Victor Ortega is the owner of the Capcom Wrestling Association, and also it's first undefeated champion. Victor Ortega's reign at the top began after he pulverized the top-ranking wrestler in the world, and then used the CWA as a means to find more worthy challengers. Ruling the CWA with an unstoppable winning streak, he soon found that there was no one left strong enough to give him a decent challenge. There, he retired from the CWA, disappearing. But he never lost his mystique: from behind the scenes, he rules the CWA as it's strongest wrestler. Noble and arrogant, his command over the CWA demands merit, as he is the paragon of the wrestling scene, only matched by few.
