Elphelt Valentine specializes in covert operations and infiltration, though she is also an effective (if eccentric) leader of Gear troops as well. As an Aria clone and expert markswoman, she serves as a lieutenant in the Gear Army, but her performance in that role is compromised by her... extracurricular interests. She's obsessed with the human concept of 'love,' and it shows; she wears an elaborate wedding dress ("just in case!") and strives to affect a perfectly feminine demeanor with questionable success. In combat she mixes close-quarters combat techniques with gunplay and grenades, using slightly more conventional methods of warfare than her siblings. Armed with her rifle Miss Confille and her shotgun Miss Travailler, she fights to serve the Gears to the best of her ability... but can love truly blossom on the battlefield?
