl almost seemed angered, her arms folded against her chest.

"I didn't ask for help," Ayane says with a snort, averting her gaze from him, "Nor did I need any help," She adds.

[KOTO]
Turning to look at her as his costume fades away into prismatic light, Koto shakes his head, "Sorry, but I happen to have a hatred for bullies like that. Three on one would have been bad odds."

Apparently a lot got through that suit, though, or at least some of it. He's got a rather nasty bruise forming from the flaming punches probably, who knows how bad the rest of him is, but yeah... suit's not end all, be all of protection it seems.

"So, why are you here, anyways? I was just passing through myself."

[AYANE]
The flashly display of light was impressive, Koto was definitely unlike the other students but Ayane didn't show her surprise. She just takes a step closer to Koto and she glares at him, the same sort of animosity and hostily that still exudes from her, "I don't need to be saved, I could have taken care of that alone," She says, lifting one hand up to poke Koto's shoulder accusingly. Thanks to his intervention, she didn't have to defend herself...

... But thanks to his intervention, she didn't get to vent out her anger either.

She glances at him and heaves a sigh as she notices the bruises he's gotten, "... Silly, endangering yourself..." She says, shaking her head. "I'm not a damsel in distress..."

"You heard them, up to no good," Ayane replies sarcasticly with as shrug of her shoulder. She remains silent for a moment, "... Beside, that's none of your business," She adds with a no nonsense intonation.

[KOTO]
A small wince is given as the poke inadvertently pushes on what is probably a shoulder injury. "Ow..."

Then Koto shakes his head, "Nah. Besides, you don't even look like the damsel in distress type."

Sighing, Koto shakes his head, "Right... well, I should probably head off if you don't want the help or anything... not even a thank you for saving you the trouble. Ah well..."

[AYANE]
Ayane's eyes widen a moment as he tells her she's not the damsel in distress type, "What's that supposed to mean!?" The girl replies. She grits her teeth and clenches her fist a moment, but Koto's sigh was enough to breach through her anger momentarily and Ayane averts her gaze from him.

Was it guilt or remorse she felt? Ayane couldn't tell, but the only way she found to handle her emotion was to reply, "Yeah, good idea..." She says, waving her hand dismissingly to him, "... If you do that again, I'll personally kick your ass next time," Ayane grunts as she turns on her heels and walks away.
