Profile: Despite coming from a rich American background, Ken Masters is known to be more than just a simple businessman. A highly talented Ansatsuken fighter, Ken has known Ryu since he was a child. The two have been best friends for nearly their entire lives. Nearly a match for Ryu, he is also known as one of the two champions of U.S. Martial Arts. Though somewhat arrogant and brash, Ken nonetheless has a heart of gold, and fights as honorably as anyone. Unlike Ryu, he has little tendency to wander the world, preferring to train in his home country with his wife, Eliza, and his son. His version of Ansatsuken focuses on its melee techniques, and he has made himself the undisputed master of the Shoryuken.
