Once a perpetually angry street punk who had something to prove to the world, Dennis Browning found a mentor in Metro City cop Alex Rodfield. When the man gave his life to save the mouthy young thug during the Darkstalker invasion of Metro City, Dennis dedicated his life to the protection of others, going from problem child at his high school to one of the finest young men to walk the stage at graduation. Now a hero cop in the Metro City Police Department, Dennis tends to moonlight as a bounty hunter to make an extra buck and keep an eye out for the most rambunctious of the Rodfields.
