It was never my intent see people die because of my interview. I wanted to confront him. I wanted to make it clear to him that he, not I, not Ryu, and not Sagat was his own worst enemy. To realize that everything he said and did reflected on the perception of him and the perception of his beloved art. It was a truly unfortunate failure on my part and it makes me sick that others had been caught up in it and that they no longer draw breath due to the interview. But when it comes down to it, Adon, it was your own words that turned against you. Think before you speak and act and consider the ramifications of your words and actions and just maybe you might be able to change the world's perception of you.
I had given up my dreams of acting. I was never a 'has been.' Not only was I a 'never was,' I was a 'never will be.' And the reason behind that was because I couldn't stand the idea of someone dying who didn't deserve it happening because I was the one being targeted or because of something I did. And this was exactly what happened.
To Antoine Huang. My best friend, it is with deep regret that I won't have a chance to fight you again. It's with my hope that you're out there challenging world and improving. Hopefully sifu will continue to watch over you. Continue to climb.
To Jace Timmons. You remind me of Antoine in so many ways. To be honest, I'd like to think you two would get along. I know you had plans for me but I simply don't think acting was in the stars for me. Thank you for the kindness you have shown me.
To Howard Rust. Thank you for your support. I'm sorry about all the craziness we've gone through together. There's a package on the way for you.
To Sagat. Thank you for saving my life. It is with regret that I wasted both your time and tutelage. Thank you for letting me fight the good fight with you.
To Ibuki. I had an incredible time hanging out with you and our mutual friend. Shame that life and now lack of life got in the way. Anyway, I've sent something to Neo League HQ for you since I don't really have any idea how to get in contact with you.
