Match of the Millennium

One half of Rugal's secretary duo, Vice is the passionate and emotional counterpart to Mature's cold and calculating demeanor. What Vice lacks in strategic acumen, she more than compensates in her capacity for overwhelming violence. Although she has no formal position within the 'R' organization, the fact that she would beat someone to death at the drop of a hat means that everyone else in the organization (with the exception of Rugal and Mature) is likely to do whatever she asks. Perpetually under the influence of the Riot of Blood, Vice is much stronger than she looks, physically outclassing even her partner Mature. However, the infleunce also has its drawbacks: Vice isn't currently and will never be in full control of herself. Possessing little to no inhibitions, Vice isn't above unnerving her opponents with suggestive remarks or actions, and often behaves in a manner more suited for an animal than a person.

Business First, Then Pleasure. - With Ultratech spreading its tendrils through the supernatural world in its quest to obtain further data, their agents have come to the attention of "R". Whilst the Lord of Battle would likely have intervened at some point purely to protect his arms sales, they cannot be allowed to push into his more esoteric concerns. And so Vice is dispatched to bring the hammer down.
