(last updated: 12/28/17)Global attacks are attacks available to all characters regardless of style. For the most part, they represent grabbing items from the environment and putting them to use in attacks.
Global attacks are 10 speed slower than Normal Attacks and come with a very minor reserve cost, unless one of your traits is RESOURCEFUL.
