"Dur-hur-hur, that's my Choi!"

Formerly the big, strong half of a criminal duo, Chang's luck took a strange turn when the Seoul police arrested him after a heist gone wrong. Rather than facing the next few decades in prison however, his case came to the attention of national hero Kim Kaphwan, who intervened and had Chang turned over to him for reformation. The Tae Kwon Do justice freak began to teach Chang both the martial arts, and proper morals. Unfortunately, Chang paid only a little attention to the former, and none at all to the latter. Chang is extremely slow-witted, just barely coming short of being outright moronic. He and Choi both fantasize about the day they can successfully escape from their well-meaning tormentor by any means necessary, but to this day all their efforts have failed. Chang fights primarily using his bulky body, and a ball & chain he kept from the short time he was in prison. Tends to like eating a lot, with a preference towards Oriental fare like noodles.
