It's been a while, a good long while since Himeko had last been in a good ol' fashioned neoleague fight! Though this is mostly because she's been gone for the summer doing her own little thing; but when she came back... Her first battle is not to be at a library?? This.. Is puzzling! Not only is it not at a library, it's at a nightclub?? Is this legal???? Well today it is because Hime's got special permission from the clubs owner, and it's already getting kind of rowdy when people notice that the ring is being set up, with the announcer, mike in hand, standing at the center; the Masters camera crew also ready to roll.
The noise starts to settle down, but then suddenly a heavy duty, rock and roll beat comes bursting from the speakers! "The following match is a Masters NeoLeague Match!!!" the announcer cries as the crowd goes nuts! "Introducing first, from Osaka Japan! Hurricane Hime!!" The spotlights flash on! The strobe lights flicker, and out steps a woman the crowd actually is not used to seeing.. Clad in pink and magenta, a considerably taller Hurricane makes her way down the walkway and slides into the ring! She points a finger in the air and fireworks burst from the turnbuckles! The people, they are confused, but they cheer anyway!
"And her opponent...." the announcer starts..
As legal as it gets.
"From Salem, Massachusetts! MIIIIIIIIIIIIGNOOOOOOOOOOON!" It's just the name that's capable of being stretched infinitely everywhere, but as Mignon's announcement goes out, the spotlight goes to where she should be and... what? She's not there! It begins to search a bit, but a rather loud voice can be heard. "WHAAAT? Mignon doesn't know WHY you don't sell things to minors.. Mignon is NOT a minor she is NOT A KID!" She stomps her foot, over and over, the other on the ground.
And then the spotlight goes over her. "OWWW Mignon's eyes! She's blind she's! .. Ohh...." She looks at the ring and Hime and then immediately scrambles towards the Ring. "SHE'S LAAAAAAAAATE!" Comes her cry, dressed in an odd suit, a vest over a dress shirt, with glowing and sparkling hand/leg baubles, one on each limb. And natural pink hair. It's on both sides and especially back. "MIGNON IS HERE!"
Back to our announcer. "Whooooo will emerge victorious in this battle of titans!" The spotlights spin about for a moment, before centering. "AND NOW .. LETS BEGIN!"
Mignon blinks, and then waves towards Hime! "Mignon's happy to meet you miss! And Mignon is going to DO HER BEST!" She cries, grinning. "She's all ready to burst and warmed up so HERE SHE GOES!" She raises a hand and .. taunts Hime!?
"Nyaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" And sticks out her tongue and everything.

Himeko herself is dressed in a sleeveless pink and black unitard, a band-aid strip over the bridge of her nose. And guess what? Mignon isn't the only one with pink hair, either!!! Though hers is dyed, but that isn't the point. Two pink haired fighters.. Has the crowd paid to see -this-? ".. Oh wow! Hey, nice hair!" the young saikyo fighter outbursts, giving her opponent a thumbs up. "But the bad news is even your best won't be enough if your fighting style is what I think it is; I sure hope you're good at impro---- Wh.. W.. HEY!! That's my bit!"
Himeko jabs a pointer finger accusingly at Mignon, finger shaking! "There's only -one- master of the taunt in this ring, at that most certainly isn't you, you take that back right now!" DING DING goes the bell, and whoosh goes Himeko, attempting to grab the girl by her hair from the side and start pulling! "Take it back!! I demand a mulligan!!!"

As Hime begins to knock her, Mignon still paws at the air. "Nyaaah! Mignon's a kitty and that's all Mignon has to be to defeat youuu!" Mignon cries before she shakes her head. "Nuh-nYAHHHHH it can be anyone's bit!" Mignon jokes, before Hime attempts to make her take it back. "But Mignon doesn't want to! Mignon doesn't see how it's only fair that only YOU can taunt and-" Hime grabs her hair as Mignon swings at her with the fists of MIGNONNESS. "Ow ow ow! OWIE OW!" She can't stop it. "STOP PULLING MIGNON'S HAIR!" She cries ow, flailing, flailing and squirming and trying to get away.
Arms, limbs flail as she goes!
"Ahhh! Mignon's in trouble!"
"A... A wh- .. Wh.. Wait what?" Hime asks, eyes peering to the young witch.. And she's standing there holding Mignon's hair like it wasn't no thing.. Which it technically wasn't, but she doesn't let go right away. Instead she gives sort of a cocky smirk as her free hand settles on her hip, ".. A cat.. That certainly brings back good memories.. You know what? I like you, so I'll go ahead and let you keep that taunt! How about that pretty generous of me isn't it! However...."
That's when the Hurricane releases the hold and raises her hands to crack her knuckles. "Listen up, Miggy, from this point on I'm not going to hold back! I am giving you an opportunity to witness the greatest style, one so great you'll want to become a student of it! However.. It only really works if you give me even more than your best, so do me a favor and crank that cat-fu to 11, are we clear?" Another jab forward with her pointer finger!

As Hime asks on, like it's no thang, and gives a cocky smile and everything, Mignon blinks. "Nyaaaah?" She tilts her head as the hair is yanked.. and let go. "Oooh. That's nice of you! Mignon's happy to meet you! Mignon's sure Hime is a good person as well but Mignon's head really hurts an.. huh?" She stops talking for a moment as Hurricane Hime CRACKS HER KNUCKLES.
"Nya..ah?" She nods, and blinks. "A student? .. Uh .. OKAY!" Mignon cries. "MIGNON REALLY WANTS TO KNOW THIS STYLE! Mignon's already a witch .. and with this style .. uh .. MIGNON WILL BE EVEN GREATER!" She leaps up and down, flailing her arms. "Alright .. Here comes Mignon! Weeeeeeeee!" And Mignon kicks backwards..
And then begins to come at Himeko like a spinning , rolling boulder of witchy death! She's not really rolling .. but her entire body goes 360 as she sort of cartwheels forwards, hands first.. and then kicking feet to launch Hime back next!

".. A good person? A good person.." Hime ponders aloud, glancing upward as she rubs her chin. "Hmmnn.. Close, close but I'm not just good, I'm also bad!" she declares afterward as her opponent comes rushing forward with acrobatics and launch-spin goodness! "I AM BAD TO THE BO- OOOOF!" the strike landing true and causes her to go staggering back! Luckily the rings ropes are there to catch her but she looks pretty stunned, that was pretty unorthodox!
Himeko brushes herself off and comes rushing back, however! "That wasn't half bad! But try some of THIS!" she drops to the mat and slides under and past Mignon while trying to tag her ankle. If she's successful, Mignon will find her ankle tied up in a string of paper, Hime at the other end of the wring holding the rope and snaps it like a shockwave sending the witch suddenly upward then down hard onto the map!

"GASP!" Yes Mignon gasps loud enough for it to be HEARD. "You're .. bad!? BUT MIGNON TAKE ON BAD PEOPLE ALL THE TIME!" She cries out, as Mignon sort of dizzy, stays on her feet. "Mhmm.. Mignon is a good witch! And she plans on making bad people go away through her efforts, involving fighting the badness and helping all the good people stay SAFE!" She adds in, cheering!
And then Hime gets up.. and slides under Mignon as she's dizzy. "WOaaaaah. Where are you going, Mignon can't keep u-" BAMF. Mignon's ankle is tied up. "Huh.. is this so Mignon doesn't forget anything because-WOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH STOP THIS CRAZY RIDE!" She cries, flailing, as she hits the map hard, face first. Ooooooouch.
But Mignon LEAPS back to her feet, and spins, pointing at Hime. "That STUNG. Mignon's face will be all red but here it goes, watch, MIGNON is going to try some of her AMAZING MAGIC!" And spinning, she kicks backwards.. as the string begins to be sucked up in the assault! And HIME!
.. Wait a second the string- "AAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Mignon cries, but holds onto the edge of the guard rail.
"Mignon doesn't want to go for a spin!"

"Heh heh.. Ah, such is fate," Himeko replies with a small shrug and a shake of her head. It was like she had planned it all along, the painful way poor Mignon takes that ride. However she didn't think to release that strip so she doesn't even do anything at first when the magical display is brought forth. ".. Oh man! Wh- What are you doing! The Hurricane is my bit!!" she suddenly yells, "THAT'S M- WAUGH!"
She's not entirely sure what's going on here but she's caught up in a whirling that sends her flying back and she slams painfully hard against the turnbuckle and then flips over it RIGHT out of the ring! Some might say that was a stroke of bad luck.. However those who noticed she found a quarter laying on the outside, "SCORE!" Wait, a quarter in Britain?
Either way, the pink clad fighter is back in action, with a running start she leaps back onto the apron, leaps onto the third rope, and then bounces off of it toward Mignon, fire in her eyes! "You let go of that rail and take this blow like a MAN, Miggy!!" she demands, suddenly curling into a ball and just barrels toward Mignon, Blanka-style.. Watch out!

As Hime replies with a shrug, Mignon climbing up, she smiles. "I'm just using it! Mignon knows how to use her abilities and stuff so Mignon made a little funnel! She just loves little funnels!" Mignon adds, grinning brightly. AND THE HURRICANE HIME is caught by tropical storm Mignon and suddenly she flips out of the ring. "AAAAAAAAAAAAH! Hime, HIME are you okay? MIGNON'S SO SORRY AND-oh good Mignon thought you were hurt!" She cheers. "Yaaaaaaay she's alright.. YAAAAAAAAAY!" She claps and everything, as the pink clad fight run back to the apron, leans onto the rope, and bounces towards her .. Mignon has no choice. She must .. GULP.. let go.
"O-OKAY!" Mignon finally cries, before her hands reach up towards the falling Hime ... charging up with a nice electrical bolt.
And when Hime touches her, Mignon's bowled over, rolling and rolling and rolling and "LIGHTNING BOLT!" On her back, Mignon launches Hime upwards, an electrical jolt arcing upwards into the air with Hime along it.. and Mignon rolling rolling rolling DONK. Hitting the ropes upwards down, getting tangled in them.
"Owwie ow ow .. Mignon REALLY as to watch what she's doing from now on..." She notes, her head spinning and everything.
This is one ... Wild opponent that Himeko is faceing, isn't it? Even Himeko is rather mystified by this one, but one this is for sure.. As unusual as Mignon is, she can certainly pack a whallop! Which she learns the hard way, her eyes widening as the energy starts to charge. WHAPPOW! is the contact of body to body. KRAKKOW is lightnint to body! "YEOOOW!!" She spins out in the air and hits the mat pretty hard, and flops onto her stomach while holding the back of her head. ".. Geez, magic is pretty tricky stuff.. Anyway of -course- I'm ok, I'm a trained professional after all, Ha HAA!"
Behold as she stands up, rubbing at the back of her neck, little after-effect sparks danceing about her body. "Lightning Bolt, was it? Well, that's a pretty decent name, but come on, you can do better than that! What about 'Lightning Bolt of DOOM'! Now -that- is hardcore!" The heroine reaches into her shoulderbag and withdraws two sheets of paper, whipping them behind her as she runs forward. She then leaps into the air with a flying back kick, while the two sheets are suddenly ablaze in white energy and flying toward the witch as well, "Big Flying Kick Holy Crap You're Gonna Die Laa Laa Laa!!!"

And then Hime's launched into the air, Mignon gets up slowly, brushing herself off. "Mignon's still doing good so-" And then Hime is UP! "Uh .. Mignon doesn't know? She really tries to do GOOD things and that doesn't sound good so Mignon's going to pass! But Mignon would love to learn of!" And then paper? That flies around with her.. A FLYING BIKE KICK!? OH NOOOOO.
And Mignon is thusly assault, a fliying kick, with sheets of paper on fire.. and those words!?
"AAAAAAIIEEEEEEEEEEE!" She cries and tries to leap away, but kicks kicked and then juggled by the two sheets of paper, before she spins towards the ground, bouncing a few times. She finally comes to a stop, breath in.. breathe out.. breath in.. LEAP UP AND CONSULT HIME! "WOOOOOOOOOOOW!" She cries out, pointing at the sheet of paper that still might be flying there burning. "HOW are you doing that Mignon is like SO AMAZED and she's happy she got to see that SO TELL MIGNON!" She cries, "Is that magic? Mignon likes to learn magic so Mignon thinks that's magic! So tell Mignon! Tell her tell her tell her!"
"I KNOW!" Mignon explains, as she flips backwards and raises her hands. "HERE. Mignon will show you her ABSOLUTE BEST ability! Here it coomes... " The sparkling bracelets sparkle more and more.. and Mignon then .. leans away, her hands coming together as she pulls something that's about the size of three of her heads out.
It's a bomb. "Heartful.. PRESENT!" She yells out. "Oh my my! Heehee.. Here, you can have it!" And the bomb is tossed towards Himeko.. and the fuse is growing short!
HOT POTATO HOT POTATO, WHO GOT THE HOT POTATO!
Moments later.. it explodes. SPARKLING ENERGY ERUPTS EVERYWHERE!
But is Hime at ground zero!?

".. Huh?" as she looks around, and the lit up papers have already extinguished and fallen to the floor, just ever so slightly crisped. She looks around a little more and then shrugs at Mignon, "Whatever you're on, I'd stop taking it! I don't know anything like that! .. -Now- what are you up t-" Blink blink.
Absolute best? Well that makes Himeko grin at first, but then she's.. Not grinning after that. In fact her eyes widen when the cute little cat-fighter whips out a comically huge bomb! "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..."
"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.." Mimics the crowd.
It's tossed at the fighter and Hime goes into complete panic mode!! "Wh- Wh. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT??!!!" really there's not much she can do! She reaches into her shoulderbag and just grabs out two handfulls of paper and just throws them up in front of her, creating a rather flimsy looking wall at the last moment and BOOOOOOOOOoMB!!!!!! The force rips a hole through the wall, the paper explodes everywhere and rains down like confetti! Himeko goes flying backward, right out of the ring again with a THUD! Jaws drop! Cats go leaping off of fences! Birds go FLYING away to escape! .. And after a moment Himeko pulls herself back up and this time has a pair of half-rimmed reading glasses on hand, which she settles onto her nose and just peers .. She PEERS at her opponent. ".. Heh heh.. Time for my sharingan eye.. I can see it.. I can see EVERYTHING, even your weakness, Miggy!" *cough cough*.
COMBATSYS: Himeko focuses on her next action.

"Huh? Oh stop LYING Mignon KNOWS that you have magic so tell Mignon! And Mignon's not taking anything, she's just a witch!" And yes indeed. And then Hime is grinning.. and then not. And then Hime's throwing paper up infront of her before the bomb goes off and .. Huh. Wow she can DO that?
Apparently! And Mignon watches as Hime begins to stand up once again.. Mignon meanwhile just stands up, done covering her head.. perhaps it's her magic that protects her from the AMAZING bomb!
The sharingan what? Mignon blinks a bit, before watching Hime stand there and look! "You see my weakness? .. But .. BUT MIGNON DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THAT!" She cries out, hands raising upwards to hold each other infront of her face. "Oh no no no! MIGNON DOESN'T LIKE BEING WATCHED!"
Faliling about, Mignon makes a SPLIT DECISION, as the smoke clears.
And that's diving at Hime with a line of sparkles following her. "KIIIIIIIIITTTY STRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE! NYAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She dives in, legs first, TOWARDS HIME! And then tries to paw her over and over!
COMBATSYS: Himeko interrupts Heavy Kick from Mignon with Saikyo Burning.

"I DON'T HAVE MAGIC!!" Himeko outbursts, slamming her hand down on the mat and then rolls in, panting a bit. And then grins wider still, "Yes I indeed can see it, and I can prove it! Your weakness wears pink panties with it's name written on the back! How scandelous..." the young fighter waggles her eyebrows, and makes it clear she does not care Mignon doesn't like being watched! Though it does feel weird talking to a cloud of smoke.. OH THERE SHE IS.
The cat-fu fighter strikes with little more the utmost fury, and Himeko dashes forward with her fist extended and DIVES at Mignon, punching in the gut the same time the kick connects.. But her momentum is better! She machine-guns three more punches and uppercuts, "Shou'ou Ken!!!" she cries. She then wraps her arms about Mignon's waist and lurches back into a suplex, "FINAL!!!" And keeping her hold, flips backward and follows up with a second, leaping suplex, "ATOMIC!!!!" CRASH! And then.. And then!!!
She lets go and starts wheezing, her hands on her knees. "Huu huu.. Huff... Wheeze.."
QUATHONK.
Mignon is struck by the amazing fist of the North Hime, being punched in the gut .. and more punches erupt, Mignon being wrapped about.. and then a SUPLEX.. and then there's another suplex! And Mignon crashes to the ground, bouncing a bit. "OWWWWWWWWWWWW! Mignon's .. so diiiizzzyyy Mignon wants to rest in a bit so Mignon's .. Mingon's going to just sleepy bye ... oookay?" She asks, smiling a bit.. but Mignon then shakes herself awake. "NO NO! Mignon has to keep fighting on .. Mignon can't give up here, she just can't!"
And so pointing at Hime, Mignon keeps going. "Well.. MIGNON STILL THINKS it's magic but if you say so well .. uh .. Mignon will have ... will have .. TO FIGHT BACK! Mignon's not done either!" She cries, before pulling back and pointing an arm towards Himeko.
Beaten, bruised, and hurted really bad, Mignon .. attempts the FINAL ASSAULT!
"FIRE BALL!" Firing that fireball, Mignon is fired backwards herself, rolling to a stop from the force.. and then of course sloowly getting up.
But there's a flame ball erupting towards Hime.. what can happen now!?

".... Huh??" Himeko replies, about Mignon wanting to take a nap.. A nap?? At a time like this is she crazy?? Well, ok don't answer that. Well! She's just going to stand there with her hands on her hips and just -look- back at Mignon because she's talking about not being done when the truth is, in fact, "Oh but you ARE done, Miggy!! Because I said so! Ha HA!!" Fireball!
".. Of Doom!" Himeko quickly corrects, and realizes she should be doing less correcting and more getting the heck out of the way-ing! She starts to crosses her arms in front of her and grunts, but it breaks through her guard and with a yelp she goes tumbling back herself, but probably a lot more painfully, leaving her sitting up against the ropes with swirled eyes, "... Nnf.. Well, yeah that hurt."
She manages to get up to one knee though, planting a hand onto the mat and narrows her eyes as she settles into a football players position. Today just so happens to be her lucky day because out of nowhere she just feels a serious surge of energy! "Haaaaa!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" she yells, her martial arts belt whipping upward from a sudden wind and the Hurricane bursts forward, papers in hand that are molded into the shape over a large mallet which she overhead swings once she's close enough, "HOOOFAAAAAAAAAH!!" Right at the fighters head! Hit or miss though, she finds herself unable to hit the breaks and just goes flying out of the ring again, completely knocked for a loop- THUD. ".... I'm ok."

Of doom!? And Hime is tumbled backwards by the assault of fire ball.. it's then that Hime plants herself on the mat, and narrows her eyes as it's a football players position! There's little Mignon can do before she's tackled into with a bunch of papers in the shape of a GIANT mallet.. which Mignon is THWOMPED by!
The young witch tries to leap out of the way, but is sent into the stands with the horrible horrible hammer, and spirals down.. dizzy. "Nyahhhh?.. M-Mignon's .. really tired... now .. all of a sudden... yeah..." She exclaims, her head spinning with such things above her! It's so powerful.. and Mignon was helpless to stop it!
And then she staggers forwards and falls over..
THE ANNOUNCER BEGINS .. and it's obvious what to declare.
"It looks like both of the fighters here today are unable to continue fighting! DEEEE KAAYYY OOOOOOOOOOOH!"
CHING CHING. The bell rings.
Okay well.. As.. Unusual a fight as that was, when one stops to think about the complete madness of it all, ok sure it wasn't a Ken vs Ryu match-up but come on, that was entertaining! That was a pretty insane fight! And so even then the announcer declares it's a DOUBLE knock-out, instead of boos and jeers, there's a round of applause! Plenty of applause and cheering and somewhere in the back also a 'TAKE IT OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!'
Ahahah oh those brits, what a friendly, kind and spirited bunch they are! Though Hime isn't sticking around for much longer, despite her desire to convert her opponent to the 'superior' style. No, just then two buff men wearing 'SECURITY' shirts make their way through the crowd, one hauls the saikyo student over her shoulder, and then walks off. Now that's what I call a VIP escort!
