Erika is a woman who loves her new life. Formerly a sickly teenager with a rare disease, Erika's family did everything they could to save her - including, when all else failed, bringing her off-the-books to Ultratech for cryogenic freezing so that doctors had more time to come up with a cure. Surprisingly, this worked. Unfortunately, her parents died in an accident and she had no other known relatives, so Ultratech decided to use her as a long-term test subject. When the time came to rouse her, she revived all right... but never actually warmed up. Now with a freezing-cold body and decades removed from her original life, Erika does what she wants, and what she wants is to use her new powers while having a good time. She's in it for herself, nobody else. And Ultratech is willing to support her, as long as she provides all the test data they ever wanted...
