Match of the Millennium

Robert is the heir to the Garcia Foundation, a wealthy financial interest group currently run by his father, based in Italy. Despite being born into a wealthy family, Robert's life is only somewhat luxurious. Yes, he does drive fancy cars, has an expensive outfit, and can sometimes casually plunk down the cash for something very fancy, but he's also spent several years of his life training with the Sakazakis in Japan. He fights much like his best friend Ryo does, using a highly developed form of Karate, but Robert places a bit more emphasis on speed than most Kyokugen fighters do. Very flamboyant, Robert tends to showboat in much of what he does, particularly with the 'lucky coin' he keeps in his pocket, but he's nonetheless an upstanding person. While there is an honest friendship between Robert and the rest of the Kyokugen 'family', there's also a practical benefit; the Garcia Foundation often pays for repairs to the Kyokugen dojo.
