The other half of the criminal duo turned over to Kim Kaphwan, Choi is similar to his friend in many ways, but a complete opposite in others. Both were initially very lucky in their criminal careers, but deep down are bungling and incompetent at such things. Where Chang is big, slow, and holds no illusions of being a genius, Choi is tiny, extremely quick, and tends to be the devious planner of the pair. Choi is the one who comes up with most of their plots to either eliminate Kim Kaphwan or escape from him, though these all fail through either Kim's own skill, their own incompetence, or just plain silly luck. While neither of them are truly savage criminals, they don't have a problem with things like stealing, roughing people up, and the like. Choi fights with a pair of sharp steel claws, and tends to utilize his small size to incredible advantage in combat. Choi and Chang are definitely best friends, though they share few hobbies; Choi tends to be more of a perverted skirtchaser and shies away from Chang's indulgence in large quantities of food.
