Description: Eve chases down a Seijyun student, only to be stopped by Miki in her disguise as Tiger Mask, Hero of Justice. Miki mostly subdues Eve, but Eve talks Miki into releasing her and escapes, warning 'This isn't over'.
Late afternoon : classes have been over for a time and most of the students who stayed in the school due to late club activities were gone. However, there were always students who stayed behind to lurk and roam in the school while it felt empty and dark...
It was the perfect time for what Eve had to do : the perfect crime. The silence and tranquility of the halls is broken by a loud shriek that comes from a young girl. The girl is rushing in the halls, panting loudly, her footsteps echoing through the hall.
"You can run," The girl shouts with a loud laughter, "But you can't hide -- there's no one to hear you. You won't get away from me!" She takes slow and long steps, following the noise the other girl was doing, enjoying the hunt. This one was an easy prey after all.
A shriek! The shriek not of pleasure or surprise, but sheer terror! Miki glances down the hall both ways, ducks into a nearby supply closet, and moments later, emerges again wearing a white karate uniform. Also, an ornate but fairly solid white tiger mask with black stripes, and a black scarf.
She runs after the place where she last heard the sounds, and seeing Eve chasing a Seijyun student, steps between them. "After class activities shouldn't be interrupted..." She pauses, considering word choice. "...by evil. Especially after they're over. What do you hope to accomplish by harassing a Seijyun student like this?"
She raises a single finger to point at Eve. "If you wish to continue further, you will have to taste the justice of the fists of..." Another pause. "...justice. For Tiger Mask is here!"
It's a wonder what the other students saw in Eve that terrorized her so much. After all, Eve seemed to be a normal schoolgirl, probably a foreigner, considering her blonde hair color. Turning around a corner, Eve notices her prey at the end of the hallway. Her lips curl into a malicious rictus when she notices she has her cornered.
"I told you you wouldn't get away.." She says as she slowly approaches her. Alas, before she can close up the distance seperating them... Someone stands in her way!
Eve's eyes widen a bit when the Tiger Mask interrupts her, "What!? Who are you!?" She shouts, obviously displeased. The mysterious heroine soon answers to her question and Eve's smile widens, "Ahah... The fist of justice, huh?" Eve muses.
"Nothing will stand in my way to get what I want, not you, or your worthless justice," Eve says, her expression growing stern. She stands firmly, arms resting at her side. She stares at Tiger Mask, defiantly, small arcs of electricity starting to dance across Eve's arms and hair.

Tiger Mask looks from Eve, then back to the girl, then back to Eve. Then back to the girl. Finally, she looks back to Eve.
She places her hands on her hips, shakes her head. "No matter how much you like them, forcing people into relationships isn't cool." She pauses. "However, since you are determined to continue, I suppose I will have to make my fist form a powerful, if temporary, relationship to your face!"
She rushes towards Eve, jumping into the air to jump onto the wall, then jumping off the wall, spinning, the back of her heel aimed directly at the side of blonde-haired girl's head. "Tiiiiger KICK!"

The girl's serious expression is literally broken down by Tiger Mask's words, "What!? That's not that at all!" She growls, hands tightening into fists. She glares at the girl who stands before her, "You've got it all wrong...! Urg! I'm not forcing anyone to love me this time!"
She stomps the ground a little in anger, which only causes the electricity around her to charge up even more, her hair slowly lifting up in the air from the static charges.
When Tiger Masks jumps around and ends up soaring down foot first toward Eve's face, the school girl leaps back at Miki to catch Tiger Mask mid-flight, "I'll teach you to interfer with me!" She shouts. Eve attempts to catch Miki's leg midflight, her foot hitting her midsection in the process. Her lightning grasp discharging some into her to shock her, spinning her around mid-flight to slam her down to the ground.

Tiger Mask blinks as her leg is about to be caught by Eve. A large tiger's leg made entirely out of energy swells out around hers, insulating her from the electricity before it shocks her, and the extra space allows her to pivot midair as Eve pushes her downwards, sliding out her leg and twisting midair to slam her other leg into the girl's neck, driving her into the ground.
She forms Kung Fu claws with her hands, and rips into Eve's back with them. Simultaneously, the head, shoulders, and forelegs of a pink energy tiger with darker pink stripes erupts from her chest and face, slashing energy claws down at Eve's shoulders.
"This is why most villains explain the evil they're doing up front! That way they don't get misunderstood!"
It was already painful to perform her previous maneuver, it made things even worse when Tiger Mask manages to slip out of her grasp, reversing her grapple against her. With her neck caught, Eve squirms and before she knows it, Tiger Mask has the upper hand and slams her into the ground.
The energy claws lashes at her while she's down and vulnerable and Eve arches her back in pain, letting a loud growl of pain. Things have gone horribly wrong, and Eve's arms are trembling as she attempts to force herself back on her legs. She grits her teeth in anger, glancing up at Tiger Mask. "I won't be defeated by you, or anyone!!" With that shout, Eve closes her eyes and focuses on her electricity, letting it surge out and literally explodes from her body. Powerful arcs of lightning erupts all around of Eve, showering the room into them, blasting into the walls and lights, doing more collateral damage than anything else it seems, a really widespread burst of electricity meant to keep Tiger Mask at bay, most likely, but if she's not lucky she might end up badly electrocuted.

The tiger's body buffers the space between Eve and Miki once again, but this time the electricity is too strong, and Miki is thrown back from the shocking young lady. She lands on her feet, and faces Eve again, her arms up in front of her, angled up slightly. "The only think that can never be defeated... is Justice."
She raises her arms, crosses them in front of her chest. "Attacking without reason but refusing to be defeated... isn't that what they call..." A pause. "...evil?" She uncrosses her arms, and the front half of the energy tiger bursts out of her chest, heading towards Eve and attempting to bite her in the shoulder with those tigery fangs. "Let's take a bite out of crime, Shinma!"
"Pacifistiiiic FANG!"

The blonde haired girl forces herself up to her feet. Her back ached from the pain and she felt exhausted from the outburst of electricity she unleashed by sheer anger. At the very least, it gave her a few seconds to get back on her feet.
"I have my reasons, but I will tell you none!" Eve grunts back at Tiger Mask. "But I assure you it has nothing to do with forcing her out with me!" When the energy tiger lunges at her, Eve attempts to leap out of the way but alas, none can escape the swift power of justice it seems.
The energy digs into her shoulder and Eve bucks a bit, squirming against the energy that latched into her, "Let go of me, ack!"
Eve tries to force the phantasmal tiger away from her by thrusting both of her hands foward and discharging her electricity at it. A broad arc of lightning bursts from her palms at the beast and all the way over to Mika, smaller arcs of electricity dancing around it.

Miki jumps and does a flip in midair, barely avoiding the lightning bolt, her hair getting all staticky as it passes inches from her head. "I will believe you on that account, at least! But what you're doing is still evil, right!?"
She lands to one side of Eve, and attempts to slide one arm below Eve's and the other one above and in front, and pushes them in opposite directions, attempting to get Eve in an arm lock, while looking at her eyes from behind the mask. "Why not reconsider leaving the path of evil that you are on?"
COMBATSYS: Miki successfully hits Eve with Medium Throw.

What she was doing wasn't evil, it was for the greater good! Unfortunately, it would be impossible for that person, whoever it might be, to fully understand the grandeur of her actions. For now, she was just a nuissance, a thorn in her heel...
And quite the painful one at that.
"Stop squirming and die already!" The girl shouts when her flow of electricity barely grazes the vigilant, "Why you little..." Eve says as she attempts to push back once more out of Tiger Mask's grasp, but alas, the heroine manages to push this villain just where she wants, twisting her arm into that painful armlock.
She bucks but the more she fights the more painful the armlock is. She closes her eyes in pain, feeling her arm slowly growing numb. She bites her lips... Eve was slowly running out of options, she had no choice.
"Please, no more... Grant me mercy, I beg of you," Eve whimpers in a soft plea.

Miki doesn't let go of Eve's arm, but doesn't apply more pressure either. She's silent for a moment as she tries to figure out what a Hero of Justice would say in this scenario. "...Very well. If you promise not to bother that girl again, I will let you go. Otherwise, we're waiting around until the police arrive."

The girl nods her head and squirms a bit. Though she did calm down a bit and stopped her struggling, since it proved worthless. "I.. I won't! You've shown me the evil of my doing.."
Miki nods, and releases Eve's arm. "Then I'm glad I was here to help you." Her voice sounds almost friendly now. She pauses for a moment, then tilts her head to one side. "Are you all right? I could take you to the nurse's office, if you aren't feeling too well... I don't think you need to go to the hospital, but I could take you there too if you like."
Tiger Mask's concern to her seems to unsettle the girl a bit. She blinks and seems confused, "What...? I, huh.." She lowers her gaze a bit. Her body was a mess, aching from the pain. "Yeah, maybe..." She admits meekly.
She lifts her gaze up, to the other girl she had been chasing and who was terrorized. Her cheeks flush at the thought : she had failed her mission. The submissive and meek expression fades away, turning back to the same cruel and ruthless one she had before, "Fool! This isn't over!" A quick blast of chi causes a blast of hot steam to erupt around Eve, like some sort of smoke bomb, enough to give her a chance to flee and dash off.
"I'll get you another time, Tiger Mask!" The girl shouts as she flees.
Miki just stares at the girl as she announces this isn't over, then falls back at the steam. She shakes her fist in the air. "...Justice is Blind!" Her hand swipes down to her side dramatically, then swipes up in the direction she thinks Eve is fleeing. "And I'm Justice, so... that's the only reason why I didn't see that coming!"
She turns, bows to the other girl. "I apologize, perhaps I should have just destroyed her." She pauses. "I don't know your relationship, but if someone's stalking you, perhaps you should get professional help - a bodyguard or mercenary or something. For while Justice is always the ally of those who need help... Tiger Mask is sometimes busy with other stuff, and your parents can probably afford it." And with that, the sort of heroic girl strides away down the hall, back towards the storage closet.
The other girl seems frightened, still on her knees and cowered in the corner. She was able to witness all of this fight. "I... I have no idea who was that girl! But.. But thank you, Tiger Mask, thank you so much!" She replies. The girl bites her lips and waves her hand at Tiger Mask as she leaves her.. Hopefully, the horrific lightning girl won't return soon..
