Match of the Millennium

The young girl known as "Dizzy" is the proverbial mystery wrapped in an enigma. Nobody, not even Dizzy herself, entirely knows where she came from or other details of her origin and early life. At first blush, she seems like any other shy young girl, with a pleasant (if retiring) demeanor. However, a few traits mark her as different, not the least of these being two wide, feathered wings -- one black, one white -- and a long serpentine tail complete with a golden bow at the tip. At heart a peace-loving and kind pacifist, Dizzy nevertheless appears to have immense power that she can't always fully control, which occasionally shows itself in the need for self-defense from those who threaten her. In combat, she relies on the two familiars, Necro and Undine, who manifest through her wings, controlling energies, fire, and ice. These familiars are as much partners and company as they are tools or weapons; while Undine is calm and logical, Necro is wholly overzealous in his desire to both do violence and protect his master. Having lived apart from the world in a secluded village that was subsequently and unexpectedly destroyed, Dizzy is now loose in the wider world, with the great power at her command both uncontrolled and unchecked and Dizzy herself in need of stewardship lest she hurt herself... or, more likely, others.
