Frederick
To most, Fred Blazer is an unknown. He's the unsavory person you'd see lighting up on a street corner, a drunk you'd meet in a bar, a stranger you'd see cutting coke in a club bathroom. He embodies the scum of society, and nothing could suit his purposes more - you don't find the dirt beneath the carpet when you're sitting pretty above it. In reality, Frederick is an enforcer and investigator for the Illuminati, a secret society primarily interested in controlling information related to the world's supernatural events. Increasingly, the fighting world has brought itself into the Illuminati's sphere of interest - relics and alternate universes fall right into the billing - which means that Frederick and his team of investigators are about to be the latest, greatest thing that's happened to tournaments the world over.
