Balrog
"To attain pure beauty, the deaths of a few are of no consequence."
Once the son of wealthy Spanish nobles, Balrog witnessed his atrociously ugly father kill his mother, a woman of legendary beauty. Driven psychotic since that moment, Balrog has learned Ninjitsu since his childhood, and has become a master of the claw. Extremely vain, Balrog despises ugliness of any form since being mentally scared in his youth. A psychotic murderer, Balrog spent his time murdering the homeless for his own enjoyment, since they struck him as particularly ugly. It was this trait that attracted him to Shadaloo, and raised Vega's interest. A madman by any definition, Balrog's love of beauty has led to an obsession with the prototype doll, Cammy, whom he deems truly gorgeous. Extremely agile and deadly with his claw, Balrog is a bizarre element among a bizarre organization.
