Fumiyo is a laid-back, almost callous person to a superficial observer, and that is not inaccurate, though the whole thing with "being part of a ninja family renowed for cruelty and corruption" is less obvious to those not living in that floating world. Her laid-back demeanor has some flirtatiousness to it, but any allure is sort of neutralized by the ruthless strikes and eerie red snakelike effusions of chi she produces. Also, she has a bunch of tattoos... so she's probably a Yakuza or something.

With a data share with Zach Glenn, the Ikari Warriors have found that the likely location of one of the Unknown Gears lays in the Dark Woods outside of Southtown. Leading the investigation further is Faolan, taking point on this winding trail. While many mercenaries refuse to enter those woods, one volunteer slinks forward. The mysterious Fumiyo promises she has a lead on what lays within the forest, and she will help Faolan through them.
