"The heavens, the Earth, and the people all know my name! When injustice is done, when love has enemies, call my name. Call 'Bang Shishigami!'"
The strongest of the Shishigami Clan of Ninjutsu, Bang Shishigami was named for his boisterous personality, always taking every feeling to the extremes. Having lost his master and many of his colleagues in the Ikaruga Civil War to Jin Kisaragi, he still bears the scar of the NOL Captain's blade on his face. However, he ended up embracing his master's ideals never to kill, and although he wishes revenge against Jin Kisaragi, he no longer desires to end his life. Many take Bang's outlandish noise and ridiculous phrasing to mean he is stupid, but he is quite intelligent and observant, even though this often ends up being an inadvertant tool to annoy others more. His tendency to blurt things others have the tact to ignore usually bites him in the rear, but to those who look past this, they see that his desire to help others and do good is genuine. Acting as a Hero of Justice, this burning desire is also a method of coping with his master's loss, and deep inside he continually suppresses the rage and yearning for revenge that conflicts with everything he believes in.
