Coming from a family with a little money and a lot of history, Sada Asai is to all appearances a proper and calm girl, a true example of Japanese womanhood marred only by a delicate constitution. This is totally false. Sada has inherited a family curse, purportedly brought on by a desire to avenge the family's fall at the hand of Nobunaga. That curse sets the waters of her body aflame - and it is why she has been encouraged by her family to be very calm and peaceful. This long suppression has turned her violent and cruel internally, and she intends to take this frustration out on the world - and whether or not she wins acclaim for her family again, she's certainly going to make things more comfortable.
