A gang leader in the midsts of Southtown, he uses a combination of natural psionic power and powerful psychoactive substances to ensnare people into his bidding. Armed with his droogies, he leads the fight with his cane and the powers of mind control. His hatred of society and the desire to create a new world order has inspired White to secure strategic locations around the world from which he could run his illegal operations unchallenged.. Once he makes up his rassoodocks what to do with the evening, he'll readily unleash the ultraviolence.
