Brought to Metro City as an infant, Eunha Sin has long wanted nothing more than to be a police officer; to protect and defend. Raised by high-level taekwondo practicioners, she made her dream come true, finding a spot on the Metro City Fighting Commission - the metropolis's effort to keep a lid on fighting-related crime. Ruthlessly intolerant of crime, criminal activities, layabouts and other such figures, Eunha could be accurately described as a "hard-ass." However, beneath this penchant for busting up delinquent and mob boss alike is a heart of gold (probably). Any and all prizes earned by her periodic entrance into fighting tournaments under Operation Secret Shopper are awarded straight to the Metro City Police Athletic League.

These creatures are genetic aberrations -- easily a half dozen of these horribly oversized dragonflies will be flying through the slums, each one easily the size of a passenger car. So Ryu Hayabusa won't be the only one flying today, as DYRE and EUNHA find themselves leaping from the back of one dragonfly to the other to catch the ninja for a slice of the Majigen Series prize -- whatever form that takes!
