A member of a barbarian tribe of ogres, Zog once held the prestigious role of guardian of his tribe's sacred treasure, the Heart of Ignarok. However, when his appetites conspired with a thieving red-haired adventuress to allow the Heart to be stolen on his watch, Zog was exiled from the tribe. Charged with returning with the sacred ruby before he can be readmitted, he has pursued his quarry to Earthrealm, where he intends to find her and reclaim the scarlet treasure. That is, as long as his immense appetites - whether for wine, women, food, or fighting - don't distract him from his pursuit...
