The absolutely largest and youngest of an ancient lineage of German wrestlers, the Andore family has been contracted to work within Metro City for Belger in the latest years despite strong German roots. As potentially the strongest to ever be within the line, Hugo was sent overseas along with his countless relatives, forming the bulk of Belger's heavy artillery. However, he is inarticulate and remarkably lacking in willpower, leading to him requiring the guidance of Poison to inspire in him a proper fighting spirit. Despite such he is lacking in technique, only utilizing his sheer physique to conquer opponents. Unlike many, he respects Haggar as opposes to hating him, and dreams of forming the perfect wrestling tag team to conquer the world; Mad Gear and Belger will eventually end, and his dreams are far bigger than being some forgotten muscle...!
