Welcome to the Jungle, Baby. - YOU GONNA DIE! Well, isn't everyone? In the jungles of Thailand, Sagat comes across an old fan, of sorts. The morbid young girl called Hunter, and the huge man that is the former Emperor of Muay Thai. Neither of them are brilliant conversationalists, and the bare minimum details of what each has been up to are shared. Among the Dead. - Among the carrion fields surrounding the site of Vega's climatic nuclear battle, the Ikari elites Whip and Faolan run across a woman who has lost everything. The Ikari are combing the battlefield for survivors; Hunter is looking for one in particular. After a tense standoff, some agreement is reached, and the group split up to comb the dead in some morbid business. The Girls With No Name. - Emerging from her encounter with Diesel, Hunter manages to find her way back to the world. Bleeding profusely, but not quite dead, she falls into the arms of a woman not known for her kindness and compassion. Whip and the Ikari are just where she needs them to be, though. On the Prowl - On the streets of Sunshine City, there are just as many beasts as there are in the jungle. The difference is that they take a more cunning guise. Hunter is trying to understand how this city functions, and begins to get the feeling that she is being hunted just as surely as she was by Diesel. Turning this around, she is led into a trap and faces the indigenous wildlife. When 'saved' by Johann, the young woman seems to find some brief respite from the hardships of the city. New Territory - Cammy might not remember who she is, but there are those who have been deeply scarred by the former assassin's past life, and they will not let that disappear into the ether. Hunter is acclimatizing herself to her new territory, when she sees the Delta Red agent on the street. Cammy may not be able to comprehend why the world seems to hate her, but Hunter doesn't care. The pair discuss politics, the soaring crime rate in the City, and how one might stop a bloodied army of psychopaths establishing a hold in a city on the brink of the collapse.
