Description: Jiro has known Himeko for a while through Mimiru. But, because Mimiru hasn't been fighting as of late, Jiro decided to challenge Himeko to see how far she has come along. She is even dubbed little sister as well. Not in that way though. :| ( Winner: Jiro )
The Town of Southtown!
Is about to get yet another inter-city league match.. Why? Because things got a little... Uh, hectic with the scheduling and transportation. Even though the two fighters in question are close in their own ways, they never really fought before have they? It was a long time ago alongside Mimiru! The match itself is taking place in the Southtown Village Library; more specifically in the back courtyard where there's a stone floor and a nice big fountain in the center with marble benches about it. As usual there's a bit of a chess theme to it; man-sized, stone, chess pieces are scattered about the square area. So then, the camera crew is ready, but where are the fighters?
"... mmmmMMMMORTAAAAAAAAAALS!!" comes the cry of spunky superhero saikyo fighter whom goes by the name of Hurricane Hime! Clad in black and neon pink as always, she comes tearing down the pathway and hits a ramp on a very classy and cool looking, pink piped BMX bicycle. In mid-air she kicks the bike out from under her, compeltely bowling over one of the camera staff and strikes a pose when she lands next to the fountain, her oversized scarf flapping like wild. "Behold! Hurricane Hime.. IS HEEEEERE!!" she cries, as her admittadly small fanbase cheers! The energy is pretty contagious!
It's been a long time since Jiro had actually been able to fight. At least, in an official match-up. It is not something that Jiro often did, considering the grief that Jiro received along the way. Besides the recent Saturday Night Fight infuriating him, Jiro opt to deal with a match up against Himeko Why? Well, she counts as his little sister and since Mimiru isn't around, Jiro will shower Himeko with his brotherly love.
Aka: Beating up. She's a fighter now, so she'll live.
After the spantacular entrance set forth by the Hurricane Hime, one individual is walking alongside ofthe opposite end.
Wearing the normal clothes that he wears in his off-duty time that consists of a blue vest and black shirt with white pants and red shoes, Jiro is tightening the gloves as he approaches the ring.
A feral grin crosses his features. "I had been hoping for a fight against you. Since Mimiru's not quite competing anymore... I dub you 'Little Sister Kasagi 2'." Awww..
He cracks his knuckles.
Hurricane Hime isn't really sure what that really means, but she has an inkling suspicion that she doesn't like it. A frown of sorts is shot in Jiro's direction and she shifts from side to side to do some leg stretches. "Hmn, I see.. Well, I guess if you're going to dub me your little sister.. I guess I'll have to dub you.."
She stands up straighter and JABS her pointerfinger toward Jiro, Phoenix Wright style! "I guess that makes you OFFICER JIRO, Super Sidekick of Hurricane Hime! You've got yourself a deal, rookie! I guess this is my chance to give you a crash course on how the superhero world works! Yeaa-hah!!" The pink-clad fighter foot shuffles, throwing a couple of fake jabs as if making it clear she's ready! "I'm feeling charitable today, so I'll allow you the first shot, greenhorn! Show me your moves!" <3

Aw, it's not a bad thing. ...Much. Himeko IS part of the Kasagi family, after all. Besides, it isn't the same without punching Mimiru around every now and then. So, Jiro actually grins at Hurricane Hime as she stretches.
But when she points at him and give him a title, the officer tsks and shakes his head. "...Hahhaha. Sure. We'll see who will end up the side kick." With that, the young officer immediately sprints towards Himeko.
"Well then, Hurricane Hime, don't mind if I..." The young man finally uses his right leg to launch himself up towards Himeko. As he springs off of the ground, Jiro twists around and launches his right leg towards her path; his hip shifts to the side as the foot is thrusted out for a side kick.
"--Do!"
We'll see who the 'side kick' is.

"Ha HA!" Hime replies, wagging her finger back at Jiro. "We'll see! Come on, lets do this!" Woah, he's pretty fast! The heroine doesn't have a lot of time to react when he comes forth with the big kick, and despite trying to slip away from it, it meets its mark, "OOF!" that's some serious weight! The smaller fighter crashes to the ground, tumbles, and rolls back to her feet, "YOSH!!"
Because she's running right back at him, springing off of the air apparently intending to return the favor! But.. What's this? "IMMORTAL SLAM!" Instead of her usual opener, she's trying to clasp her feet around the officers neck. If she can, then she'd use the momentum to hurricanrana and slam Jiro's face into a nearby oversized Rook!

After the foot makes its mark to slam right into the stomach of the smaller fighter, Jiro has a good show of power to send her sprawling back from the impact. Landing on the ground, Jiro leans his neck to the side a few times, getting the stiff kinks out of it. "Tsch..." A feral grin curls up on his lips, then he sees her tumbling back to her feet.
"Heh."
When she springs up towards Jiro, Jiro allows her to reach around the neck and spiral along his form. He can feel the power twist about his form and send him twisting off of his feet.
However, instead of landing onto the ground in a dishaveled position, Jiro uses his right hand to press onto the ground and launch himself back up to his feet in a handspring.
He rubs his neck a few moments later, working out the slight discomfort that she gave him in the twist. Then, Jiro sprints towards Himeko once more, drawing his right hand out. "Arrgggh!!" He is charging forward towards her body with a body check, using his momentum to press his body against her body to send her sprawling back.
...Or at least, the elbow with an added assist.

Hurricane Hime grins broadly, sure she didn't get the full impact she wanted, but she'll take what she can get! Now he's coming at her like a runaway train?? Well, that's simple enough to deal with, she thinks! And so she shuffles lightly on her feet and next thing she knows, POW!! Wow, she's going to feel that one in the morning! With a cry of surprise Hime just goes soaring backward and SMASHES against the center fountain; cracking the granite art pretty badly before hitting the water with a splash!
Dripping wet she stands once more and spits out a quarter into her hand. ".... Woah! Sweet!" that is quickly pocketed, and with that she dashes out of the fountain and goes running toward her opponent once more, "Is that all you have, Sidekick?? You're gonna have to do a little better than that! POWER UP!" And by this she means withdrawing the oversized fan attatched to her belt that's dripping wet, but not soaked. The very tip of it explodes into a trail of bright white energy, a gentle aura of white surrounding her form as well. The trailing energy she tries to swing up into Jiro's chin while rising upward, "ORYAAAAAAAAA!! Justice CRUSH!"

As Jiro gives Himeko the elbow, Jiro continues to press on towards the girl with his attack. When she launches towards him with the oversized paper fan, the man leaps off of the ground and dashes straight into he direction. For the most part, Jiro is caught right into the blow; the fan lays across his chin, reeling his head back as the eyes widen. His body is flipping over but then he descends to the ground with a spin before he crashes into the ground with a nasty noise.
CRUNCH!
A growl is given from the young man, then he leans himself back to roll to his feet. He grunts and he swings his right hand towards Himeko's direction. "Time to burn!"
As he swings his right hand out, a trace of the scarlet chi manifests into a cutting blade zooming straight towards Himeko's direction.

"Heh heh heh, didn't see that one coming, did we?" Hime asks with a bit of a smug grin. She was always quite proud of her techniques; though she wasn't expecting it to send him flying like that. She must be getting stronger! Well, the fan is re-sheathed, and she raises her fists, "Is it?? BRING IT ON!" And he sure does. The chi comes roaring toward the saikyo fighter and she braces herself, waiting for the right moment and then WHAMMO!!! The 'blade' slams into the heroine and she goes flying back.. Smashes THROUGH roook and the half of the statue crumbles down on top of her. Clearly that must have hurt. The girl groans slightly, sitting up and another quarter falls into her lap. "... Wow. Where do these -come- from?" she thinks to herself..
And cringes as she holds her side. She's definatly going to need to take a brief breather after that one, but she is up on her feet!

As the cutting blade slices into the Saikyo fighter, the young man sprints after the girl as she's smashed through the rook statue. As he is sprinting her way, he quickens the pace as he aims to close the distance on Himeko in order to give her a nice meeting with his form. Jiro is launching himself her waywhile she is a bit disarrayed and trying to catch a breather.
His right foot launches off of the ground, releasing a wall of scarlet flames to coat the entire area. The wall of flames soon spread towards her, then Jiro springs back to manifest a well of red energy before he lances the scarlet chi right into her chest. "HAA!"

Yeah she's a little overwhelmed right now, but only a little! Jiro doesn't look like he's going to be stopped so easily and in that instand Hime goes up in a panic as he comes forth with the flaring burst of red energy, "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!" she thrusts her hands out forward and WHAM!!! Jiro's energy ends up hitting not Hime, but rather a massive wall of paper that was thrown from her hip holster. The white wall seems to absorb the energy, and then crumple into snow, the fighter looking stunned.. And then grinning like a maniac, "Ha HA! You didn't count on my TRAP CARD!"
Hime's stance shifts slightly and then seeming to be back in good spirits, sprints at Jiro once more and then dives to try and grab his ankles.. If that works, suddenly the Interpol Officer is spinning like a tornado and completely mummified in sheets of glowing paper! The lower half of the tornado suddenly comes to a complete halt, followed by a painful *KRIK* if Jiro's unlucky.

Not good. As Himeko manages to active her wall, which absorbs the energy, Jiro's eyes widen with pure shock. Then, he grunts deciding to finally remove the kid gloves thathe had on earlier. When she attempts to dive down at his form, Jiro immediately leaps off of the ground, soaring higher into the air in a roll. With his ascension towards the air, Jiro is extending his right hand higher.
With the chi manifesting in his grasp, th young man feels the force of the powerful chi erupting in the right hand as the left hand supports the right arm by crossing over to hold onto the right arm.
The energy grows, radiating a bright glow as fireflies flutter along the growing energy ball. As it rapidly grows, the energy absorbs a few atoms that swirl about it, then....
"METEOR BUSTER!"
Jiro shoots forth the energy ball, the scarlet energy descending straight towards Hurricane Hime with a descending blast, aiming to crash on her at full contact and make a large explosion along the field.

"Whoza wuzza??" Hime asks, scritching her head as she lay there on her stomach.. But then spings back to her feet when it doesn't look like Jiro's going to really want to remain involved in her technique! She tsks, motioning for him to come forth and BOY DOES HE. The blast of energy rushes forward and Hime slips her textbook from her scarf- Unfortunatly the scarlet energy is COMPLETELY overwhelming, and the explosion again just sends hime blasting backward from the force!
This time, however, she manages not to smash INTO anything, twisting in the air to flop onto her stomach and collapse to the floor, "Rrghh.. Man.. Forget this.." she grumbles. She slowly gets back up and keeps a tight grip on her book by the spine. It glows intensely, and then she chops at the air, three sheets surrounded by glowing energy flying forward, "Hyaaah!!" she twirls and chops again, six sheets flying forward, and then with a leaping twirl, a barrage of twelve papers follow, the entire mass just looking to kamikaze their energy into the officer! "TAKE THIS!!!"

Destruction is glorious at times. This is one of those times.
As Jiro descends towards the ground, he is finally landing onto his feet once more, looking at Himeko as she takes the hold of her book. She's getting serious now. When she releases the barrage of papers his way, Jiro sprints into the air to leap over the first three. Landing ontot he ground, Jiro is soon hurtling over the next six sheets. And when twelve comes out, Jiro is taking a daring leap to dive into the flying sheets, twisting himself as his body glows with a scarlet energy to boost him away from the trajectory of the flying papers.
Then, Jiro is sprinting down towards Himeko, descending towards her path with his right heel planted onto her stomach. "Arrrrrrrgggh!"

"*huff huff* Whew.." Hime thinks aloud to herself, cringing as Jiro manages to swing and sway his way through the paper barrage. He's a lot faster than she had expected him to be, but... It looks like she gets a bit of time to be flexible herself when teh kick comes at her, and the heroine makes a might LEAP into the air, scarf flapping wildly as she grin, "Ha HA!! You MISSED!" she pipes with a wide grin. But just how long will she enjoy that victory?? Well, she quickly unsheathes her oversized fan again, and the tip once again is surrounded by the white energy.
She drops to the side of Jiro in a crouch, but then she swings upward again to once more try to use that energy to send Jiro flying upward! If she can do that, then she swings a second time, the fan extending to wrap about the officer's ankle and jerk him fiercly back to earth, "PARTY TIME!!"

Unfortunately, all good things doesn't go so well. THe Hurricane Hime finally gets the upper hand on things. As she manages to get a better hold of her weapon once more, Jiro finds himself in quite a pickle. WHen Himeko comes forth to his side, Jiro finds himself readying his fist and he takes the initial stance.
"SEI!"
Unfortunately, he is caught by the fan and knocked off of the ground, then he is struck to the leg, which the fan wraps around and jerks him back onto the ground.

Don't worry, Jiro, Hurricane Hime is more then happy to complete the sentance for you! Man it was a longshot but it seems to have paid off as Jiro swings and smashes back onto the floor for once. And once he does the girl cringes and jerks her shoulders upward, "D'OH!!!"
She's not done just yet though, Hime drops into a football-players crouch, laying in wait like a cheetah to its pray... And once Jiro is on his feet, she dashes!! She circles twice and then tries to grab his arm while he's groggy and slam him to the floor with a seoi nage! She'd then leap into the air and stomp down on his stomach, taking a rope of paper from her hoster to wrap around his neck and strangle him a few times before finally rolling off!!

Jiro is, unfortunately, very groggy. This puts him in an off-putting position as Himeko manages to sprint towards Jiro as if she was aftering her prey. When he is circled around, Jiro finds his arm grabbed and he is nearly slammed towards the floor. At least, until he catches himself. The impact causes him to wince. But not only that, but as she attempts to close in to slam onto his form, Jiro merely raises his arm up to guard against the impact.
However, it sends him crashing onto the ground, rolling along it before he rolls back up. He shakes his head once more before he sees the paper moving along his neck. He grunts a he moves forward to bat the paper away from the neck. It manages to wrap along the hand. Jiro is utilizing his position to slam his right foot towards Himeko's stomach.

"Hey, what are you doing!!" Hime cries, "It just wanted a hug!!" When Jiro bats her paper attack aside. The girl is gradually growing more confident the more tired the interpol officer looks! She's feeling pretty beaten up, but she's clearly pretty upbeat again, which can by told by the way she slips away from his foot by shifting to the side just a step while closing in on him. "Hup!"
And then with that, she unsheathes her book again and gives a rather devilish grin. Uh oh. Apparently not against the idea of trying her luck a second time, there's a sudden burst of energy and she cries, "HERE I COME!"
Jiro has to act fast because again the girl is chopping and slashing, sending barrage after barrage of papers again, in three, six, and twelve completely energy enveloped papers! "Take this! And this! And FINALLY THIS, SIDEKICK!!!"

Not a god thing for Jiro, unfortunately. As Jiro is panting from the tiredness, Jiro is trying to close the distance on Himeko and move in with the kick. Unfortunately for the sluggish officer, she slips from the foot by moving to the side.
He is caught off balance and perhaps at a point blank range.
As the girl chops forth the paper fan, the barrage of papers are floating and encompassing him, shooting him towards the wall. Writhing in pain, Jiro is sent flying towards the ground, skidding towards the fountain. "Egh..."
Panting, Jiro grits his teeth, then he shakes his head fervishly. Jiro clenches his fists, then he sprints towards Himeko once more. He is finally launching his right foot over towards her stomach.
..Of course, he quickly drives his right fist towards her cheek instead.

Hurricane Hime gives a little sign and now it looks like she's starting to get a little tired.. This has been a pretty rough fight and the earlier big blows are starting to catch up with her. Still tough the next blow headed her way still looks a little sluggish! "Huh? Hey, don't tell me you're running out of steam, copper! That punch is slow as mol-BLAURGH!"
Whoops, she should have spent less time talking because suddenly it is ALL OW! Her head twists to the side and she stumbles back a few steps. The girl wobbles a bit, and holds her cheek. ".. Ow." Frown.
Well, she doesn't have much choice here, she reaches into her holster and whips out a handfull of paper, dashing toward and then PAST Jiro! Should she have her way, suddenly his arms and wrists are caught up, and with fancy handywork, he'll find himself wrapped up again. But this time she'll take the opportunity to grab him while he's bound and go for a BIG suplex, "OSHYAAAH!!" Aw heck why not add a second while she's at it?

It's time for Himeko's induction into the Kasagi family.
Kasagi Love.
Of course, Jiro expresses his sibling love through violence. For Himeko, there is no exception. When she comes forth to dash towards him, he steps in front of her path and launches his right leg to her stomach to keep her from going past. Not only that, but it manages to hunch her over enough for the young man to twist around and wrap his right arm around her neck.
Positioning her chin over his shoulder, he has the head out a little more to have her throat at the shoulder as the left hand soon supports the hold of the right leg. And then, Jiro kicks himself off of his feet and lands onto the ground butt first. The impact would shoot Himeko's neck to the shoulder.
The Stone Cold Stunner!
There is no .. Exception? Himeko isn't entirely convinced of that! Hime looks pretty puzzled when she's stopped in mid-technique, and then suddenly out of nowhere she's getting a supersonic jawbreaker??! The girl slams down into the impact and staggers back yet again in a complete daze, arms windmilling and then smacks back first against a queen piece!
And she just kind of slumps there for a while, if it were an anime she'd most definatly by having swirls for eyes right now! A hand on top of her head, the other holding her jaw she gives a Psyduck style look, and then flops onto her rear. "... O- ow.. That.. That was pretty good! I guess I'll go ahead and just give you the win this time, since you impressed me!" she manages to sputter, while the winner of the match is declared! "You're welcome!"
After the Stunner, Jiro staggers back to his feet, gritting his teeth for a moment. But, when she falls on her butt, Jiro watches her. Ready to move. ...But when she declares him the winner, the young man grunts. "...Give me the win?"
Jiro approaches Himeko, kneeling down next to her.
Stare.
Then, Jiro reaches over to noogie the young girl with a deadpan expression.
Welcome to the Kasagi family, Himeko.
Hurricane Hime sweatdrops slightly when Jiro approaches, and then.. Is that her paleing a bit? She doesn't have the energy to really fight him any longer and so she cringes as she turns her head away... And then is noogied??!!
Her cheeks redenning slightly, the little heroine is then grinning like a maniac, with a little laugh as she pushes at the old teen, "Hey, quit it!! I give!" she cries.
A pretty touching ending for a Neo League fight!
