The shadowy conspiracy group, NESTS, has its hands in cutting edge research projects at a level beyond the world's understanding. Most of their failures - operatives and experiments alike - are quietly terminated and forgotten, but some yet slip through the cracks into the outside world. Sylvie Paula Paula is one such individual. With attention-seeking behavior, an erratic temperment, and a continued belief in childish concepts like imaginary friends, she proved to be terrible for furthering the cartel's overall goals. It's only when she fell out of the organization and its notice that her abilities have begun to mature (if not her emotions). Capable of manipulating electromagnetic force at a fine level, she can use it to cover ground quickly or even hurl around opponents - she may yet prove the scope of her ability to be even more dangerous than it appears. For being rejected, Sylvie suffers a low self-esteem in contrast to her peppy manner and showy dress, and can be rather spiteful as a means of venting her frustrations. She may be stronger now, but is not safe - NESTS may yet one day re-evaluate her worth to them.
