Match of the Millennium

One of the newer faces on the tournament fighting scene, Kasumi is a young woman with a very strong will, and well defined goals. She's often very blunt about what's on her mind, and what she wants. She bears a deep grudge against the Kyokugen fighters, ever since Ryo Sakazaki thrashed her father, Ryuhaku Todoh, several years ago. While she managed to reunite with her father after he vanished, she still desires to avenge his loss, and often challenges Kyokugen fighters when she encounters them. Her mother forced her to learn a variety of 'traditional Japanese values', causing Kasumi to be well educated on a variety of cultural topics she has no interest in. While Kasumi is vengeful, she also has a reasonably good social life, and is a very trustworthy person. In combat, she utilizes the Todoh family's special style, which combines powerful chi techniques with a variety of defensive techniques from traditional styles.
