"Secure the perimeter!"
Ex-SFGp Anti-terrorist Group Captain Ichiro Oe's once lead a carefree life with big dreams of becoming a professional athlete before giving in to his wealthy business-minded parents demands to attend Justice High. Once he had give up all hope of transferring to Taiyo to pursue his athletic goals Ichiro was free to pursue his academic goals instead. Graduating with honors, Ichiro decided to join Japan's Self Defense Force in an attempt to improve his physical and combat skills. Ichiro quickly rose through the ranks of his special forces unit, but eventually grew bored with military life after he surpassed his peers. Upon leaving the military Ichiro was aggressively recruited to work at the secretive megacorp Ultratech as a security chief and special recovery agent. Utilizing the latest in Ultratech R&D to carry out any and all tasks assigned to him, Captain Oe continues to pursue his goal of improving himself to peak human performance, if not further.
