Day 1 - First Impressions - "Dear Diary, Today I found the toy man and broke him bad. Diana was there to see how good I was doing. But then K' showed up and got in the way. I was going to hurt him too but was too tired then. I thought Diana might be disappointed but she just looked really worried. Day 2 - Goldbergian Hijinks - "Dear Diary, Today Baron Pontmercy scored a goal against me in Air Hockey. Milton, the Baron's smaller cousin, has joined us courtesy of Angel. But in order to secure Milton's future with the rest of my friends, Angel gave me some weird homework to deal with. She also taught me that the pushy people in the Research Development department are Punk Bitches. Day 3 - Dolls of the Dangerous Variety - "Dear Diary, Today I encountered two of the famous Shadaloo Dolls while on a spying mission. They were a good example of behaving with absolute loyalty to their master. I learned that I might save myself a major headache in the future if I just get clearance to identify myself quicker. I noticed that the two dolls cared for each other, and that hurting one would make the other angry at me. I wonder if this is what it is like to have a sister. Day 4 - My Purpose? - "Dear Diary, Tonight I found K' on the road. He looked sad when I found him. I thought it was because he was all alone. He should have been happy to come home now that he had had his chance to see what the world was like. He tried to ignore me but I made sure he could not do that. He had a lot of lies to say just like the Toy Man. He is as strong as I thought he would be, but I was stronger. I could have had him then. Everyone would have been so happy with me. But then what? Day 5 - Making Friends - "Dear Diary, This afternoon I met Shurui. I guess she is a bit rogue for now, but it's not like it would be hard to bring her back. I guess that depends on what the grown ups decide. Speaking of grown ups, Shurui said that I should learn to understand more thigns that they do and why they do them. She said that part of making choices is learning the truth to be able to make them. Angel was there to pick me up when I started to get cold. Day 6 - Message Delivered - "Dear Diary, I tracked down two of the people Igniz asked us to find. As expected, they put up a fight but nothing I couldn't handle. I also learned that certain words spoken regularly by others seem to provoke a much different reaction when I say them. Day 7 - Progress Report - "Dear Diary, Meeting Igniz is always a big deal. I was asked to tell him about what I have been up to, but he also answered questions I have had. Angel told me I shouldn't take just one person's answers as fact, but Igniz must be an exception, I think. I'll have to ask her. He also wanted to see how I was doing with my combat skills and I gave him a demonstration. I think I did all right. Day 9 - Ideals - "Dear Diary, I was taken to a really hot place to complete the hunt that began months ago. I found him. The one that cut off K9999's arm before. Ideals must be a very powerful thing. They kept him moving beyond the point at which most would have died. Like choices and freedom, ideals seem to be pretty important. Day 10 - Champions - "Dear Diary, Today I saw what happens when two people fight so hard to protect others around them even if it means risking dying to do so. I thought that this behavior only happened with family members but it seems to extend to other relationships as well. I would have let them go had they ran... anyone else would have been good enough for what I needed to do. Maybe there are just people in the world that stick up for others no matter the cost. They would rather die than let someone else be harmed due to them running away. Maybe having strong ideals helps people make these kinds of choices. Day 11 - Where We Stand - "Dear Diary, He was going to figure out it eventually, I guess. The way I stopped hunting him. The way I would avoid confrontations with him. He had to be suspecting. But now he knows. I'm not out to kill him anymore. I can't. Not after promising his sister. I warned him about the upcoming YFCC attack. I thought maybe it would distract him. I tried to clean her but it doesn't seem to be coming out. We're going to pretend that she got mauled in an epic battle against a polar bear that left her scarred for life. K9999 destroyed my room, including the shades I got from K' and everything else I had ever brought home. We tried to have a funeral for them all, but it was difficult to find enough pieces of most of them to have anything to bury. So we just had a moment of silence while the cleaners cleaned out my room. I managed to convince everyone he was just acting crazy for now. But I can tell he knows he's on to something. I might be in a lot of trouble.
