Description: Frederick goes off the handle! Yun explodes with teenage power and skates on a psychopath! Will Hurly Burly ever land?? Tune in to find out! (Yun's new beginning as a vigilante superhero starts here!)
"Oh, please-- I'm not a... werewolf?? How COULD I be, they aren't even re-*GRK*" Shiro Watanabe is a timid, mild-mannered gas station attendant at the Speedway near Genhanten in Southtown's Chinatown. His hobbies include trimming bonsai, enjoying a day of fishing on his off time, and watching his grandchildren's baseball games. He hasn't been on the best of terms with his son, but this is due to a complex situation involving jealousy of youth and a failure to accept the frailties of age - which is understandable if nothing else, and goes to show you how we're all human and have some growing to do.
Right now, he has an iron-toed boot on his neck, because if you ask Frederick Blazer what Watanabe's habits include, the answer is EATING BABIES. Blazer's standing atop the gas station's checkout counter, with a long-barreled revolver pointed square at Watanabe's head as it's compressed into the glass countertop.
"Shutthehellup!! Nobody's got this much hair!! We got reports of a fuc--" Blazer looks outside, where people are staring at him, wide-eyed. He's probably screwed this one up.
"Freakin'-" Not swearing will help, he's sure. "Murder marathon goin' around down here, people mangled in alleys, and you're--- you'regonnatellmeitain'tyou?!" He pulls the hammer on the weapon back.
*Click*.
Watanabe swallows, for what may be the last time in his life. Hopefully the kids will understand when he can't make it to the next game.
"Yo! Shiro! You left the back open again, man!"
That would be the sound of Yun Lee, the Better Half of Southtown Chinatown's Official Protectors of Justice: The Twin Dragons. The stylishly clad warrior of right is striding in from the back room and he doesn't really seem to come to a halt or even come to terms with everything that is going on until he's fully out into the main area of the store. He's got his skateboard under one arm and his head immediately cocks to the side as he makes a quick assessment of what is about to go down. Or what is already going down.
"Hey, Trigger Happy!" Yun stands up taller normal because he hunches and slumps when he walks for style purposes. "Clean up on aisle you!" Yun doesn't waste any time, reaching for some canned foods. He snatches up one of those cans and gives it a mighty throw right in the direction of where that gun is preparing for war.

Both Watanabe and Blazer look up when Yun wanders onto the scene - Shiro's got tears in his eyes, Frederick's are bloodshot. Too, the gun he's carrying wheels up instinctively, and when Yun flings a can of Sunshine Canned Plums at Frederick, the American doesn't bother thinking about what he's going to do next. Amped up as he is, reactions are hardly an issue -- it's the *focus* that matters.
*BLAM*, reports the weapon, firing a presumably silver bullet into one of the lighting fixtures behind Yun. Sparks fly and a live wire swings down into the store's main shopping area, while back at the source of the gunshot...!!
Fred is hit in the face with a can of goddamned plums. They impact his chin, and he makes a sound that's sort of a hybrid between a snarl and a yelp. Frustrated, and now bulletless, he tosses the gun to the side, leaves Watanabe to sprint OUT of the store, and turns his full attention to Yun.
He hops off of the countertop amidst a jangle of machinery hidden beneath his coat - he *feels* heavier than he looks. "Why're you defendin' a werewolf, kid? You're too bright-eyed for this 'defendin' a murderer' bullshit." Frederick reaches up to tug his hammer from his back. "I don't wanna pull idiot kids into this, but if I gotta.."
"Dude. A werewolf? Seriously?"
Normally, someone would probably be freaked out by the shooting and what not. But this is Yun Lee! The White Dragon of the Wind and Clouds here. He's not exactly easily shaken by the likes of a gun. He's fought much more dangerous things and people. Guns ain't shit, really. Which is why he's already on the move, dropping his skateboard down and hopping onto it, pushing himself across the floor with more skill than he should have. He must /really/ come here often.
"Dude. In case you missed the memo? Halloween's over. And about a hundred percent fictional." Yun's words come from somewhere in the aisles of this corner store because he's crouched and skating along like there's nothing to lose. "But! You're in luck!" Suddenly, Yun is up and on top of one of shelves. From there, he's leaping off with a mini-wingspan and a leg extended as if clearly attempting to knock this weird gunslinger into a whole new timezone!
"I got a one way ticket to Last Week for you, right here! Kiyah!"
COMBATSYS: Yun successfully hits Frederick with Raigeki Shuu.

Fred stands still while Yun explains himself - his expression suggests he's not very impressed with the staunch disbelief and, more importantly, the kid's showboating attitude. Skating on the topshelf of a convenience store?? Pardon Frederick for rolling his eyes.
"Kid, you're wreckin' the werewolf's stuff..." A JUMP AND A LEG! Fred attempts to move from 'cool and placid' to 'doing stuff', but his reaction's a jumble of different ideas and doesn't amount to much of anything - Yun's foot impacts solidly with Blazer's neck, and Frederick *STUMBLES* backwards, holding barely enough presence of mind to slide his hammer back into its place on his back. His recovery is fast - too fast - and Yun should realize this as the indication that he's probably about to be in a load of shit.
"Gnh." Frederick grabs something from behind his back, and with a single motion the too-familiar voice of a spitting chainsaw fills the room! Diesel engine noises are accompanied by the unmistakable yellow-and-black of heavy construction equipment and a saw-toothed blade, and Frederick doesn't seem to care overmuch about the explicit lethality of his chosen weapon.
"FUCKIN'LEMMEDOMYJOB!!" He *surges* forward with a vicious, quick upwards swipe of the weapon, smoke spewing from its back!
COMBATSYS: Yun blocks Frederick's Rusted Teeth.

Yun 0/-------/---====|==-----\-------\0 Frederick
Yun's eyes go wide when a chainsaw comes into play. He flips backwards, kicking his skateboard up into his hands. As he drops from the shelf, he holds the skateboard up in front of him to grind his metal axle against the spinning blade of rusted teeth. It only lasts for a moment, long enough to keep Yun from being sliced in half. Although, he does manage to catch a nick in the arm as he tries to put some space between himself and the crazy chainsaw wielding person.
"What the hell? You carry around a chainsaw?! Seriously. No more Evil Dead for you. You're cut off!"
Yun wags a finger at Freddy, before stepping backwards and reaching for the mop that is sitting in a bucket of dirty water. He yanks it out and gives it a bit of a twirl, throwing water all over the place. With a weapon now, though, Yun's a bit more confident than he normally is. Another spin and he's swiping with the soaking side of the mop, aiming to knock the chainsaw to the side for a moment, so that he can step closer and attempt to smack Frederick right in the mouth with the nasty dirty water.
COMBATSYS: Yun successfully hits Frederick with Random Weapon.

Yun 0/-------/---====|=====--\-------\0 Frederick
The skateboard blocking the chainsaw was classy, if nothing else - Frederick can't do much more than growl frustration when his attack does little more than look REALLY COOL to the crowd growing outside. Yun's definitely going to win some fans off of this scuffle, if nothing else!
While Yun's busy insulting Frederick for his taste, the older man's not sitting around - he's lunging forward, intention to eviscerate Yun where he stands! Or something. None of this is behavior that's going to win him stars in the post-conference. So anyway, Frederick dashes down the aisle Yun's backing into, brings his chainsaw up for a brutal overhead *SLAM*, and Yun--
Smacks him in the mouth with a mop? It tastes like mildew and shit, and Frederick's eyes cross, briefly - so do his teeth - but he's hopped up on *something* and frankly doesn't bother reacting with the appropriate level of pain. This is bad for Yun, because Fred's not slowing down at *all*.
In fact, he's just getting faster. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" The horrific shout doesn't quite match up to the same volume as a screaming chainsaw when Fred barrels into Yun shoulder-first - once Yun's guard is up, Blazer spins into a veritable chainsaw whirlwind, which is exactly as dangerous as it sounds.
COMBATSYS: Yun full-parries Frederick's Hurly Burly!!
[ \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ < > ///////////////// ]
Yun 0/-------/=======|====---\-------\0 Frederick
Yun shouldn't be letting this dude get in this close but he's attempting to keep a close eye on that chainsaw. It could become very dangerous if he doesn't put this crazy loon down and fan. Whatever the hell kind of drugs Fred is on has to be taking care of any other ventures that might be standing in the way of his heroic victory.
As Freddy comes back in with that chainsaw whirlwind, that mop is flipped around and sent towards the hands of Fred. That mop has a long handle to allow for some dedicated aim in knocking the conspiracy theorists hands away, along with the chainsaw. He simply attempts to keep that chainsaw away from him long enough that he will be able to do something about this guy.
"English, dude! English!"
Yun's quip about language barriers is hardly useful but he's doing what he can to take this fool out. His feet plant and Yun leaps forward, extending a fist during the entire leaping stride, so that he may try to knock Frederick into last week! Or, at least, the floor.
COMBATSYS: Frederick interrupts Ze-Sho Hohou EX from Yun with Blindsided.

Yun 1/---====/=======|=====--\-------\0 Frederick
The dodging is more than all well-and-good, it's actually kind of amazing, and by the time Frederick winds down from his spin, the chainsaw's stopped sputtering and gone dead - he looks at Yun like the kid's the latest and greatest from Shadaloo, blonde brows knit, expression damned near clueless.
"Who the hell ARE you? You'--" He couldn't possibly be with one of Them. Fred slides the chainsaw behind his back and places a hand on his hammer once again, just in time for Yun to sprint forward, to lunge at him, fist extended..!!
The fist *EXPLODES* into Fred's jaw with a solid impact, and Yun might swear he can feel bone dislocating from its hinge. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop Frederick - it feels like NOTHING stops Frederick - and he brings the butt-end of that hammer upwards in a brutal, short jab at the Chinese youth's stomach. It connects with a force strong enough to at least put some distance between Yun and Frederick, which gives Blazer the space he needs to spin, bring that hammer around in one HELL of a haymaker, and smash it into Yun's neck with murderous force!
"YOU'RE FUCKIN' WITH THE WRONG GUY! I got shit to do, kid! You're lettin' a murderer loose!"
Yun almost wants to stare in disbelief at the way Frederick just seems to power through his signature move. There's a few gasps from the people watching outside as they are not exactly happy that Yun has been knocked clean out of a move that they know he knows so well. Each strike after that only aims to further embarrass Yun. Slightly.
It takes a moment or two for him to recover and when he does, he's standing in his classic Kempo fighting stance. "Okay, first of all, language. There's kids out there." Yun nods towards the glass to show the small children that are glued to this fight. "Secondly? I don't free murderers. I whoop they ass. Kinda' like what I'm 'bout to do to you!" Yun's witty banter is another lead-in, as he bum rushes across the floor, spins and hops into the air, bringing one leg after another down towards Freddy's skull and upper body. He's all about trying to put this dude down in the least amount of time possible. Yun likes to consider himself a busy young man and this is severely cutting into his video game time.
COMBATSYS: Yun successfully hits Frederick with Senpuu Kyaku.

Yun! You can't--- Frederick frowns at the way Yun is breaking his own rules. Ass is swearing too!! Anger surges across the American's steely brow, and he raises his arms to do literally anything right in this fight -- but Yun's feet slice through his guard effortlessly, and he's blasted around the head and neck again and again!
Frederick is much less composed when Yun ends *this* particular barrage, and winds up using his hammer as a sort of walking aid in an attempt to collect himself. He struggles to stand, manages, and stares daggers at the kid. "Listen. You're not--" A cough has him spitting directly onto the shop's floor, shoulders wracked -- he stands up fully. "--" A bit more thought, and Blazer elects to stop talking. Yun's not paying much attention, anyway!
"GRAH!" Kicks are, to a martial artist, an issue of utilizing momentum and flexibility to bring about the most kinetic force possible at the smallest point of impact possible. Toes are everything. From an uninitiated fighter, they're more about -- brute force, and that in itself is enough to dissuade many young martial artists from following their craft.
It's pretty damned tough to beat two hundred-plus pounds of hate and muscle blasting a foot at you.
COMBATSYS: Frederick successfully hits Yun with Light Kick.

Yun 1/<<<<<<</<<<<<<<|=======\-------\0 Frederick
Maybe Yun should stop fighting and start actually being a hero. He stands there for the longest moment, his life flashing before his lies as he's knocked clean upside his hard head. Yun's head immediately swivels from the force of that kick and the pain is starting to set in. Yun is not exactly used to being hit like this. He's usually moving too fast for anyone to ever lay a finger on him.
"I'm only gonna' say this once." Yun says, planting his feet and narrowing his eyes as Freddy the entire time. "Nah. Nevermind. I think you had your chance!" Yun's playful undertones lead into another sudden burst of pain and speed. Yun steps and drops down into a ball, rolling backwards towards Frederick. The moment he rotates too close, he's sliding up to be on the inside of Frederick's reach. He lifts up and aims to slam into Frederick with the entirety of his shoulder.
"Name's Yun, by the way. Yun Lee. But you can call me Twin Dragon!"
COMBATSYS: Frederick endures Yun's Tetsu Zankou.

Yun 1/<<<<<<</<<<<<<<|=======\=------\1 Frederick
The shoulder-tackle is a mixed bag for poor Yun; it connects solidly with Frederick's chest, but even in his diminished state, Frederick's chest is easily on par with a treetrunk insofar as being 'sturdy' and/or 'a bad idea to shoulder-slam'. Blazer grunts, but doesn't move - instead, Yun gets the specific delight of hearing a deeper, hoarse voice less than six inches from his ear. He gets the direct wonderment of feeling that chainsaw being pulled from its harness again, of *feeling* the vibration of its engine running along Frederick's arm.
"Don't care. Even if you walk away today, you're not gonna live long enough to be worth rememberin'...!!" Fred *LEANS* into Yun, and uses the inertia to pull that chainsaw free once again -- one handed, he tries STABBING it into Yun's chest hard enough to knock the Chinese skate-punk away!
"GODDAMMIT!"
COMBATSYS: Frederick successfully hits Yun with Weep For The Trees.
[ \\\\\\\\\ < > ////// ]
Yun 2/<<<<<<</<<<<<<<|-------\-------\0 Frederick
Yun takes a moment to weep for the trees as he's hit with the onslaught of that chainsaw being used as a powerful weapon against his chest. As his customized gi is torn and the blood starts to come from the cut up parts of his chest thanks to the painful sharpness of the chainsaw being used against him. Yun tries to get his hands up to do something but he's too slow. Instead, he ends up damn near falling backwards and knocks over a display into his previous path, trying to use that to get some space.
Popping back up as quickly as he can, Yun reaches up to straighten out his cap. "Shame, shame. Know your name!" He scolds the chainsaw wielder and flattens his feet against the ground. A beat to center himself and his body becomes infused with chi. His eyes open and his mouth curves into a smirk, as Phantom Yuns waver behind him. He leaps into a aerial combination of kicks that seem to be designed to help him turn Frederick into a skateboard, in which he will attempt to introduce him to the floor, face first and ride his violent ass to victory!
COMBATSYS: Frederick fails to interrupt Genei Jin from Yun with Hell To Pay.

"GraaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Yun puts on a good show, but Frederick is a damned meteor when it comes to this sort of thing, and frankly, Yun doesn't have the force to stop a speeding truck--- or does he? Practically glowing with yellow radiance, Blazer rears back, whips his hammer free, and *SLAMS* it into the oncoming kid's skateboard assault, but the wheels are too much, too much!! He gets shredded on, liberally.
Frederick and Yun streak along the gas station's tiled floor until Yun gets tired of making a fine paste out of the American's body, and presumably gets off of him - Frederick lies on the floor, face-down -- for maybe ten seconds. Frankenstein-like, after a second to catch his breath, the unconscious man surges to his feet in a shamble! He regards Yun with open eyes that show *none* of the spark of a man who otherwise owns his consciousness, and reaches for the same live wire he'd shot out of the lighting fixture earlier.
"Yun Lee," he mumbles, words barely falling free from numb lips. It's a miracle he's even standing, truthfully.
"You're on the list."
Frederick touches the wire to the base of a shop-length metal display, causing a brilliant coruscation of brilliant yellow sparks. It's enough to overload the power supply for the city block - lights dim all OVER Chinatown.
At Genhanten, the lights go out and Chin Gentsai chokes on his soju while explaining a hilarious story to Gen.
At Speedway, while the lights go out, Yun might hear a footstep or two, but it doesn't matter - by the time they come back on, Frederick Blazer, his gun, and most any evidence of his appearance are gone. Even the security cameras' memory banks are fried.
COMBATSYS: Frederick has left the fight here.

Yun 0/-------/---<<<<|
Yun stands in the middle of the gas station. He looks around, clearly ready for anything that might be happening. There's a look of confusion in his eyes as his opponent has vanished. It takes a few moments to sink in that he's not going to get attacked from behind or something, but Yun is still cautiously wary.
"Yoohoo? Evil dude?" Yun wanders up and down the aisles, y'know, checking things out just in case. He frowns when he's back where he started. "Weird." Another quick glance around before Yun starts to make his way towards the exit. WALKING! Since his skateboard was wrecked.
"Wait." Yun's eyes light up. "Did I just get PUNK'd!?!"
COMBATSYS: Yun has ended the fight here.
