Description: What's better than setting up a random fight between supposed 'heroines'? Setting up a random fight on the stage at a ComiCon, and getting chased away by security! The Hurricane and Tornado battle it out once more, but sadly no one can claim victory.
Several weeks have passed since the altercation between Hurricane Hime and Tornado Toshiko. Alexis is pretty proud of her win, even if the other girl got weird at the end of it. Time to take the fight to the next level. While the location isn't as grandiose as the San Diego Comic-Con, it is still a comic book convention, and one that's getting a /lot/ of televised time.
Why? Because a new comic book is scheduled to be revealed here.
But that's not the reason Alexis is here, hiding in the wings as Tornado Toshiko. Another gilded card with a simple challenge on it was sent to the Hibiki Dojo, care of Hurricane Hime. A challenge, followed by the words 'come alone' and an image of a scribbled tornado on the inner part of the card. Below the tornado is a time, and a location -- the stage at the Comic-Con, 3:00 PM. Right in time for the revelation of the new comic book.
Really, Hime had no idea how to deal with the whole 'Tornado Toshiko' thing. It was just so ... Bizzarre that when she tried to think about it her brain came to a screeching halt. Though it was rather funny that her last SNF involved being teamed up with a Tornado Shihong. She wondered if it was a hint for things to come..
Comic books! All kinds of books have always been Himeko's forte, but as of late because of the 'research' she needed to do superhero stuff anyway so going to the convention was pretty convenient. Hmnn, yes she was certainly going to settle things this time and get some questions answered!
The now mostly-black clad Hime steps onto the stage, oversized pink scarf flapping wildly behind her just walks right out and onto the stage not even realizing it was a stage she was going to! So once she does and she looks out at all the con-goers and cameras looking at her, she gives a blank look. Uh. Whoops. "... Uh.. Hi!" she says. Despite her confusion it seems she has some fans even in San Diego as people just start cheering and applauding for no good reason. ..????

With the words, "... Uh... Hi!", a bored looking announcer springs out of nowhere. He's dressed like... THE BATMAN! Only, inside the costume it is the little Japanese man Ochi Dairokuro. He glances at Hurricane Hime and nods. He seems to actually be in the swing of things today, instead of lagging behind -- at least for now. "HURRICANE HIME! COMIIIIIC BOOOOOOK BATTOOOOOOOOL!!!"
In truth, there isn't supposed to be a fight set up here. In truth, the comic book is just supposed to be unveiled and some people dressed up as the heroes from the new book are supposed to be on stage. In truth, the Tornado and the Hurricane are crashing the Comic-Con party.
"mmMMMORTALS!"
And once again, Hurricane Hime's opponent springs out of nowhere. Raven black tresses from the wig are pulled back in a tight ponytail, hiding the platinum hair that rests beneath. Loose strands fall over her face as she swings down from a rope tied to the catwalk up above. Once she's directly above Hime, she does a backflip and lands upon the stage in a perfectly graceful crouch.
Her attire is somewhat simple - a black short-legged bodysuit, with a turtleneck. While the bodysuit is sleeveless, there is an emblem of a small, pink tornado surrounded by a white outline. The leg-portion of the suit comes to just above mid-thigh, but her legs are primarily bare except for a pair of bright pink combat boots. A long pink scarf is around her neck, draping down her back to her knees. The only major difference is that there is a black mask that covers the majority of her face.
Pointing her index finger toward Hime, the girl beneath the mask smirks. "Hurricane Hime! It is I! TORNADO TOSHIKO! It appears that I haven't vanquished you as well as I would have hoped! Prepare to meet your doom!"
Whirling around quickly, she attempts to latch her arms around the Hurricane and simply flip her down off of the stage and into the crowd.

Blissfully unaware, that's what Hurricane Hime is at the moment, and she doesn't have any issues with.. Well, being utterly clueless about a party, people are happy to see her! She's happy to see them! In fact she's way too busy rubbing the back of her head and laughing to even see Ochi on her mental radar even when he's yelling at the top of his lungs! However the cry of 'Mortals' shuts her up real quick, the heroine looking confusedly at her hands, and then quickly turns to face.. "YOU AGAIN!!" And what's with the outfit! It is WAY too pink, and Toshiko is clearly no Saikyo fighter! .. Maybe.
She crosses her arms as she listens to the other woman, and suddenly she's grinning a little smugly with a light shrug, "Vanquished me? Come on, are you completely bonkers? The only visitor doom will be having i- WAUGH!" Arm caught, she's then flung out into the crowd, she flails her arms like a maniac but then rights herself as she cries, "HELP!!"
And help she gets. Two large, buff men who seem to be cosplaying as 'Mighty Thor' and 'Prime' link their hands togeather so the tiny girl can land on them! There's some rebound and then Hime comes SPRINGING back at Toshiko, her knees tucked in as she twists at the hips, and then she thrusts her heel out. It's her classic opening flying back kick, "mmMMMORTALS!!!! is my line, by the way!" 'D:<' face.

"I AM THE BATMAN!" Good job, Ochi. The poor announcer is obviously trying to get 'in character' but just winds up getting a subdued chuckle from the crowd. They can obviously see why the two super-heroine-esque fighters are up on stage, believe it to be promotional. But Batman? Doesn't really mesh with the rest of it.
Tornado Toshiko manages to twist her body enough to catch the brunt of the flying kick on her arm. The impact causes her to back up a step, but it doesn't deter her at all. "Not copyrighted," she points out with a silly grin on her face. "You don't own it, Hurricane Hime. Therefore, this superheroine may use it as well!" To accentuate the last word of the sentence, the Tornado twirls her body about. The scarf she wears twirls about her body, hiding her right arm. With the arm hidden, she rams it backward, trying to catch her foe in the stomach.

Hurricane Hime doesn't really get the 'Batman' thing either, with the two costumed fighters in question but it doesn't matter in the end. In the end, the two girls must go into EPIC BATTOL! She can only flail her arms at Toshiko's legal mumbo-jumbo, and then she points franticly at the other, "Wh- B.. But.. But!! No you can't, you're breaking the copycat rule! And what's with the pink scarf?? Tornado Toshiko, today you have done something very unwise. Today you have made yourself an enemy of Hurricane Hime!"
The other fighter had already been nailed in the gut despite her best efforts to avoid it, see, so she's said all of that while rubbing her tummy.
Getting into a more offensive stance, Hime drops into a crouch for just a moment, "Also it is LAME when you say it, so there! You lose by default lame rights!" WHOOSH! she barrels forward, curling into a ball and seems intend on cannonballing with wreckless intent into her opponent! "AroOOOORUUUGH!"

The Hurricane is singing a different tune this fight, isn't she? No longer is it 'cool' but 'lame'. Interesting how that works. Is is possible her pride is wounded?
As the ball of angry fighter begins to barrel toward her, Tornado Toshiko reaches out into the audience. Her hand grips around the cane of a man dressed like the Daredevil, and she brings it up to bop the cannonballing Hurricane to the side. "You are no Sam Guthrie," Toshiko explains. Sam Guthrie, of course, being Cannonball.
Tossing the cane back to the gentleman in the crowd, she advances on her foe. Waiting only a second for the Hurricane to unfurl, she balances on her right foot, extending the left high behind her. Dropping her body forward, her hands reach down to grip the ankles of the other girl, and should she manage to get a firm enough grip she yanks the Hurricane off balance and down to the hard stage.
"You were /already/ my enemy, you vile villainess!"

Hurricane Hime is just a rollercoaster of emotions lately; and why shouldn't she be, she's going through some -very- weird things. Perhaps that is the price to pay for being a student of Saikyo, one comes on the verge of just losing it! Well, she's not going to go bonkers, at least she's pretty sure she won't. The not-gymnast gets the hold on the heroine, but at this point her oversized harrisen fan has been unsheathed and then thrust into the stage like the sword and the stone so when her feet are pulled out? She jerks free from the hold pretty easily! "Not yet!"
She unfortunatly doesn't get the Marvel reference. Looks like she needs more studying! The weapon pulled back out, she rushes forward and swipes the weapon like a match across the strage, and when she's swinging upward the tip is suddenly surrounded by bright, white energy. Should that energy hit, it'd be more than enough to send Alexis upward! She thrusts the weapon forward, making it expand so she can capture the womans ankle and tug to slam her hard back onto the ground! "What??? I'm not the vile villainess, -you- are you mixed up crazy girl! I guess I'll have to beat it into you for -real- this time!"

Twisting delicately to the side, Tornado Toshiko whips her hand out and catches the hand that's thrusting the large harrisen fan filled with energy at her. "Oh, but you /are/ the vile villainess!"
Beat her up for real? Really? Grinning at that, the disguised gymnast throws her body to the side, executing an aerial spin. Jumping from right foot to left, she juts her left leg out at the Hurricane seconds before landing in order to aim a kick toward the other girl's head.

Hurricane Hime doesn't break her eyes from the crafy Tornado Toshika. No, that she does not do! Especially with the accusation, "What??!! I.. Wh.. I.. You!!" Seriously? -Her- a villain! Impossible! Her opponents foot ends up slamming into the girls withdrawn book, which is nudged slightly to the side and the heroine takes a slight step back. "I..." pause, "Your MOM is a vile villainess!!" She yells with a Phoenix Wright-style finger pointing. Yes. Dr Tran would be proud. Very proud.
And just so she makes that point super clear, Hime gets a two step dashing start and leaps at her well-dressed opponent to try to slam her knee into the gut, then twists into an arial side-kick and a then a side kick with her opposite leg, "Shyah shya SHYAAAAH!"

Her mom? That's a bit childish, isn't it? Then again, the girl behind the disguise will led that they /are/ children, so that kind've attitude is to be expected, right? /Right?/
While she mulls over the words, and tries to come to terms with the fact that they're just an insult and don't really mean anything at all, she's suddenly getting kneed in the gut, kicked, and kicked again, sending her toppling in a eerily graceful manner along the stage. But it's obvious from the twitching her body is doing that the attack hurt her a HELL of a lot more than she was expecting it to.
With a bit of difficulty, Tornado Toshiko hops back up to her feet, taking a second to stabilize herself. Then she whips the scarf off of her neck, swiftly wrapping it about her fist and SLAMS it toward Hurricane Hime's noggin.

That would certainly explain what Hime doesn't use it very much, wouldn't it? Well actually, the 'certain death' techniques are, by rule of thumb, to be used only in the most dire of emergencies. That was an emergency, it's her story and she's sticking to it! Grinning a bit smugly down to Tornado until she's back up on her feet, she adds a Saishu-esque, "Ha HA!!" So wait, what's with the scarf punch? She doesn't seem to move when it comes sailing her way until she's actually HIT and her face twists to the side, as well as a bit of spit, "OOF!"
However with that motion, there isn't enough impact to knock her back too far! With this 'advantage' she can spin on one foot, snap her hands up and try to get a good, firm grip on Tornado's wrist, "Oh and one more thing!" she yells, as she'd then try to slam the girl onto her back with a single-arm seoi nage, "I have a feeling I -know- you from somewhere! Have we met in a past life??"

The grip isn't all /that/ good on her wrist. As the other girl attempts to slam her down, Tornado Toshiko yanks herself free and tumbles down. She still hits the stage, but she's doing it of her own accord. Rolling away, she leaps back to her feet, trying to land atop a podium. "If we have, then you were a villainess then as well, no doubt!"
Springing off of the podium, she unravels the scarf around her fist and bites her lip. "HYAH!" As she whips her fist outward, the scarf shoots out to wrap itself about the Hurricane, and then Tornado Toshiko attempts to yank it upward, and knock her opponent off of her feet.

Whoopsie.. Hime was sure she had that one, but with Tornado's follow up, the heroine suddenly eyetwitches and is that an angry-vein on her forehead? It could be! "I WAS NOT!!" she yells, her hands clenching into fists. "Don't you get it?? You are such a pain in the aACK!" Just half a second away from being censored, Hime thought she could keep from getting hit by that scarf sling. SHe had to admit, the technique was pretty cool. It's not cool getting flipped around though, as she twirls in the air and smashes face down onto the floor. Ow.
"That scarf, huh?" she says aloud to herself. Ok then, she'll keep a better eye on that. She gets up, brushes off her knees, and then strikes a POSE! Hands behind her head and one knee lifted upward, "Oshyaaah! I probably haven't, which can mean only ONE THING! Yes, Hurricane Hime is getting to the bottom of this mystery but first.. I'll beat you up!" And with that she dashes forward and drops to the stage floor, sliding right past Tornado and attempting to slap her hand on the rival's ankle. Assuming she doesn't escape, when Hime is on her feet again she has a 'rope' of paper in hand, the opposite end wrapped about the others ankle. "Adios, amigo!!" She snaps the rope into a shockwave that should sling Alexis upward and slam her fiercely back onto the ground! "Ha ha, yeah I am SUPER cool."

There she is. Going on about how she's going to beat Tornado Toshiko. Cockiness gets the better of the raven-haired girl, and she simply wraps the scarf around her neck again as the other girl dashes forward. Her body weaves to the side to leap over the paper rope, but it catches her about the ankle. Leaning down to peel it off, the rope sends out a shockwave that flings her up and causes her to hit the stage with a resounding thud.
That's when a shout rings out through the crowd. "HEY! HEY YOU TWO! GET OFF THE STAGE!"
The Bat-Announcer blinks, pointing at himself. "I AM BATMAN!" As if he's going to get off the stage, right?
Gulping, Tornado Toshiko points at the Hurricane and /glares/. "This is /so/ not over!" Rushing toward the back of the stage as though she's going to run off, she suddenly stops and performs a roundoff back-handspring. Legs shoot out in an attempt to latch around her opponent's neck, trying to choke her for a few seconds before she flips to the side in a sharp full-twist and tries to throw Hime away from her.

Hurricane Hime has .. An incredible amount of self-confidence, she's well aware of it. That's what she's been raised on! And she seems to be doing pretty well in the end of it all, if that huge, smug grin on her face is any sign upon Tornado's crash. The yell from the crowd is about enough to draw her attention away for a moment to the crowd and points to herself. Who? Her? She didn't do anything! Maybe they're yelling at Bat-Announcer. He -is- pretty terrible, as Hime can only just shake her head an- Oh right, fighting. "It isn't?? I don't know about that, Tornado Fake-o!" She bursts forward toward her opponent, apparently clear on running straight INTO the attack and it works! Sort of. Her neck is caught within the clutches of the 'sexy' attack and Hime is slammed pretty nastily onto the floor, but the impact isn't as harsh as it could be, no..
She lands on the floor on all fours like a pounceing cat and then just throws her weight forward to break free and smash her knee between the girls eyes, "TAKE ME HOME, COUNTRY FEET!!"
A backflip kick knocks Alexis upward into the air, and when she comes back down she's assaulted with a volley of high, low, spinning, and middle kicks, which is finalized with her rising paperfan-ercut, swung hard enough to give a pretty forceful exit. "NOW it's over!!" Yikes. She's on a mean streak! She then turns to the crowd, drops to one knee and poses! "OOOHYAAAH!"
"THAT'S IT. YOU TWO ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!" The security guards attempt to rush through the crowd and make it to the stage. "WE CALLED THE COPS AND EVERYTHING!" The one man pauses, peering at the Bat-announcer. "EVEN YOU, BATMAN!"
"But I. Am. Batman!"
"YEAH YEAH, BUDDY! WE DON'T CARE! EVERYONE IS BATMAN HERE TODAY!"
Meanwhile, Tornado Toshiko is twhocked right between the eyes. If that were not enough to daze her, the overabundance of kicks and the uppercut leave her poor battered body twitching on the stage. "YEAAAAOOOOOW!"
Even with the volley of hits, her wig hasn't yet come free. Hands reach up to ensure it doesn't come off, and she struggles to get to her feet before the security guards reach them. She takes a second to give her head a shake, then she leaps up onto the podium again, and jumps up onto the catwalk in order to disappear.
Unbeknownst to her, is the fact that her foot catches upon one of the colored lights up there that are shining down on the stage. Annnnd.... it begins to plummet toward the stage. Riiiiight toward Hurricane Hime's head.
It was an accident! Honest!

Hurricane Hime rubs the back of her neck, the other on her hip as she stands again and just grins like a maniac. ".. Hehe, yeah that was cool," she murmurs to herself, never mind that she's really.. Well, she's feeling pretty beaten up right now. With Toshiko 'down for the count' there's the temptation to remove the mask, but she's distracted by the guards pushing through the crowd, "Huh? W- Wait! Hey, I got an invitation to come here! Everyone's here to see the great Hurricane Hime!!" she cries, flailing her arms as more guards seem to be flowing into the scene.. Eight? Nine? Well, if anything they are assaulted by 'booos!' from the fans! "I have an invita-" KER-SMASH!!!
That well sized contraption smashes hard down onto Hime's head, her head tilting downward with her arms still raised, bits of plexi and light bulb falling to the floor. ".. This is painfully hot." she notes as guards manage to take the opportunity to DIVE from the stagesides and grab her arms and legs to restrain her. "Hey HEY!! Let me go! I've been invited!!" she yells.
"BE CAREFUL! HER POWER IS WITH WORDS OR SOMETHING!"
"WHAT?? YOU CAN'T SILENCE THE VOICE OF KNOW-Lmmppphh!!!" Hime's suddenly gagged, and she's dragged off the stage kicking and mmmph!ing amidst the sea of boooooooooooooo!s. Hurricane Hime will have her revenge, Toshiko. Oh she will HAVE HER REVENGE! Though wait what is this?
"I. Am BATMAN." :) Bat-Announcer is still standing there on the stage and he gives a cheesy grin to the onlookers as empty soda cups and bags of popcorn are thrown at him. But when to security guards walk on, take his arms, and then drag him off stage, ".. Aww." :( it's the most explosive round of applause the world may have ever heard.
