The mastermind behind the NESTS Cartel has a striking appearance and can indeed seem to have divine qualities, but Igniz is in actuality a cruel man who considers most Cartel agents expendable. He only cares about himself and his ascent to godhood, but is very talented at persuading others to believe that his actions are "for the good of the Cartel." As a result, few within NESTS are aware of his divided loyalties or are willing to question his orders, with the notable exceptions of Zero and Krizalid. While Igniz is quite a talented fighter in his own right, the frequent genetic and cybernetic enhancements he's received are what have put him amongst the cream of the crop. Like all top-ranking NESTS members, he is equipped with a battle suit that greatly augments his combat abilities, but unlike the others Igniz considers his own the conduit of his divine powers and is constantly improving upon it. His cable-whips have proven difficult to defend against, and his energy regulators have boosted his Chi to the level of being able to project barriers that can catch and defeat many attacks. While he has other similarly impressive techniques that utilize his enhanced Chi energy, only time will tell if scientific tampering with Chi forces will remain stable in his case. Or maybe it's already too late?
