Her real name has long since been lost to history. She was the eldest daughter of a samurai who lived over four hundred years ago, the eldest of a proud and noble family. That is, until a renegade clan came to take over their village, in defense of which her father was first to fall. In defense of her murdered family, her rage and her grief drove her to take up the blade against the town's assailants, and her life was the last the invading soldiers took that day. Laid to rest as the honored dead, her spirit watched over the village for centuries, the villagers who owed her their lives giving her another name. Her spirit retains great willpower, enmity and anger towards all who would invade the village, and those who have desecrated her resting place have earned her ever-living wrath. A living disruption in the fabric of life and death, she stalks the earth looking for those who have wronged her, for answers, for vengeance against anyone and everything.
