There are many nice places in the world!
And today, it's AUSTRALIA that has the chance to be it! Hot, and very much so, the sun is bearing down on the two fighters! Although one is already there for sure. But what else can be there?! Well, for one, there's always the fact that it's not on land. Hah! No way, not on land at all.
It is instead near the ocean cliffs which are spraying some nice water upwards when they hit the rocks that the fighters stand on, nearby the water and on the other side.. beach. But they're not allowed to leave the rather large rock that is perched perfectly and seems like perhaps Neo League set this up completely.
It's odd, that's for sure!
BUT MIGNON TOTALLY DOESN'T MIND!
And bouncing up and down on one end, Mignon is READY! Ready freddy! Yeahhhh! "Mignon .. is really warm ... " She notes, rather obviously. "Mignon's not sure why it's just so hot .. maybe if she remembered to bring her swimsuit she could have gone swimming too! AWw... BUT OKAY! Mignon will just have to cool herself off with her amazing magic!"
.. Now .. what's an ice spell again? Daww....
"Maybe not ... Hmmm.. WELL! Mignon is just READY!" She cries once more, spinning and raising a hand. "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah! Mignon makes the crowd go wild with her charm and grace!" She begins to skip, pink hair and clothing bobbing as she goes.
But she doesn't really leave 'her side'.
In this land of warmth and dangerous creatures, can pink sugar truly survive!?
G'day mate! Welcome to the Land Down Under, where women roam and men blunder... or something like that.
At any rate, it's time for another Neo League fight. And this one isn't being fought in a standard arena. Nor is it being fought out in the open. Rather, it's being fought on rocks down by the ocean, which should be a rather interesting venue for today's fight.
Mignon isn't the only fighter who's here preparing for the match. Kate Molina, alias Katelynn, is doing some last minute warm ups before she gets into her ready stance. She smiles at Mignon and nods a little as if to say, "I look forward to taking you on. May the best fighter win."
As Katelynn seems to be preparing, Mignon's not sure what that word even MEANS. Preparation? Is that like, being ready for .. something? BUT WHAT! Mignon's really not sure what you could be ready for! If you're a fighter, you'd think it just comes naturally! But then, not all are hyped up on sugars and sweets, or perhaps their naturally sugar sweetness like Mignon.
"Mignon's ready! MIGNON'S READY!" She cries out, grinning, as she points to Katelynn. "So you should be too.. because here comes Mignon!" And that point vanishes as the hyped up pink powderpuff goes right at Katelynn! Skipping across the rock before planting her feet on the ground, leaping upwards and spinning around, coming down feet first.
"Woop de DOOOO!"
If she lands on Katelynn, she may be a kickin', or just crash her into the ground and leap off! Or just land.

Mignon doesn't know what preparation means? That's rather unusual for someone who's on the fighting circuit, since everyone has to prepare for their fight in some form or other. Perhaps she does it but doesn't know the term for it well? Oh well, enough thinking, time for action.
As soon as the signal to begin is given, Katelynn gets into her fighting stance, putting all of her focus into the fight that's about to start while watching Mignon to see what her first attack will be.
When Mignon jumps into the air, Katelynn stares up at her, watching her movements and the direction she's coming from. As Mignon attempts to crash into Katelynn, she raises her arms and absorbs the impact through her forearms, effectively stopping Mignon's attack.
"Not bad for an opening attack," Katelynn says, "But now it's my turn!" And with that, she attempts to grab Mignon by the shoulders and throw her down onto the rocks.

A turn .. but what a turn. What is a turn!?
When Katelynn is able to absorb the impact, the girl is able to see it coming to a point, and kicking off, the powerpuff of pinkness is able to... mostly.. avoid the grab. Her hands come up as the hands for the shoulders do as well .. and Mignon's not ready to really be touched like that! Or thrown around yet. ESPECIALLY into the rocks.
So she pulls back, pushing the girl away to a point, and then flipping backwards. "Well Mignon knows about turns but she isn't really interested yet .. Because Mignon doesn't want to be thrown into any rocks! They hurt!" Spoken like a TRUE warrior. Clearly. Hey, witches, water, melting, MAYBE IT'S TRUE!
Instead, the girl begins to run at Katelynn .. and then DIVES at her, hands attempting to yoink the girls feet out RIGHT from under her! "NYAAAAH!" She's tackling the legs as she dives.. and that might just topple the girl over!

Katelynn's target gets free with ease, very frustrating to the karate fighter. And now Mignon wants to return the favor to Katelynn? Not so easy in Katelynn's book, she's got a few tricks of her own up her sleeve. In fact, she's going to demonstrate one of her favorite moves: The Palm Blaster.
A swift palm strike aimed right at the stomach, powered with her chi to give it more oomph. Once it hits, Mignon is gonna go flying, maybe land in the water! Katelynn gets down a little, leans back, prepares to deliver the strike--
But before she can, Mignon grabs her bare feet and sends her down onto the rocks. She lands hard, but not hard enough to cause her any serious injuries. She groans a little from the impact, but then rolls over onto her back and uses a kippup to get back onto her feet. She doesn't strike her opponent, though, instead she simply watches her, waiting to see what else the girl has up her sleeve, as well as watching the waves to see if she could use an incoming wave to her advantage at one point or another.
As the swift palm comes towards, Mignon causes Katelynn to go for a little trip .. she'll be happy to see her next fall, TOO! But with Katelynn down on the ground, but only for so long, Mignon pushes herself to her feet, nearly leaping right back up, and jumping up in place first! "Oop!! Mignon's ALL RIGHT!" She says out loud, to basically everyone! "So no one worry!" It's a bit of a joke, but Mignon's not very good at delivering punchlines. "Heehe... okay!" Flipping backwards, she's not completely a simpleton. She saw what Katelynn tried! And thaaaat was risky. But with her simply watching .. Mignon takes the time to go .. ON THE OFFENSIVE!
"Here Mignon goes!" But she's .. not moving? A wisp of energy begins to grow as the baubles sparkle, leaving a trail of those little white lights .. and then are thrust forwards! "FIRE!" PHOOMPH! Like from a makeshift cannon, the fireball erupts, flying towards Katelynn, burning, intending to collide right on! Mignon meanwhile is launched a bit back, sliding, but not falling. "Oooh oh oww.... HEY! THat was better than usual! YAAAY! Mignon's still standing!"

Projectiles. Katelynn hates those a lot. She can never quite time her defensive attempts quite right for them. Some of them are slow, some are fast, and some seem to change speeds when you least expect it. Nonetheless, Katelynn's not about to let it hit her that easily, even if it is going to be hard to protect against.
Unfortunately, Katelynn's attempt to get into a defensive stance is a bit off with the timing, and the fireball strikes her squarely in the stomach causing her to stumble backwards, and nearly fall off of the rocks. She regains her balance, though, and comes back towards Mignon.
As she approaches, she suddenly pushes off with one foot, and then flies directly at Mignon with her other foot extended straight out in front of her, aiming right at the girl intending to strike her in the torso!

As Katelynn comes towards her with a foot, intending to strike her dead on, Mignon's bowled over! It hurts, it does.. but the little girl gets back to her feet without TOO much of a problem, and dusting herself off, admits another. The rocks at least stopped her from going too far. "Mignon .. is still okay!" Sort of.. but the point is .. as Katelynn tries to defend, it doesn't go too well!
And as Katelynn puts herself on the offensive.. it might not, either, because the powder puff Mignon is certainly .. planning something. "Ow ow .. but Mignon's got ANOTHER trick up her sleeve!" She notes, before spinning once. What could this be! A TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE!?
Nah. "DIVINE WIND SPIRIT!" As Katelynn tries to recover.. the wind whips! The wind blows .. and now the wind spirals towards Katelynn in a pre-determined path, trying to suck her in!

Auntie Em! Auntie Em! OK, wrong movie... oh wait, this isn't even a movie. Well, maybe it could be turned into Twister? But anyway, it's not always easy to avoid the wind, or a tornado for that matter. But this one is more of a smaller tornado, and unlike the bigger ones where you'd need to get outta there as fast as you could, this one shouldn't be too hard.
Watching the incoming tornado carefully, Katelynn carefully calculates the speed and timing of it, and then when the moment is right, she pushes off with her foot, rolling out of the way of the tornado while heading towards Mignon at the same time. Once Katelynn gets back onto her feet, she immediately follows up with a swift kick aimed at Mignon's stomach.

As Katelynn comes forwards, the kick slides, and Mignon gets knocked backwards from the assault of getting hit in the stomach! But even at the strike, the young witch is quick to get back to her feet, and even more so to get back on the assault! Rolling with the strike, she rolls backwards.. before kicking off the ground and towards Katelynn.
"NYAAAAAAAAAAH!" She cries as she goes, pouncing through the air towards the fighter! This will really send her reeling, for sure! "MIGNON'S KITTY CRUSHER!" And that's of course why she's just flying tackling her through the air!

Kitty Crusher? Cute name for an attack. Not to mention it's a bit more creative than Palm Blaster, which Katelynn attempts again, but fails miserably. She does go reeling indeed, and lands on her back, hard. She groans even more and struggles to get up, finding that her back is in a world of hurt. She can't even manage a kippup.
Finally, after a few moments, the karate fighter manages to roll over and then get back up. It looks like Mignon is truly getting the best of Katelynn here, but she still has some fight left within her. It could still go either way.
As Katelynn attempts the PALM BLASTER once more, it looks like the kitty crusher just crushes through the defense! And then she lands, rolling to a stop, before turning about to face the Karate fighter! Hmm.. What can she do? OH! Mignon grins as she finishes rolling to a stop, jumping back and all.. and then running HEAD FIRST towards Katelynn. "Mignon's still not ready to give up! So here she goes ... WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
"Oop see DOODLE!" And suddenly, all is cartwheels. Mignon cartwheeling towards Katelynn, going head over heels over and over again as the witch spirals towards the other side of the watery/rocky battlefield. It's NEVER ENDING, and while it is simply ONE revolution, there can be more than one!
Such a poor named assault, perhaps, but why have just one when you can /keep doing it/?!

A rather poorly named assault, perhaps, but the effect isn't too poor. Katelynn is too tired to be able to block properly, and despite her effort, it's a feeble attempt to fend Mignon off. She finds herself getting battered by the cartwheels and goes down on her rear. Because of not falling completely down, though, she finds it a little easier to get back up.
But Katelynn is starting to feel the effects of the fight getting to her. She decides it's time to get things back on track. She closes her eyes and focuses some of her chi into her body, trying to let it ease her fatigue and take her mind off of her injuries a little.

As Katelynn is struck by the cartwheel of DOOM, the witch kicks backwards, flipping away .. and with Katelynn staying there, trying to regain what she's lost .. MIGNON SEES THIS AS THE PERFECT TIME! "Mmhmm.. alright.. Mignon'll DO HER BEST!" She says to no one, before raising her arms. What with Katelynn closing her eyes and focusing her chi, clearly .. she won't see it coming! BRILLIANT!
"Mignon's totally BEST ASSAULT!" She cries, raising her arms upwards, the pink hair blowing in the force, and so does her clothes, as she focuses with all her might into her palms that are raised upwards.
"METEO STRIKE!"
A giant ball of churning earth and fire is created in those hands, making yet another irritation that Katelynn will have to deal with.. and the worst part? It's flying across the rock battlefield! .. ..TOWARDS THE GROUND!? Yes, where Katelynn is standing, where it will explode... with or without Katelynn!
Meanwhile? Mignon's send ROLLLLLING backwards, bouncing as the strike takes her off her feet! "Oww ouchie OW oooh..." She lands on her back, near the edge of the water-field! "Oooh diiiizzy."

Someone set Katelynn up the bomb, or something like that. She sees the incoming attack and thinks that if she braces herself for it, she can tough it out or something. But she doesn't exactly realize what the attack consists of. She thinks Mignon is just rolling at her or something, but in reality it's an explosive situation!
Katelynn is blasted up into the air and then lands hard on her back. Her face is bruised, with blood coming from her nose, her breathing is fast, indicating she's very exhausted from this fight, and she's struggling to even roll over to get up.
It looks like Mignon might be the winner here, since Katelynn seems incapacitated...
Or is she? All of a sudden, Katelynn seems to glow with chi as she suddenly jumps onto her feet, and then rushes at Mignon, attempting to deliver a swift, carefully choreographed, flurry of punches and kicks. A technique Katelynn calls her 'Ultimate Kata.'

As Katelynn lands hard, Mignon's finally okay! But then .. well .. Katelynn's also not doing so well it seems! And it seems this way, because she's landing on the ground and struggling to get up! .. Which is odd, because next, Mignon's assaulted by the flurry of punches and kicks barely when she's able to get up..
"Ooh ow ow stop yeouch OW! Quit it OW!" And finally knocked away. Launched, the girl is only rolling for a bit before she gets to her feet, shaking the cobwebs out of her head. Now that stung .. ooooh, maybe she should have took the other choice.. trying to roll out of the way didn't really work!
But once to her feet.. THE ULTIMATE WEAPON IS UNLEASHED! "Hah .. Mignon is tired but HERE SHE GOES! HORSIE!"
And leaping towards Katelynn, the Mignon grasps for her body .. in an attempt to flip over Katelynn, and then yank her from behind .. and roll her over her body to the ground! "Neiiiiiiiiigh!"

Katelynn's low on stamina and when you're low on stamina, you don't always think the right way. Sometimes you make a good move without realizing you did it, and sometimes you make a poor choice without realizing that it's a bad choice untill it's too late. And in this case, the latter just happens to be what happens to Katelynn. She attempts to move out of the way of Mignon's attempt to throw her away, but it's to no avail.
"Let go of me!" Katelynn says, trying to break free. In her desperation, she attempts to throw a punch at Mignon to get her away. But it's the last move she makes, since after that, it's all the energy she has remaining, and she lies on the ground motionless.

As Mignon locks arms, it's like checking watches! The young witch looks at Katelynn as she tries to break free.. but the punch is too close! Too close! Mignon's forced to throw her hands up, and even then, the pink powder puff of a witch is thrown backwards, weakened from the fighting, and tumbling tumbling back, she collapses on her back, aching all over.
These things reaallly really hurtttt she notes. It's really a simple task to realize that, what with her going to have bruises and the like for a little while. "Owieee ow ow ..." But she's able to crawl to her feet.. slowly but surely. "Mignon .. won? ... MIGNON DID IT!" She cries, and with her remaining energy, cheers! "YAAAAAAAAyyyyoohhh Mignon needs to sit down..." Which she does. And then nearly falls over. "Oooh dizzy .. are you okay missy kate?"
