Description: Mr. Jones meets up with fellow dance fighter Aranha in a subway NDP battle so the two can reenact one of the ex-movie star's most famous and award winning movie; Deadly Dance of Death Part III. (Winner Mr. Jones)
After Aranha's fight Eiserne ended the way it did, the capoeirista while he was smart enough to shut up and take the win when it was offered to him, he wasn't quite satisfied with that fight. He made some calls to the Neo Development Project officials and it turns out that they weren't exactly satisfied with the outcome either. A few calls were made and the next thing Aranha knew, he was on a trip to Metro City to fight Mr. Jones at a subway station.
When Aranha arrives, he slides down the banister and lands softly before looking for the movie star who seems to be taking the fighting world by storm.
Alright, fighting in the Subway brings quite a few memories to the movie start turned vigilante known as Mr. Jones. It was one of the places where gang members used to congregate the most and thus lured the goody goody two shoes Johnny Jones to pick fights with them so as to 'encourage' them to leave the local citizens very well alone. This may or may not have ended with Jonesy tossing a few of them into the subway's tracks, though he's not been know to be /that/ brutal.
In fact, he looks far from being a guy that's been quite successful in the fighting world. As Aranha arrives he'll spot Johnny sitting on a bench placidly reading a newspaper that has his face on the front pages. The NDP official next to him lets him know that his opponent has arrived causing the groovy fight dancer to get up and go to meet up with the capoerista.
"What's up brotha'?" The actor street fighter flashes a charismatic grin as he extends his hand to the boy "You Aranha? I've heard lots of good stuff from you m'man."
"Yeah. I'm him. 'Sup?"
The capoeirista lips curl into grin. "You know, I liked your movies growing up. I always thought the later ones didn't utilize your skills to the fullest though. That's neither here nor there." He slowly walks into the area blocked off for the Neo Development League fight which still has a bench and a few pillars which will allow him to use his parkour if he chooses to do so. "If your fight record and highlights are any indication, those skills are indeed for real. And this will probably be pretty chill. I think I'm gonna have fun."
It's then that the official declares a start to the fight and that's when capoeirista goes into ginga dancing and swaying while moving to the rhythm playing in his head. He lets Mr. Jones get into his stance and then he's in motion leaping right for the actor turned fighter glowing palms first for his shoulders and gripping them before curling up so he can plant both feet on his chest and push off shoving Jones backwards as Aranha flips backwards.

Ah! Fantastic! Another fan of his movies! Mr. Jones adores to hear that the new generation of fighters have seen his work, it makes him feel that he has somehow inspired them to become the professional warriors that they are now. Sort of like him! He also started being inspired by movies to become what he is now and it's almost flattering to hear that he's a role model to someone. "Yeah yeah, I know they sucked. But thanks anyway brotha' man, I'll give ya an autograph after all this done if ya want."
Nodding to the NDP official, he goes to take a few steps away from Aranha; his pleasant grin remaining through it all. As he takes he bows and takes a Jeet Kune Do stance, the groovy fighter raises an eyebrow "Totally man, I've been looking forward to tangling with you, I've heard you're quite the dancer." A chuckle "Let's see how can break it down better!"
As Aranha charges towards him to make a double stop kick to the chest, Mr. Jones actually pushes forward and grasps Aranha by his shirt to force him and keep himself in his circle of defense. Once he does this, the groove master sends a straight fist right for the capoerista's nose "WHOSHA!"

Aranha's legs extend but the grab keeps him from going anywhere which ends up stretching his shirt to the limit when the jab punch comes in, it turns out to be the straw that breaks the camel's back. The punch to the nose, and his attempt to get away ends with Aranha's shirt getting ripped off which then leads to the capoeirista landing gracelessly on the ground.
When he rises from the ground, his chest and shoulders are exposed revealing a variety of scars most of which are highly hideous pieces of evidence to things that one should never endure. It is the leading reason that Aranha will never get a leading role in a martial arts movie especially since most of those puckered scars would be hell to cover up.
Through it all, he gives a smile and nod that seems to say, 'Okay, you got me. My turn!'
And then he's suddenly moving performing an outside crescent kick attempting to slap the actor's face with the outside of his foot.

*RIIIP!* Down goes Aranha's shirt as a big chunk of it ends up on Jonesy's hand after he strikes the boy in the face.
"Woops! Sorry about the shirt!" Apologizes the actor knowing that these things are expensive. "I'll get ya another one!" Although even as he says so he knows that he's giving Aranha a lot of publicity by forcing him to bare his broad scared chest to the cameras. Nothing like a bit of /manservice/ to get the female aficionados going. When you're in the movie industry for this long, you know know what riles up the crowd and nothing does it quite like a dude getting his shirt ripped of to show he's getting serious.
Jones would rip his own shirt but...it's a jumpsuit, and that would be silly.
"Woo!" Johnny Jones once again moves forward with the attack. Always attacking, always moving into the inside of his opponent defense even when he's protecting himself. This time though rather than tough out the blow he raises his arm for an outside blow to take the kick on his forearm so as to leave Aranha open to a counter attack. Mister 'Beats' Jones curls his fist back looking his going to strike Aranha in the face again, only to redirect it down to hit the capoerista right in the liver! "HAAIIII!"

If anything, Aranha's scars are so ugly and deformed it could be considered fan diservice to the females in the audience. But Rule 36 can come into play as far as that's concerned.
"Nah. It's all good. Just a t-shirt," is his response to the apology. But he doesn't have time to think as the punch to the liver starts coming in. Aranha combines attack and defense by rocking away as he lowers his forearm to intercept the punch and using that rocking motion to push back towards the movie star with a spinning side kick.

Hey, some people are into that! Not that Mr. Jones would know, it's just that you get to meet with some pretty freaky people when you're in the entertainment business. He's still going to make good on his promise though, for all he knows that could have been a designer shirt! And if it wasn't, the one Mister Jones will get him sure will be, lest he can do to the legendary Aranha.
So far the dance is what he expected, this is an experienced fighter and he shows it by masterfully blocking his attack and using that same momentum to strike him with a roundhouse kick. "HRG!" Jones mimics the movement though, keeping up with the capoerista's rhythm as he twists to one side taking the blow to his back and spins on his heel to deliver a tornado kick directly to Aranha's stomach while he was recovering from his own blow. "WATAAA!"

What Aranha intended to do was go into a back bridge to drop his body under the tornado kick however the jumpsuit wearing, box office batterer manages to time it so perfectly that Aranha barely has time to react before he catches a foot to the stomach. Aranha lets out a breath of air as the foot makes impact and then a smaller breath when he hits the ground
He gets up quickly elevating himself into a one handed handstand with a spin before getting back to his feet. That motion doesn't stop since he goes into a front handspring that closes the distance between them from him getting kicked away from him. Not only does that front handspring close the distance, it's modified to allow him to drop a heel on top of Jones' dome if he's not careful.

When will they ever learn? Never! EVER! Go for the fro!
Mister Jones is getting quite irritated that people always try to kick him on his curly dark locks, he always tries to keep it all neat and elegant for his fans and it's rather vexing that all take pleasure in aiming for that. Sure, it's a big target, but ultimately rather difficult to strike. Why not go for other more sensible things? Like the face? Or the stomach!? Honestly.
Well, at least after being attacked there so many times, Mister Johnny Jones is an expert at defending his precious scalp and has plenty of techniques to evade people messing with the 'do. "Woa baby!!" When the heel kick descends, the actor's shades flash and he instantly reaches up for the attacking leg catching it mid air. This not only means that he avoids getting hid in the head, it also means that Aranha is left in a bad position since he is now upside down.
With this in mind, Jones seeks to capitalize on his position and shows surprising strength for such a lanky looking man by /lifting/ the boy with one arm so he's dangling in the air. Once he does that, he rears his leg back and goes to strike the capoerista right in the back of his head rather viciously "SHOOO!!"

Aranha's attacking leg is grabbed in the air and Aranha's surprise is pretty much instantaneous. Aranha's upside down and at an angle that he can't see everything but he can see enough to know that the afro styled fighter is balancing on one leg readying to kick the ever-loving daylights out of him. He swings the non kicking leg back the way it came using the momentum to flip him backwards and out of harm's way. He then performs a back flip to give a little extra space.
once he has that space, he breaks into a run and bodily launches himself off one of the subway station columns and feet first at the jaw of the Jeet Kune Do practitioner.

They weren't kidding about this guy! Mr. Jones finds the capoerista handling his rather bad position expertly by kicking himself out of Jonesy's grip causing his kick to miss entirely! "Woops! Slippery..." Comments the actor as he returns to his Jeet Kune Do stance half expecting the dance fighter to charge against him.
Aranha does run as he expect, but to the direction he though he would. "Hey! Where are you goin' bro!?" Is he daft? Why is he running towards the train? But aaah, he's going to make a fancy flying attack, a thing Jonesy recognizes quite well being familiar with such moves. He knows they are powerful, but also...very risky. When Aranha comes down for the flying attack, he'll find Johnny Jones ducking under the feet wrapping his arms around the capoerista's waist to the swing him downward and slam him head first into the pavement! "HRRRGGG!"

Aranha can figure out what Jones was about to do but there is a difference between knowing what's about to happen and being able to do anything about it.
Out of desperation he readies an elbow to swing across the face but he has too many things working against him, it's odd angle and he isn't able to plant his feet which would generate most of the power for the attack, not to mention the incredible speed that Jones has. Aranha's bodily swung to the ground and hits face first.
When he peels himself off the ground, his face begins to bleed with a trickle running down his nose.
Mr. Jones isn't well versed in throws. He's not a grappler y'see? He's a striker, yet he also happens to be an experienced fighter just like Aranha and recognizes the opportunities he is given making them work for him. In that flying position that he had him in, even a novice wrestler would have managed to pull of the pile drive to the ground and Jonesy has his work cut out for him as it was just a matter of swinging the boy down and let gravity do the rest.
Once he's down, Jones goes to pull a move he was very known to do in his movies as he walks for the prone Aranha and stomps the back of his head to ram his face onto the ground again. Street Jeet Kune Do at it's finest.

Aranha doesn't stay there when the stomp comes. Aranha takes advantage of his low center of gravity to shoot under the stomp catching the thigh on his shoulder and then he rises to his feet while keeping Jones' stomping leg suspended on his shoulder.
For the second part, he begins moving forward running him backwards to attempt to keep the other fighter off balance and then with a quick motion, he performs a simple kick at the remaining leg Mr. Jones has on the ground to take it from under him and let him hit the ground.

Well a shoulder was still pretty painful, guesses Johnny Jones, though he would have preferred the face. Still, he's not a total asshole and wasn't going to grind his heel on the boy's head like a gangster would do. He's just an effective martial artist and he realizes that a stomp to the nogging in that position was the best course of action, he was in fact going to remove his foot as soon as it struck.
It is in the end this 'niceness' of the movie start vigilante that saves him. Aranha gets up quicker than expected and had he left his foot there he would have been thrown back as the boy wanted. However, having retracted his foot meant that he was in a position where he could defend himself and took the blow to his standing leg on the /other/ leg, the one he had he had just attacked with. "You dance real well dawg." Compliments the fighter as he suddenly gets a savage grin deciding he does not want to let Aranha to stand up.
Just as Aranha is retracting his leg and get back to his feet, Jonesy quickly ducks low and swings a right cross right for his jaw! "WASHAA!"

But just as fast as that blow is, Aranha ends up being just a hair faster, literally. The dodge is so close that the fist barely touches what little hair he has on his sideburns from his hair being cut so close on the sides. Inwardly Aranha takes a deep breath of relief. Outwardly, he remains a picture of poise with a relaxed smile on his face.
He then comes across with an elbow to the chin as he shifts into position. After that, he quickly follows up by slipping around and behind the movie star while buckling his legs and then throwing his weight backwards.
If things go well, Aranha will remain standing while Jones will end up flat on his back.

Talk about a close shave huh? Maybe Jones thought that this upstanding young capoerista needed a shave, although it's unlikely as he's not an upstanding citizen himself, tha' funk cares not where the groove flows just that it do...or something. Confusion is part of Jonesy's dance just as speed, power and skill. Chaos is a great ally in a fight as it gives you the opportunities you need to strike where your foe least expects it. If Aranha wants to dance a fast dance, then he will dance real fast!
"WOO!" Jonesy's kiah is the only clue that he was once standing there. As the rising elbow is swung to his face, the funk master slides to one side as if he was dancing. Standing on his Jeet Kune Do stance he awaits for Aranha to go for the leg hook and jumps clear over that going for a triangle kick of his own...though in a much better position, this one aimed directly for the boy's throat to injure his windpipe!
"GROOVE MASTA'!!"

Aranha blinks when the elbow doesn't connect, his eyes widen in surprise when the attempt to buckle the legs is hopped and then all other expressions are replaced with kick to the throat and sent flying backwards.
Aranha is on the ground for a few moments clutching his throat and then he gets back to his feet and gasps for air. When he's able to fill his lungs again he begins dancing, swaying to the music in his head as he attempts to manuever into perfect position to swing a powerful roundhouse to the side of the head. He then swings the foot in the opposite direction catching the back of the neck with the hooking back heel kick. While being very careful to avoid the afro, he yanks them man downward, face first to the ground... Hard.

There's that jinga, and you know what that means! It's dancing time!
"Woooooooo!!" Mr. Jones is a total showboater and begins to dance right along with Aranha making this a Deadly Dance of Death...like one of his movies! Moving along with an unheard rhythm, the two fighters close the distance with Jones always keeping his eyes on his target, concentrated on his foe yet aware of everything around him at the same time like the expert fighter he is.
At least this time he appreciates the capoerista not going for the hair, it may be what earns him catching Jones off guard since it didn't piss him off too much. The kick is swung at the side of his head which he blocks with his arm hurting him slightly, though when that same leg tries to bring him down, Aranha will find that ol' Jonesy has his feet firmly planted on the ground and refuses to fall on his face. What's more, since Aranha has one leg on the groove master's shoulder this kind of opens him up and Jones capitalizes on this by rushing forward to push the capoerista back so he lands on the back on his head whilst ramming a fist right for his gut to help him on the way day. "HAAAII!!"

The Dancing Spider leg once again gets caught in the air however he attempts a different approach. He turns his body so he can deliver a kick while his other foot is still up high. Mr. Jones' run forward upsets his equilibrium so much that his kick goes higher than intended and infact he narrowly misses the 'fro. It also causes him to over kick swings his entire body so he ends up with his back facing the punch.
The resulting punch in conjunction with natural flexibilty curls his back so much it looks like he's practically bent in half by the punch before hitting ground hard and going limp.
Ew...getting punched in the dorsal spine is never fun as the Funky Master will attest to. Once Aranha goes limp, the groovy movie actor wiggles his eyebrows in concern and moves along with the NDP officials that crowd Aranha to check up on him. "You okay brotha'?"
Later that day though as Aranha is recovering a package will be sent to his place of residence. Mr. Jones is a man of his word it seems, as the capoerista finds a stylish new shirt mailed his way with a fancy signature on the sleeve. 'To my grooviest fan. Mister Jones Johnny Damon'
