Match of the Millennium

The 'elder' twin of Soiree Meira, Alba is fiercely protective of hs younger brother. The two were orphaned at a young age, shuffled from orphanage to orphanage until they escaped at 14. Alba's fascination with the martial arts spilled over to his brother, both twins showing a good degree of talent for fighting. On the streets, and with the invincibility of youth, the Meira brothers soon forged a gang, FATE, off the ideals of a once-skilled but rather drunken washed-out Chinese fighter who sheltered them during their early nights on the streets of Southtown. While the gang itself is close-knit, make no mistake about this Robin Hood : He steals from the wealthy, to have for himself, and his comrades. Until recently, FATE had been below the radar of organized crime in Southtown, but Alba's quickly evolving self-designed style of aggressive kung-fu certainly makes the street toughs more dangerous.

Organizing the heist to procure it, he personally oversees the effort. The heist starts off without any hangups. But Duke quickly finds himself faced with what seems to be a direct assassination attempt by a posse wrangled by a man with a vendetta.
