"How's that? I'm the Satan of martial arts!"
A renowned Muay Thai fighter in his own right, Joe is fairly wealthy from his success in several fighting tournaments. While he does not go around constantly flaunting his wealth, he is nowhere near being a pinchpenny and is quite willing to use it to benefit his friends. Joe Higashi is also a very "loud" sort of person, given to very strong displays such as yells of celebration at opportune moments, and he's become infamous for actually mooning his opponents during a match. His Muay Thai style is mixed with some unorthodox techniques where he creates miniature tornados and hurricanes, giving him a unique twist amongst other Muay Thai fighters. Like the rest of his teammates, he keeps in touch with his friends. He also has a romantic interest in Lilly Kane, Billy's sister. Given Billy's dislike for Terry and his friends, this may be the source of further bad blood between Billy and Joe.
