The foremost of Vega's Dolls, with the exception of the Zero Doll, Cammy, Juli is the second-in-command. Frequently partnered with Juni, the two form one of the most effective units Vega has. Abducted from a normal life as young girls, personally selected by Vega, their bodies were subjected to genetic manipulation, and infused with a small piece of Vega's Psycho Power, and mentally trained to be utterly loyal to him. Experts in the art of killing, they serve the two-sided mission of commanding Vega's troops, and functioning as a squad of personal assassins or bodyguards for Vega. Juli is the most cold-hearted of all the dolls, and therefore easily one of the most dangerous. Unlike her companions, she had few emotions BEFORE the Doll process, and it shows in her reconstructed self. However, she's close to her best friend, Juni, who is effectively her partner.
