Choi - Team Venture?!

Description: Who's the white korean prick, that's a sex machine to all the chicks? CHOI! Ya damn right! Who is the man that's a drunken wreck, who doesn't give a damn? JIRO! Can you dig it? Who's the man that not about, when the JUSTICE is in doubt? KIM! Right On! They say this Jiro is a bad mother SHUT YOUR MOUTH! I'm talkin' 'bout Jiro. THEN WE CAN DIG IT. He's an annoying cur, but no one cares except his partner. JIRO KASAGI!

It's another day in the European district of the Interpol Headquarters. Everyone is at work and are tasked to work their very hardest in order to get things jumpstarted for the next missions in mind. With the missions and many criminals under surveillance, they are working hard to keep the world safe from global terrorists.
Unfortunately, some of the members had to apprehend a dangerous criminal due to some international violations. But there was not much known of what to do...
...Until...
"This is bullshit!"
Thwack! The sound of fist against wood strikes forth, rattling all contents of the desk as Jiro grumbles under his breath. "So basically, you guys are having me babysit this person?!"
The angry young man is Jiro Kasagi, who is more or less annoyed with the ordeal.
He has been partnered up with someone.

Choi was also in the European district of the Interpol Headquarters. See. He was becoming a public figure. A very public figure. After a few SNFs and Neo Leagues, certain legal officials investigating a long line of sexual harassment, assault, battery, and manslaughter charges noted many similarities to him. Seijyun High had some VERY powerful people. After the Korean slit the throat of wrestling star Domino on public television during a fight, Interpol picked him up at the bottom of the skyscraper where the fight took place.

One long plane flight later, here he was. The Korean was bound and gagged in the least legally humane manner possible, seated in the officer's office in the corner. The bindings were well beyond the normal cuff and lock. Due to some 'accidents' in transfering the prisoner, he was in a straitjacket. And the gag? Well, a certain female officer threatened to leave the force otherwise. He was without his glasses, claws, and hat. And he was staring intently at the very loud man. He knows the drill.

"The Kim family were very strict about their policies with Chang and Kim, Agent Kasagi." The woman begins, apparently unfazed at the young man's outburst. "And South Korea has made their policies very clear also. The country has made it clear that the Kim Family is responsible for the actions of Choi Bounge here, and both parties have settled on documentation. As we have been unable to locate the Kim family to hand /him/ over for their practice of 'Big Brother' reformation, via Korean law we are respecting their policy and transfering him over to us."

She leans over the table, eyeing Jiro coldly. "And more importantly, you."

This is never a good way to calm the hot-blooded officer down. Furious at the thought of being partnered up and babysitting a criminal, Jiro is looking at Choi. It's not with any sort of look. Jiro is fixing Choi with a very menacing glare. "Grrrr..." His teeth grits, then his eyes lock over towards the woman.
Glare.
"Do tell me." Jiro looks quite calm, all considering. "Why me?! Why not any other agents? You guys got a good amount of folks that can watch this..." He jabs a thumb Choi's way, "--yutz."
The young agent sighs a moment later. He got a chance to read the reports on Choi and see the few matches. ...Jiro is not thrilled with the idea of being partnered up.

Choi makes a loud grunt in objection to Jiro's insult. However, the female officer doesn't even turn to look. Staring intently at the male agent, her stone-faced facade was doing everything it could not to smirk. She speaks curtly, pulling back off Jiro's desk "Because, Agent Kasagi. The administration and I discussed the matter very intently. We brainstormed, and came to a final conclusion." The smirk broke through, slicing through we that condencending nature.

"We don't like you."

She tossed a beige folder on the desk, and turned to walk out. "Good day, Agent Kasagi. Have fun with your new 'partner'" With the last word, she was gone.

The was a crashing sound, followed by a pained groan. Choi, who was leaning to capture every moment of the female officer's trouser-clad pair of buttocks, leaned far too forward and fell off his chair. Squirming and struggling to get back up, he rolls to the side. This plan proves fruitless as he smashes into a bookshelf, causing a small statuette to fall on the little man.

Another pained groan is released, though at a much higher pitch.

The woman is given a furious glare, yet Jiro is doing his best to remain calm. But after she came to the conclusion to openly admit that they -dislike- him, Jiro's teeth bare as he releases a growl.
As soon as she leaves the door to walk off, Jiro grunts.
"Bitch."
He shakes his head once, wincing as he's still reeling from the fight against Urien. As Choi is struggling while on the ground and the statue falls on him, Jiro exhales a sigh.
Reaching over to the man, Jiro reaches over to yank Choi off of the ground and onto the chair. Hard. Jiro then removes the gag from his mouth.
"I present a new gag. Say something stupid, and I punch you in the mouth. Not in the mood."

Choi is lifted easily, and is manhandled in the chair. As the gag is removed, the Korean seems about to say something smartalecked. "So, I guess y-" Naturally, the threat of pain makes him shut up for a moment. But only a moment. Frowning uncomfortably, he suddenly grins. "Now, hold it, buddy boy. You guys have rules, don't ya? I don't think you can keep your badge if you start getting brutal on me." The little man chuckles a bit, daring fate to bitchslap him.

Growling, Jiro narrows his eyes towards Choi. "Yes. There are rules." Jiro shuts his eyes, "We're not allowed to violently abuse criminals that are apprehended." But then, there is a feral grin, "But guess what. You're my partner at this moment." His eyes narrow, "So it's a tad more open season. _AND_ you're on a thin line as it is."
"Don't get me wrong, I won't go overkill, but I will hurt you if you get out of line or just piss me off in general."

Choi looks at his 'partner.' Whatever threats that were tossed out at the little man were slowly growing dull. Still grinning, he continues his brashing taunting of karmatic justice. "Oh. So you are like a soft version of Kim. Or Jhun... Or Maylee."

The Korean lets loose a high-pitched speil of laughter. "I mean, seriously, with how that fine piece of work back there was treating you? I know your type. All talk. But when it comes to actually laying down the law, you don't have any balls. Yeah, right. Partner. So what am I going to have to do. File paperwork? Is there anything I can rubberstamp for you?" The little man sneers at Jiro. Obviously, respect wasn't getting through to him.

Temper.
Jiro's restraint on his temper has been loose as of late, thanks to his re-appearance in Southtown. It shows as Jiro idly launches his right hand up and thrusts it down towards the cranium of Choi. Comically, might we add.
Both eyes are shut and his right eye twitches. "That would imply that I would trust you enough to do my paperwork. Fat chance."
"You and I will be fighting down some criminals."

The Korean yelps when his head is struck viciously. "You hit me! I can't believe you hit me!" Despite the additional commentary by Jiro, the little man decides that his spirit wasn't broken yet. The Korean leans over, trying to shout out to the rest of the nearby halls. "Help! Help! I'm being brutalized by Agent Kasagi!"

Because that was unusual.

Honest.

With other fols, Interpol would respond and reprimand such behavior from several officers. In fact, many of the officers would get a stern talking to or get suspended.
...For Jiro?
Nobody shows up.
The officers are busy doing the paperwork as if everything is normal. It's everyday for them. The young agent has a lot of aggression in him.
Jiro glares at Choi once more, "Oh shut up." Jiro rolls his eyes, "I was being light compared to what I -wanted- to do." He grunts, then he looks over the beige envelop, opening it to look into the Korean's information.

The Korean eventually shuts up, and shifts to a brooding stance. Looks like he was scheming a way out of this horrible situation. Or possibly just brooding.

The file goes over the general profile, and a history of old criminal records. Armed Robbery, Assault, Battery. Your standard record for violent criminals. He was arrested, and was beginning to get tried in 1998. Then Kim Kaphwan entered the picture. Both were handed over the Korean superstar, and thus began a gradual process of reformation. He was assisted by his family, fellow Tae Kwon Do expert Jhun Hoon, and even a Lee Jin Ju. However, it seems that he was supposed to be in the care of Jhun Hoon at this time, according to the Kim transfer records. As neither partner was available for comment, it was suspect that there was a transfer error. The little man fell through the cracks, and such began a new crime wave.

Mostly, the recent stuff was trespassing, and apparently several reports of sexual misconduct at several highschools. The bad thing is that there are several accounts of armed assault and theft of several crates worth of female undergarments. While the theft itself is petty, the assault isn't. Looks like his violent crimes have come back.

After doing some reading of all of the records, Jiro is slowly furrowing his eyebrows. He flips through some of them, reading the records on Choi. After a moment, the young man grumbles under his breath. "So..."
He pauses.
"I get the joys of having you as a partner." The man shrugs slightly. He places the documents down, then he says, "I have the feeling that I will keep an eye out on you. Let's get this straight. I won't hesitate to hit you if you sexually harass another girl on my watch."

Choi was quiet for most of the reading. He was studying the area around him. Where was his gear. He suspected he could have hit him in the back of the skull. Maybe with the statue. The local forces didn't seem to care about Jiro. He could have knocked him out, and escape. It would require getting out of the straitjacket. A moment of struggling shot any suggestion of him pulling it off alone.

When Jiro continues his talking, the Korean glares at him with squinted eyes. Without glasses, everything was so BRIGHT. "Hey, I have a very good reason for taking those panties. Men of all sorts needed those panties! I hope you know that the Japanese are a bunch of horny bastards. I mean, they can't help it, it is in their blood. At least I haven't done anything more than a few heavy petting and theft of undergarments. I mean, I am sure you did the same, right?"

Of course, that would involve getting -through- Jiro, which is a feat itself.
"No." Jiro makes a plain statement. His expression is very deadpan as well, "Yes, I am sure that the men are a bunch of horny bastards, but that gives you no bloody right to take the girl's panties."
The young man snorts once more, then he stands up for a few moments. "..No. I just beat up people for a living and caused havoc. But I've gotten better. Since the Kim family are trying to reform your sorry ass I suppose I have no damn choice but to help out as well."
He takes a calm look, "So, starting today, I am your partner. So... We better get used to it."

Choi looks aside. He was growing uncomfortable with the situation. This was Jhun all over again. An angry Irish Jhun. Well, thought Choi to himself.

At least he wasn't French.

The Korean glares at his new 'partner,' and sniffs. "Alright then, 'buddy boy,' then I have a few questions. I'm contracted to do a few Saturday Night Fights and Neo League matches. I assume *those* are on hiatus, am I correct?"

"No. You are still allowed to do Saturday Night Fight." The young man offers a shrug. "I have no quarral for you entering the matches." His eyes narrow. "However, if you get out of line during those matches like your _LAST MATCH!_"
Jiro pauses.
His eyes narrow pointedly towards the Korean, "I will stomp a mudhole in your ass. I will put you through several walls. Don't think I won't. " He shuts his eyes, "I will help you, but you need to help me help you."

Choi grumbles in Korean. This was just like Jhun. Angry non-fanboy Jhun. Helping. Helping would be NOT being arrested. And letting him go. "So, what. I don't hurt the people when I fight them? I use claws, man." The Korean rolled his eyes. "I mean, hell, and several walls? Don't bother threatening me. You're all talk. That uptight babe was scarier than you. Hell, lets make this straight. I'll work with you. But because of two reasons. One. I don't want to end up in jail. Two. Because I don't expect you to keep an eye on me forever." The little man grins maliciously.

Narrowing his eyes at Choi, the young man snorts. "Uh huh..." The young man has a thin smile on his face, deciding to keep quiet for a few moments. "As for you fighting with your claws, that is allowed. However, anyting after the match or you do anything to outright kill the person, then the kid gloves come off."
The young man narrows his eyes at Choi, "We'll see about the last one." There is a thin smile after that. A very thin one. "I likely won't, but there are other agents that -will-." He has a feral grin. "I half-expect you to try to kill me in my sleep."
It is the motivation that Jiro needs to remove the kid gloves.

Choi leers right back at Jiro. "Paranoid and an idiot. The Interpol is hurting for agents, it seems. I don't kill people. Besides, hearing from the lady, they don't really care that much about me. They only care about you, and making you miserable. And let me tell you. I PLAN on doing that to my best ability, Buddy-"

The Korean grimaces suddenly, and starts squirming. "Jesus, I got on itch. When do I get this damned jacket off?"

"Paranoid? Not so much. I don't trust you. Nor do I like you." The young man states. His expression follows Choi for a few moments, then he snorts at the subject is brought up on him being miserable. "...To the best of your ability, eh?"
Jiro shrugs a bit, then he shrugs. "I guess I could take your jacket off now." So, Jiro is approaching Choi, idly working on loosening the coat. But Jiro is actually ready to yank Choi by the back of his neck if he acts up.

Choi feels the coat loosening. He tests it slowly. Weakly. And then, there is an explosion of force. The Korean whips his arms around with disturbing speed. He doesn't hold back. With several swift, aggressive movements, he frees himself of the jacket. Without a word, he strikes.

The little man starts scratching his back. "Christ, what the hell are those things soaked in, cat piss? My skin feels like I rolled in a sticker bush!" He makes a screeching sound, vigorously clawing himself. "And when do we eat? It's dinner time in Japan right now. I'm hungry!"

There is a glance and notice over Choi's speed. The narrowed eyes fall towards Choi, gauging his speed and then he recalls the few matches that he saw.
...He waits.
But when he scratches his head, Jiro shakes his head for a moment, then he says, "Well, there's a good restraunt not too far from here." This means that Jiro will have to pay for the food. Whatever. He smirks, "So, let's get out of here. Do try not to harass the waitresses there either."

Choi glared at Jiro. "But if they dress with such low skirts, why not? Besides, the point is that you give them a big tip. And I mean. A Big. Tip." The Korean looks down at his pants, then up at Jiro. He grins, from his squinting.

At this point, Jiro doesn't as much as glare at Choi, but more or less rolls his eyes. The young man rubs his forehead. "Whatever. I'd rather not have a scene caused." He tsks, the he stands up and prepares to lead Choi off.
...This is going to be hell from here on out.
Jiro can already feel it.
