Match of the Millennium

Description: A group of Darkstalkers shrouded in illusions make their ways into Southtown's mall for some trouble. Who or what was their target remains unknown as a mysterious young lad sees through the veil of illusion and stops them before any harm is done to the civilians.

[KIYOMI]
With all the recent events that occured in Japan and the appearance of this Spire over Tokyo, Kiyomi had seen this as the ultimate opportunity to rally the Darkstalkers to her cause and preach them the evil nature of human, their need to fight them for their survival.

In order for her to preach about her rebellion, the cunning Kitsune had plans ~ plans that would require sacrifices to bolster the morale of her pack... Where could she the guinnea pigs she needed for this? The Mall, of course! A placed filled with filthy humans... So many of them it wouldn't be a problem...

And in the process, she would spread chaos and terror amongst those who were there. A perfect plan.

It would have been another beautiful day at the Mall in Southtown. How could it not be? How could anyone expects Darkstalkers to appear out of nowhere and spread such chaos in there? No one could see them, those beasts, those strong beasts hidden under a veil of illusions, invisible to the naked eye, following after this mature woman dressed in tradional kimono... Kiyomi makes her way through the mall, the two beasts docile and waiting for her instruction, ready to be unleashed and to leap on preys.

[KOTO]
Koto was just doing a bit of shopping. Really, he was! Seriously, who didn't need to shop a bit? And even if he didn't have anything in hand at the moment, he was still walking along until... well...

Koto has seen many things. Even Japan has costumes. But he's not seen anything /that/ life like before. That, and something's just nagging at the back of his mind. Normally he would ignore the danger signs, but now even he has a bit of curiousity.

Well, he has a good way to find out if they're real or not at least! Buying a trio of those toy bouncing ball toys from a vendor is the easiest thing to do. He has cash, after all! He goes to Pacific High and his parents are successful business people!

And well... it /might/ be just for kicks, but he uses the rudimentary abilities he has to send the bouncing rubber ball at the back of Kiyomi's head. Followed by one each at the back of the two mean looking overgrown werewolf apparent wannabes.

To other mall goers, it just looks like he's tossing them out and he comments, "Oops! Sorry, didn't mean to hit someone!"

[KIYOMI]
The beasts Kiyomi had brought with her were used to those elite missions Kiyomi brings them into ~ the harsh part of avoiding pedestrians until the Kitsune was ready to remove the veil of illusions, until they would become visible to the naked eyes. Much as Kiyomi had been good with hiding her tails from the humans and act as one of them.

o everyone around, Kiyomi was walking with regal grace and poise, eyes closed as if she was in a focused trance, which she was, using her powers to keep her wolves hidden...

And then... 'Pop-pop' The werewolves feel the balls hitting them. It takes them a strong effort not to grunt, but both of them glance back and around as if to see if they had bumped into someone or something. Kiyomi feels the rubber ball as well, yet it's caught in her myriad of tails before it hits her head. Obviously, all of them were real yet no one reacted to their presences!

"Calm down," Kiyomi says to the werewolves. She opens her eyes, lips curling into a grin, "We're almost there..." She says. What were Kiyomi's targets? Oh, not just any innocent by standers, no... She wanted much better humans... A few business men who were on and about near a cafe.

However, Kiyomi was slightly shaken by the balls, and those around them ended up paying too much attention, some noticing how they bounced off nothing, causing them to scrutnize the illusion more until they made out the details.

"Darkstalkers!" A person shouts out in fear as one was able to make them out in the illusions. Hearing that, another person screams... Did he see it or not? Hard to say, but it wouldn't take time for the hysteria to spread.

[KOTO]
"Huh... so that's what those are?" Koto muses to himself, then moves forward, leaping upwards and over the DarkStalker's head in a bit of acrobatics that would put most kung fu types to shame.

"I knew those couldn't be costumes!" Koto declares as he lands between the three and their target.

"Sorry, but I believe you need to leave. You're welcome to do so peacefully, but if not..." Koto says towards the trio.

Then his feet slide to a bit of a stance, and his hands go near his waist before his left hand raises and sweeps across slowly. "You can face me instead! HENSHIN!"

A prismatic glow surrounds Koto, then changes him instantly into some sort of costume. Like something right out of those Japanese television shows that kids watch. And he even does a bit of a pose afterwards, standing up straight and moving his hand again. "Mega Dragon Fighter J-Dragon, ready!" His hand flicks up to having the index and middle finger pointing up, with his thumb making the curve of the J as he looks at the three.

[KIYOMI]
Once the illusion was dispelled as people started to see through it, Kiyomi no longer had to hold on to it. It had been too early to her taste, but if they hurried up, they could capture the persons she wanted before it was too late. "Go, bring them to me!" Kiyomi shouts, waving her hand off and pointing at the crowd. Of course, no one knew who she meant, but the two Darkstalker knew who she was talking about.

Before the beasts can dash off into the crowd though, the young boy leaps in front of them to block their way, his transformation and prismatic glow enough to cause the beasts to shield their eyes for a moment before they see the transformed hero stands in front of them.

There was a moment of confusion between the two beasts, until Kiyomi shouts, "Get rid of that worthless boy!" She shouts. She glares at Koto, her tails swaying behind her back, "Fine, if you have a death wish, boy, we'll gladly grant you the release of death!" Those words were enough to make Kiyomi's minions smile.

They didn't expect to feast on human flesh today... But now was their chance. A change of plan.

One of the beast growls and rushes at Koto, attempting to lunge at him and tackle him to the ground.

Shifting his stance, Koto brings his hands up to catch the incoming werewolf as he skids on the ground, prismatic energies glowing on his hands and feet as he stops himself from being thrown and sliding too far. Giving a bit of a sniffing noise, Koto phews. "One word for your pets, old lady! Breath mints!"

Shoving hard to push the werewolf back, Koto's hands move to the side, mimicing a set of wings in a flap that brings both hands down to his side. Then he shoves them out and upwards as that energy seems to engulf into some form of flames at the werewolf, "Dragon Flame Swipe!"

[KIYOMI]
Considering the height of sheer size of the Darkstalker, the way Koto manages to halt the Werewolf's charge was a sight to behold! A feat of a true hero who manages to stop the beast's hulking body. The beast tries to bite him as both ends up in a stalemate after Koto's feet slid some on the ground.

The suden flames that burst of Koto's arms as he closes them on the werewolf were enough to cause him to stagger back, the werewolf whimpering in pain, his furr caught in the flames for amoment as he attempts to stop the burning from him.

Kiyomi can't help but smirk at Koto's answer, ignoring him for a moment and letting her werewolves deal with the boy. The other werewolf trying to avenge his wounded comrade by lashing out with his claws at Koto, a vicious and brutal assault, a powerful slash of his claw.

"Such heroic nonsense..." Kiyomi states as she makes her way around the fight. Meanwhile, some of the crowd who hid themselves instead of fleeing when Koto stood up to them shouts out and cheers for him, "Go! Show them, Mega Dragon J-Fighter!"

[KOTO]
Koto takes the claws from the beast, prismatic sparks coming from him as he yells to the crowd, "That's Mega Dragon Fighter J-Dragon!" He says, then turns back to the werewolf. Glancing at the claw marks on his suit, he seems to glare at the werewolf itself before bring his back leg up.

His stance even shifts as he moves from what looked like a pretty open stance to a more closed, stable one as his leg ignites with prismatic energy along the shin and he spins, apparently going for a knee before that shin snaps out hard.

The hit, if it does, even produces a loud crack of thunder! Enough to rattle the windows in the place, "THUNDER KICK!" Koto declares before he unleashes it.

Glancing towards Kiyomi to see what she's doing, he comments, "Hey, old lady! You know it's not polite to ignore the guy stopping you, right?"

In spite of the close distance between the two, the towering beast has just enough time to shield himself with his arms from Koto's rising knee and shin. It would have been a devastating attack to the creature had it not been able to absorb a part of the hit and block the impact, but the beast was still knocked back a few feet by the strength of the impact alone, his sharp claws on his hind legs leaving marks on the floor as it allows him to brace against the attack. His fur ondulate and wave back and forth from the loud thunder echo that followed the kick.

The two werewolves shake it off and both rise up, fangs exposed and snarling up at the young boy to try and intimidate him. They both tilt their heads back and howl in unisson to strike fear in the hearts of those around them, a call to bloodlust.

The two beasts lunge at the Super Hero in an attempt to give him a proper beatdown, one of them attempting to curl around of him and get a hold of him, holding him and restraining him while the other hurls his claws and fists to smash his midsection.

Meanwhile, Kiyomi lets the two werewolves deal with the nuissance, walking away from them to take care of the real business herself, hand moving to her umbrella and slowly unsheating a blade from it, a wide smile on her lips as she walks toward the cafe with the cowering men she came looking for.

The two lunging beasts are met with a widening stance as J-Dragon begins to weave around the incoming beat down, using as much minimal force as he can to block and let them tire themselves out, claws scratching his suit and he even manages to avoid the one getting behind him as he moves in a tight circle around the two.

Despite it all, he glances at Kiyomi again to see her now... armed!? Oh, nope. Can't have that. That costs him as another claw scratches across an arm even as he slides his arm and flips his palm to push that away. Shifting around to having the two between him and Kiyomi, Koto does something a bit desperate.

The first indication that it might be desperate? He swings around while in close with a heel as a literal wave of the prismatic energy comes out before it, flashing out to try to knock the two werewolves into the air. The second kick is a bit more precise as he flips into the air with a call of "Dragon Swings Tail!"

That second kick aims to knock the two werewolves away, and straight towards Kiyomi herself as he tries to get her attention again the hard way. Even then, he spins to land on that loose, open stance again as he calls towards her, "Hey, you old hag! You dropped your puppies!"

[KIYOMI]
The onslaught from the two beasts wasn't enough to stop the J-Dragon who dances with them as they aggressively attempt to pummel him, avoiding and blocking most of their deadly assault. They growl and howl, following the young hero and not caring all that much for their positioning. Their fighting style was more akin to brutal brawlers than any other form of technique.

With her blade drawn, Kiyomi strides up toward the cafe -- only a few feet between her and the targets she wanted. However, before she can close this distance, the two werewolves end up knocked out by the prismatic wave of energy and Koto's kick, one after the other sliding on the floor and into a few empty tables in the cafe, right in front of Kiyomi.

The two werewolves weren't unconscious, yet, but Koto had definitely proven to be a worthy match for them, battering and and bruisng them both. The sight of her warriors having gotten beaten in such a way causes Kiyomi to grit her teeth in anger as she finally turns her attention to Koto, to this annoyance her pack had been unable to deal with.

The two werewolves slowly come back to their senses behind Kiyomi, straightening themselves up like two massive bodyguard behind their leader. Kiyomi takes a step up toward Koto, away from the men at the cafe, "You..." She mutters. She glances at her wolves and growls, "Take care of him!" She shouts in anger, giving her wolves one last chance to prove themselves and do what they were meant to.

Growling in anger, the beast growls at Koto, charging at Koto with their claws out, drooling down on the ground. The two of them leaps on Koto, their movements empowered by their primal energy, trails of chi following after their claws as they both maul at Koto attempting to shred his outfit more and more and make a carnage, unleashing all of their fury on him.

Koto raises his hands, sliding himself into that loose stance before suddenly being set on by the werewolves and seemingly brought down. That suit of his gives off a lot of prismatic sparks at the claws continue to slash at it, mauling it, even the chest piece of armor looks to be getting it's fair share of scratches.

Finally, Koto has enough as he brings his legs up in a curl, then kicks outwards to push the two werewolves back, followed by a spin as he attempts to throw them literally off of him and back towards Kiyomi. Oddly, he seems to be beginning to glow with that prismatic energies again, as if ready to throw out more than just kicks and punches at the moment.

[KIYOMI]
The hero had proven to be more troublesome than not, even as the wolves unleash their fury on him, his resilience has proven to be quite troublesome. In the end, Koto's efforts to ride himself of the two wolves have proven successul, his double-kick enough to hurl the two wolves whimpering back at Kiyomi. Their ferocity could push them to fight him more, until the utter defeat of either of them but...

Kiyomi draws her blade to block their path before they charge back at Koto. Had their leader had enough of him and decided to step in? Kiyomi glares at the young hero for a moment, then back at her injuried wolves... The safety of her pack came first and foremost, and sending them to a fight they would not win was not something she wanted... They would not have what they came here for, thanks to Koto's distraction, and taking the time and effort to defeat him would only endanger them.

"You may have won this fight, but the war is far from being over." Kiyomi turns her eyes around at the rest of the crowd who dare to remain close to them, the wolves slowly recovering as Kiyomi takes a few steps back, pointing her blade outward, "None of you are safe anymore!" She shouts, before the Kitsune's tail flickers to try and shroud them in illusions, making them blurry, concealing them before the group runs away.

[KOTO]
"Hey! Wait!" Koto tries to take off, but finds himself blocked by the crowd that they are able to effortlessly go through. And even then, it takes him a moment before his senses are slightly clouded by the illusions. Growling a bit, he punches his hand before the prismatic glow returns and his suit disappears to reveal him in his more casual wear.

Looking around, Koto shakes his head before starting to make his way out of the mall, running a hand through his hair. "Great... so now I have some DarkStalker that might be after me, some kid with electrical powers, and I still have to worry about a math exam later. Yay me."
