Description: A shocking crime happens in some European country and the Red Witch is there to run and hide and try to take pictures, but she is noticed taking pictures! Far be it her to be the hero, she really just wants to not get too hurt. Can she escape? Will spider do terrible things to her or just take her red Razr and who really cares about cell phone pictures anyway, arn't cell phone camera's bad quality? Find out!
A sleek black sedan cruises through Athens, driven by a man in a suit and sunglasses. It roars through the corners of the ancient Greek city, heading south. Greek techno pops over the speakers, the AC blasting. A large silver case sits on the seat beside him, marked with biohazard warnings.
Some people were not that lucky, you know, cars and air conditioning, some people walked and rode scooters, still others sat at benches and wished they could ride scooters a little and dreaded walking. These people were poor, or locals or foriegn red clad women who hoped that they could mooch a ride this way but quickly learning that being unable to speak the language makes it hard to mooch much of anything. Having arrived in Europe a while ago, Naerose spent most of her time getting lost trying to get out of it, having accomplished her goal. . well failed to and then stumbled into something even more interesting. This was all quickly becoming forgotten as she had no money (nothing new there) no food (really nothing new there) and couldn't speak the language (this was a little new).
A car rolls past and Naerose just stares, longingly, completely unrecognizing any aspect of it except it was going someplace and comfortable, more comfortable than a bench in the heat.
The man eyes Naerose as he drives past, temporarily distracted with the oddly clad girl. As the car moves along, a bus pulls out ahead of it from an alley, blocking the street. The car skids to a halt, turning as the driver hits the brakes. A group of men clad in black rush out from a nearby building with submachine guns, surrounding the car. They open fire, the driver dancing in his seat, the windows blowing out in a shower of blast as the driver is shot to death.

That was the most violent thing Naerose had seen.. possibly ever. She freaks out like everyone else on the street. Screams, ducking under stuff, the witch herself dives behind some newspaper boxes (do they have those in Italy or greece?) and covers her head with her hands, hoping that no more shooting happens and especially no one shoots her. As the stampede of feet of frightened people die down to people just staying out of sight and hidded as best they can, Naerose chances a glance out. Curiousity might kill the witch
A black van cruises up from behind the stopped car, and skids to a halt, the side doors opening. The Spider steps out, not wearing a mask like the others, and smoking a cigarette. He punches the passenger's side window out, reaching inside and grabbing the case. The Spider tosses the case to another man, who climbs into the van along with the others.
While Naerose is no hero, she certainly might be a news commentator or a journalist from time to time. So, against better reasoning, she reaches out, with just her cell phone, a red Razr and snaps a few shots. She probably wasn't the only one taking pictures now with their cell phones, but she was certainly going to be the most striking example of someone doing it. Occasionally checking the pictures, to make sure they're at least decent ones, the witch stays behind her newspaper boxes, this is because despite her carelessness in many ways, she doesn't want to get shot.
The Spider sees Naerose taking pictures, and lets out a deep growl. That enraging little girl, here, of all places. "Get back to the rally!" he shouts to his men. The van backs up and onto the sidewalk, before leaving the way it came. The Spider draws his pistol, his cigarette smoking in his mouth, and opens fire on Naerose.

Naerose was not a little girl! She's in her twenties! Man, people always think she is so young. Not that she is thinkign this, she's thinking something more like, get the scoop, stay out of the way of gun fir- oh darn, well scratch that, maybe she'll take pictures later and take this time to flatten herself on the ground and make a screaming sound. Other people scream too, since there is fresh shooting, but .. oh right, gun fire.

Stuff hits her though, because it turns out news boxes are really sucky cover. the witch had no idea! She expected you know, like the movies it would stop anything. But never fear, even after she finds herself getting hit there is an idea she has. That is. To pick up a handful of that glass and chuck it spraying at Spider, maybe to discract him while she high tails it to another hiding place. Namely a mailbox

The Spider chases after Naerose, leaping into the air. He lands behind her, and swings his hand out at her armpit. He attempts to lift her and toss her into the mailbox with his hand, hopefully laying her out. "Get back here!"

Well, try as she might to avoid getting flung, the best she can do is hold onto Spider's hand for dear life with her arm.. and well, lands softer on the mailbox. This is only a temporary fix and doesn't do anything to address the problem .. so Naerose decides to run away, trying to run run run, dragging Spider with her. She doesn't seem to notice, maybe she does but shouts at him,
"Hey leggo!" There are obsticles, but.. well, she dodges them and doesn't care if she drags him into them, the goal? Get into the nearest store or other place she can run away from this madness in.

The Spider's iron grip remains on Naerose as she drags him with her. His leg lashes out at the obstacles, knocking them aside one by one, before his free hand slams into her spinal column. He jams his knuckles between the vertebrae, emitting a loud, "Hyah!"
"Ouch ouch ouch!" cries the witch and then she thinks, if he's going to attack her she might as well just play dead, right? So she'll just.. Lay limp? But he keeps hitting her, it's like, well getting hit and that sucks so rather than playing dead, as she has been, Naerose decides to play alive and fights back again. This time she tries to step on Spider's foot, really hard, to get away.
"Leeet go!" she cries, like a random person getting attacked.. which is exactly what she is.

The Spider grunts as the heel digs into his iron toed combat boot. "Just give me the camera," he hisses, bringing his hands down over Naerose with an axe handle. He's hoping to cow Naerose into submission with intimidation, and save him the trouble of a fight.

"Ouych!" Cries the witch and then flails a little more before shouting,
" No no no , Not gonna give yo uthe camera!" and then she does the only thing left to her, the cut of grace, so to speak, Naerose aims for the knee to the crotch.
"Lemme go!" and aims the kick, the meanest attack there is, intended to obtain her freedom and who knows, maybe it will work. Somehow. Of course no heros are rescuing her, I mean if she were the one still hiding behind stuff as other bystanders are, would she step in? Probably not.

The Spider gets struck directly between the legs by the powerful knee blow, popping off his feet with a grunt and landing on his back. He turns over onto his side, hissing as he holds his crotch. "Jesussss...."
Wow, neat, Naerose had a hit and just like that, finds herself free, freee from being grabbed and has the chance to run for it. Now, that would be the smart thing, running for it, but Naerose decides to run the direction that Spider fell, you know. . Because she's panicing like a deer in headlights, really there isn't much method to the madness, it doesn't make sense, but that's what she does, possibly trampling him on the way past.

The Spider puts his arms up as Naerose tramples across him, but it stomped thoroughly. He climbs to his feet, blood flowing from his mouth, and hisses. He chases after Naerose, attempting to get her in a headlock and punch her in the spinal column. "Die!" he screams at the infuriating witch.

What was it with Spider wanting to punch the witch in the back. Naerose is so petubred that she tries to get on her broom and fly away, with Spider attatched! Either way she'll crash at the end but either into him or not.. It was all going to be up to chance as the witch shooots off on a crash course for a crash!

The Spider narrows his eyes as the witch goes flying at him, before they widen. His aviator shades are sent flying as he's knocked into a storefront window, smashing through the glass and flying backwards inside, crashing through merchandise and onto the floor. When the police arrive, he's gone, disappeared into the night.
Naerose crashes too, but when the police find her... They just deport her. It took them long enough and honestly they were already looking. She isn't accused of the crime of murder. The day ends for the wtich like it began, except she wakes up on a inflatable boat in the middle of the pacific.
