Neo League 676 - #686: Choi vs Domino

Description: Up on the top of the Tokyo nightlife, who's that Neokeman? It's Midgeotto! And what is he apparently super-effective against? The wrestling superstar Domino (NOT Drake)! Watch in awe in constant dodging, nasty hurling, and some sudden shifts in thematic styles when throats are slashed! (Winner: Choi)

AND NOW, MORE NEO LEAGUE ACTION!

Cue fanfare.

This match is set up in the middle of Tokyo city atop a sparkling skyscraper, the cameras panning about to catch the full view of the cityscape sprawled out and about. The world is awash in darkness, dotted by glinting lights and neon billboards flashing and twinkling from the nearby buildings. The sky above is packed with puffy clouds, masking a waning half-moon. A cool breeze whips about at this altitude, but certainly not enough to make it outright cold.

A fair crowd has squeezed up onto the roof, forming a perimeter of sorts closest to the only entrance/exit - a single door leading to a flight of stairs. The crowd's fairly rowdy... but that's common for Neo League fights.

A single be-tuxedo'd announcer is perched atop the entrance/exit with a microphone, flanked by a medical crew. ..And now things begin.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to another Neo League battle! The first fighter, from America... the one, the only, DOMINO!"

Following the announcement, Domino bursts through the door and begins trotting through the crowd, hands lifted to accept numerous high-fives and pats, robe fluttering behind him. He steps to the center of the cleared off space and whirls around to face the majority of the crowd, fists thrust into the air. With his hood already down, he makes no hesitation to flash a bright, radiant smile. A few seconds of this, and he turns a quick spin, removing the robe in a single swift action, discarding it far off to the side. The model is thus left in one of his fighting outfits, right fist still thrust into the air.

Few more seconds of this preening for the audience and camera in true model fashion, and Domino drifts off to one side of the fighting zone, awaiting his opponent.

As the fanfare and cheers die down, the next opponent arrives. The small Korean man works his way through the crowd, very roundly unnoticed. Now, Choi, unlike our flamboyant (in the good way) wrestler, lack presence. Our announcer friend awaits for the little man's arrival, only catching him when the midget waves his arms at the edge of the zone, trying to get SOME attention.

"Aaaaand here is our challenger, ladies and gentlemen!" The well dressed man spits off quickly, trying to compensate for his mistake. "The mangling midget, The Korean Kuegar, CHOOOOOOOI BOUNGE!" A round of polite applause goes around, save for a small- albeit loyal- band of Koreans in the audience. Waving signs, they wanted any win from Korea. And with Choi Bounge being the only active Korean in the Neo League... Beggars couldn't be choosers.

Choi was not in very flashy gear. He was wearing his dobok, though that was the least noticeable feature. The fedora and claws, and beetle-black glasses were the only additive elements that everyone really cared about. How the gloves got his claws through the crowd is probably a louder statement of the Korean's lack of popularity and charisma than anything else the little man could make.

Choi is directed to his corner, where he staggers over. The man looks visibly weary. The constant Neo League and SNF were grinding him down. Despite this, he forced a sneer out at the larger, louder man. Typical American fighter. Brash AND stylish.

Domino scans the crowd for the 'mangling midget', as it were, expecting something...

...Well...

...Different.

What Domino finds is, indeed, a short dude in a hat with crazy sunglasses and oh-em-gee claws. That's right, oh-em-gee claws. Domino... definitely doesn't like those. If he knew blades were going to be involved, he'd probably be wearing a lot more layers of clothing to keep himself from getting all cut up. That kind of thing screeches his modelling to a halt until it heals, yanno.

So already, Domino is somewhat bristled. But be danged if he isn't going to be a good sport about it all, still. He moves forward a couple steps, carrying himself in stride, chin tipped up slightly and fists set to his hips.

"Heyo," Domino greets. "Uh.. you.. let's.." Pause. "..Nice hat."

So Choi seems kind've odd to him.

But fortunately for the both of them, the availability for smalltalk is limited. The well-dressed announcer shouts out a sudden, "FIGHT!"

Jolted to attention by the sudden declaration, Domino suddenly surges towards Choi, fingers splayed. He's not even going to bother with his fighting stance, hoping to take this challenger by surprise. He attempts to sweep in by Choi's side to hook his right arm around his chest, left arm under his legs to hoist him off his feet into a cradled position. Once up, Domino suddenly drops down, aiming to smash the smaller man's back upon his upturned knee in a harsh backbreaker, followed by his hands relocating - right hand under his chin, left hand on his leg, both pushing down to arch the man painfully.

When a giant- actually, no. Domino wasn't that huge. The comparison, naturally, came from Chang. In all reality, Kim was more built up than this guy. I mean, naturally, compared to Kim, he was huge. Almost a foot advantage in height was nothing to sneeze at.

But in a weird way, he was built like Choi. No bulk, only muscle. Choi, despite his lack of height, was surprisingly trim like this man. Choi carefully inspected in opponent. He didn't... look like a wrestler. Choi may have had a different idea of what a wrestler looked like, but this... boy was too light.

The Korean seemed about to mention something on this, when the fight begins. Like Domino, he is jolted back into attention. Unlike Domino, he doesn't get the benefit of initiative. By the time the tall man dives down to pick up the Korean... the little man shoves the much larger wrestler downwards. Using him to push off, the Korean leaps up roughly 5 feet in the air in a flip. Not missing a beat, he suddenly shoots right down at the kid. Arms pointed forward, he whirls like a drill. Those claws? Yeah. Your model-like body? Going to be shredded.

Better act fast, pretty boy.

"OUF!"

Domino is pushed to a knee from the sudden, surprising kick-off the shorter man gives him, amethyst eyes widened. His head snaps over to shoot a look past his shoulder, spotting nothing more than a grasp of claws drilling towards his haplessly exposed flesh.

Reacting on pure reflex, Domino suddenly leaps up into the air, leaving Choi's claws to dig into the blocky rooftop of the skyscraper. Domino's body curves over in a slow backflip, landing him in a crouch yet again. But this time behind him. He lashes forward, attempting to catch the shorter man by surprise with a reverse headlock under his right arm. Once caught, Domino drops back and lifts his knees, hoping to smash Choi's back in a spinebuster.

Much as the the man missed the Korean, the Korean missed the man. Both were obviously of the limber nature. They both had the body for it! The Korean snarls, glaring over his shoulder at the leaping manditto as he land. "Plucky like guy, aintcha buddy boy?" He scoffs, before bending over backwards as Domino snaps out for him.

Body contorted but still free of the wrestler, he lets his natural horrible twisting wind his body up. He rips his claws up from the ground, and begins to whirl around to face the wrestler eye to eye. It is very likely he is still crouching at this time. Grinning, he turns away from the wrestler. Then faces him again. The Korean is already charging at the wrestler as chi energy rips through his claws. Like a delicate little ballerina, the dwarf was closing in on the already low man, trying to overrun him with his whirling dervish of a blow.

Domino's grasp fails to capture the little man, resulting in a small, irritated grunt. Man, he's fast. And he moves.. well.. like him. They have some similarities, it seems. He doesn't spout off a response to the comment, though - his full attention is on the fight and attempting to analyze his opponent's movements.

Speaking of which, the amethyst eyes track Choi's recession and subsequent rush.. along with that energy build-up. Domino's growls under his breath and throws himself to the side in a tumble, clearing his opponent's path of violence. The roll ends him in yet another crouch, obsidian eyebrow quirked. This time though, Domino literally pounces at Choi's back, attempting to bring him down to the rooftop, mounting his lower back. Hands grip for Choi's chin to yank his head upwards in a quick, but painful camel clutch of sorts.

Well, this is going to be either boring, or very interesting. Maybe like a Yuen Woo Ping movie. What they needed was some crazy jarring gimmick. Maybe the midget could pull something off?

As he rushes forward, the Korean's chi strike fails to make contact. The tall man was nimble like he was. Unlike him, though, he was small. The was relevant. As the larger man was shooting through the air, Choi was spinning. He catches the motion, and looks at the oncoming wrestler. And the Korean does the only thing he knows he could do in the middle of an attack like this.

Fall down.

Collapsing into a heap, he flattens himself low on his chest with a low "Oomph." While the loss of surface area isn't huge, it was just enough. Domino sails over him, his hands missing out on the dwarf again. As he continues to pass over, the Korean bounces on the ground in tandem. With a quick arc, the little man brings his right leg around in a sort of twisting back flip. Hopefully, he could catch the evasive wrestler before he cleared him. While the position was awkward, the timing wasn't: The little man was very efficient in his attacks, something he utilizes very well to his advantage.

For Domino, this encounter is most definitely good training. This guy is tough to hit and fast! It's excellent accuracy training and honing for his reflexes! Still though, it becomes a little frustrating for the American island-wrestler. When he lands in a crouch yet -again-, he whirls around to face Choi, determined to step it up.

And that's what he does.

A flash of movement is noted, and rather than get out of the way, Domino flashes a hand out to intercept the foot instead. And this time, he makes contact - shoving upwards to reinforce the backflip and throw it askew, hopefully resulting with Choi landing sprawled on the roof.

With his opponent hopefully distracted, Domino bounds towards the audience only to leap over their heads in a twisting flip, landing beside a rather surprised announcer. Fists thrust up to signal a particular move to them with a cocky smile before he turns to face away from his target. In a flash, Domino is airborne again in a double backflip, body unfurling on the second rotation to pull his torso taut for impact across Choi. A flashy 'top rope' moonsault Domino fans should recognize: the Darkside Slam.

Not the Darkside Slam! Isn't that the move banned in the normal wrestling circuits after the General Surgeon declared it was clinically 'too awesome' for general consumption?

The Korean is thrown off balance by the push off, ruining his efforts for a rapid recovery. With a grunt, he falls on his back, spread like an eagle or Jiro's mother. Slowly recovering, he sees the incoming Domino. Making a humorous mouthing, there is a smashing sound into the roof. Dust drifts through the air. Was Choi hit? Was he smashed?

No!

The Korean dug his right claw into the ground at the last minute, and with a powering jerk, he throws himself aside of the single powerful drive. The dust chokes him, the position burns his wrists, but he is fortunately uninjured. Staggering up, he doesn't bother to let the dust clear. He just starts swiping through the air, trying to blindly hack at the wrestling in the haze.

Thud.

Twitch.

Ow.

Domino hates missing that attack. It tends to leave him sprawled and stunned for his trouble. It's hard to recover from. Yes, for some reason, landing atop a person alleviates these symptoms. But he didn't feel a midget under him for this impact. So despite feeling dizzied from the impact, Domino quickly pushes himself up to his feet and turns to try and spy Choi through the cloud of dust.

Instead, all he sees is a sudden claw slashing near his face.

Domino grabs the appendage by the wrist.

Giving it a sudden yank, Domino drags Choi up to him, and his other arm hooks the smaller man's leg. Using this lack of balance in his favor, Domino torques his body over to powerslam Choi onto his back, dropping across his torso with his own.

Thus, when the dust clears, Domino has Choi in what would otherwise be a pinfall.

Only that's not how Neo League goes. ..Is it? He can't remember. Domino decides to not take the chance, immediately pulling forward to roll off the man and spring back up to his feet. He turns to face the smaller, older man again... and this time assumes his stance.

Right foot shifts forward, left foot back to enter a shallow backstance. The right hand angles forward before his body, hand tapered flat. Left hand chambers at chest level, fingers splayed. Not a stance people will likely see on anyone but Domino and those who try to mimic his style.

Choi strikes out, whipping his claws through the dust. And then, he feels the man's hand wrap around his wrist. What happens next is both good and bad. The Bad is that he finally gets dragged into an attack. Easily spun around, he is then slammed into the ground. The crowd goes wild, now that the Domino has knocked over a target.

The good news is that the ease of use did come at a cost. Choi is not badly harmed by the body slam, only becoming well winded in the process. As his nimble opponent pulls away into a new stance, so does the Korean. He picks up, and shakes off the dull pain in his ribcage. He checks over the fighter, grunting loudly. "Hey, Buddy boy, nice stance. Either you know what you are doing, or you are showing off to the crowds." Or both, the Korean thinks. NL picks flashy fighters, but all fighters were at least competent. He continues to inspect the fast striker, formulating a strategy. The guy was fast, AND defensive. He needed to figure out a weak point, fast.

Choi's remark this time merits a response from Domino. Well, as much a response as one might hope for when facing the wrestler's 'Dark Side': it's a sly sort of smirk. But he can tell when he's being observed. And perhaps this pause in the combat is truly worthwhile for surveying his opponent as well. It may very well be the only way he's going to make a significant impact, considering the spry small guy doesn't seem too hurt from the powerslam.

Domino's stance deepens slightly, amethysts narrowing. The lower, tapered hand sweeps up to wave two fingers to Choi in a beckoning manner.

The Korean shrugs. This was predicted. When there was a breather, everyone took advantage of it. However, he studied his position. He was expecting an attack. Well, Choi would give him one.

The little man suddenly unleashes a high-pitched shout. Swiping his claws around erratically and menacingly, he suddenly charges at the larger man. Using his claws to assist in his run with digging pushes, he moves with shocking speed. As in he finally closes in, he begins to swipe his claws at the Domino's shins...

And digs them hard in the ground. Fixing them in the ground, he suddenly frontflips over into a kick. The Korean releases his claws, letting his heel drop finish itself. Hopefully, the feint would work. If not, well.

It would probably be time for the Counter Bus.

The sudden charge has Domino bracing himself, quickly assessing the situation...

...But the spry bugger has some tricks up his non-existant sleeves.

That flip comes as a complete curveball and the kick nails Domino in the back of the head with a small yelp. The model staggers forward a step from the impact, but whirls around to face his opponent, hoping to catch Choi just as he lands from his flip. His arms lash out, attempting to hook around his opponent to hoist him off his feet and begun crushing instantly in an ever-intensifying bearhug. Complete with 'rassler growling and glaring.

As he is brought into the loving arms of Domino, he manages to keep his elbows out and his claws in. Instead of his chest and organs getting most of the abuse, his arms manage to keep a small buffer against his crushing. And the Korean, well, starts to grin at the larger man. "Hey. Buddy Boy. Wanna know something dumb to do?" Suddenly, he lets his elbows give way. In the brief moment of movable space, he shoves his claws in position, trying to use the wrestler's strength against him as he attempts to crush him.

Domino's feeding off the energy of the crowd, as he always tends to do in a fight. But sometimes, that's a bit bad. It dulls the senses. Choi's comment is a little odd... but Domino finds out its meaning soon enough. The claws slide along his arms, eliciting a yelp from Domino as he withdraws the limbs quickly. He gives a small hiss of pain upon seeing the small streaks, then gives the smaller man a more angered look.

Makeup can cover these smaller cuts, but still. He's not pleased.

So Domino moves in towards Choi again, this time opting to reveal the other side of his wrestling style - which really isn't wrestling at all. His right foot lashes out, intended to go past Choi's head to the side. Only that foot swings back in a hook kick, aiming to crash the heel against that hatted head of his.

Choi is free, and the crowd is getting interested again. What had started as a dodge fest was going into a series of small strikes. Both were trying to wear down on the other. Of course, naturally, Domino was the one everyone based the fight around. He just had the charisma, the force of character so to speak.

Despite this, when the leg comes around, the Korean doesn't miss a beat. Kicks were a specialty of Choi. Not for offense, no, but for defense. With people like Domino, attempting to kick the midget had a major problem. Height.

The little man easily ducks under the foot aiming for his head. Moving under his leg, Choi swiftly hits the ground himself, unleashing a low kick in response at the wrestler's ankles. He sees it now. And as he goes around, the Korean finally speaks.

"So you do Tae Kwon Do?"

The foot lashes through the air to no avail and sets down in stance again. Choi's question is responded to with a curt nod of Domino's head, but his attention remains largely affixed to the fight at hand. Not so much in conversing. That's just the way Domino fights, really. In fact, it's a part of his whole gimmick and philosophy.

But there's a foot coming at him. Domino responds by shifting his foot out again, this one stepping on Choi's leg to halt its advance short of striking the model. Said foot sets back into its stance only very briefly, along with his hands chambering close at his sides before it shifts ahead - the entire stance has changed into a front stance. Both hands rocket out with the momentum of the change-up, aiming a double palmheel strike for Choi's torso. The moment his arms are fully extended, his hands ignite in a dazzling explosion of white concussive energy.

Even though his foot was pinned in response to the low kick, the Korean could not help but respect the man. Despite Tae Kwon Do being imposed on him, Choi had a sense of national pride that the art was being used. Even if it was by a flamboyant American wrestler.

What the little man did not appreciate was the sudden blast of physicality and energy. Hurtling the little man back, there is a roar of cheers. Yes. An honest hit. And a very flashy one. The hero of this match was being showered with praises, while the small Korean faction gnashed their teeth.

Meanwhile, Choi perks up rapidly. He didn't understand exactly WHAT he was being hit with. But he guessed that something was up. The wrestler was... switching between things. The Korean's mind whirred with activity. Jhun did something like that. So did Maylee. It was hard to notice, but it was there. Growling, the little man charged forward, using his claws to pull momentum. It would be a risky move to pull, but if things went right, the next step would keep him alive. Closing in on Domino again, the Korean dives low. He makes a swipe with his claws again, just like his feint before. He drops his claws down, just like before. Instead of a frontflip this time, he moves into a backflip. His legs shoot up rather than over, mixing up his game again. Feinting a feint. He certainly had enough tricks up his sleeve.

Following the strike, Domino slowly draws his hands back, wisps of white energy still bleeding off his fingertips. Slowly and meticulously, the male model shifts back into his stance again... and once more attempts to predict Choi's movements.

The feint for his legs is ignored this time, a smirk touching to Domino's lips. But this is woefully short-lived, as Domino attempts to move forward to evade what he suspected to be a repeat of last time. This.. well, it puts his head in for a beating.

Foot strikes under Domino's chin, sending him into the air in an arch to land on his back. The Koreans can thus celebrate a good hit.

Domino, now showing signs of wear from the ongoing battle, pushes himself up to his full height again to assume his stance. Looking a little more determined than before, the slender wrestler darts in towards his opponent again, weaving first to the left, then to the right to suddenly snap a ridgehand attack at Choi's temple.

Choi's feints were actually working. This was good for the little man, as his regular strikes were failing horribly. As he lands back on the ground, he crouches low. For Choi, low is about half the size as your low. While this isn't bad for the most part, it can make any sort of attack awkward due to the positioning.

So, when Domino moves in with his punch, the Korean prepares to leap away from him. As he begins to move, so does the wrestler. With limited time to react, the little man decides just to go with the strike, and keep on moving. Leaping between the bigger man's legs, he evades the pummeling strike.

Positioned behind the bigger man, Choi doesn't waste time. With a hoot and holler on his behalf, he leaps at the man's exposed back, claws out. The crowd gasps in shock at the cheap shot. As Choi prepares to stick those sharp claws right in the kidneys, a sound breaks through the air. "Look out, Domino!" A lady cries out. But will the wrestler catch the warning in time?

The short Korean's movements are strange and unexpected. Domino sometimes employs those exact evasive maneuvers.. but -never- has he had that happen to him before. But nevermind that - the maniac midget is behind him. And with those claws--

A woman yells.

Domino starts to turn, but a moment too late.

"HAAUUGHK!"

The claws dig in, and fairly deep, bringing Domino down to a knee. Eyes water from the stinging pain, but he squeezes his eyes shut to block that out. -These- cuts aren't going to be masked by makeup, that's for certain. And this angers Domino. With a roar of his own, he suddenly jerks his body off the claws and whirls around, making a sudden grab for Choi's shoulders.

With those shoulders grasped, Domino forces Choi to hunker over, locking the man's neck between his legs and hooking his arms around his midsection. And from there, Domino simply hoists him up into piledriver position.

But Choi doesn't get off with a simple head-meets-floor routine. No, it begins with a sharp, grinding inversed bearhug, Domino's arms pumping for all they're worth. Once they've cinched on as tightly as possible, he leaps high into the air in a series of ascending forward flips. By the time the two are on the descent, the pace of the flipping motion has picked up and they've become a single blur of motion. Finally, Choi's head meets the rooftop at crazy amounts of speed, bringing the momentum to a shattering halt, backed up by their combined bodyweights and the elevation of the jump.

Or that's how it's intended to go, anyway.

Choi's stabbing makes contact, and in the worst possible way. A Kidney stab, for better or for worse, hurts. While the scarring is easy to hide, it looks like your firm, well-toned buttocks will have to be hidden from sight now.

Meanwhile, the Korean is snatched, cleaned, and jerked around. And then, comes the nasty. The piledriver to end all piledrivers. Choi doesn't have much time to react. Instead of covering his head, he keeps his arms straight, resisting the bearhug much like he did with the first one. He goes with the spinning, keeping alert. His lack of mass meant he had one good trump card. As the build-up ends, he sees he is about to be smashed into the ground. At the last moment, he loosens his body. In that brief moment before Domino can react to it, the Korean is piledriven... out of the grip of the wrestler.

Choi crumples a short distance away from Domino, shaken by the whole incident. He was conscious. With the power involved, he was lucky to be so. But short of a painful bump and bruised, tired arms, he didn't have any major damage. All flash. And thanks to a bit of clever thinking, the little man reduced the substance. But it wasn't over yet. Oh no. The Korean shakes out the wooziness, and grins at his opponent. "So. You think this is what the tourny is all about, buddy boy?" He motions at the crowd as he closes in. "Well let me tell you something. Flash? Fame? They are nothing when compared to one thing." With a running start, the Korean finally leaps out in a spinning, drilling strike, much like what he began with. Hoping to catch the wrestler off guard, he fires through the air, claws out, shouting out the ending to his jab.

Domino would admit to being disheartened by the total lack of pain his would-be finisher seems to've inflicted. He's not used to people getting up after that hit.. let alone getting up and being more than ready to continue! Domino grits his teeth and pushes himself up to his feet, wobbling slightly.

Then comes the drilling claws.

Pulling with the remainder of his strength, adrenaline thankfully numbing his new, deep injury, Domino handsprings outside of Choi's proverbial targeting reticule, landing in a crouch again.

"Flash?," says Domino over his shoulder. "Hmh. Not quite. It's about heart!"

Uncharacteristic as speaking during a fight is for Domino, the agile wrestler suddenly bounds from his crouched position to whirl around in a spinning jump roundhouse, aimed to strike the side of Choi's head soundly. Following this is a quick front kick to the midsection, intended to double him over. If successful, Domino grabs his opponent much like before.. only this time, he swings him up to seat him on his shoulders, before driving him down hard against his back in a powerbomb.

Swerving hard to the side, he just followed Domino as he broke from the attack. "Heart? You got to be kidding me." The little man scoffs as he brings his claws around. Even as the roundhouse kick comes, the Korean is prepared to bum rush the man. But then it happens.

He moves too slow.

His vicious hacking and slashing never gets off the ground. Instead of unleashing the Tae Kwon Do special, he falls victim to American Style Wrestling Combo. With a grunt, he takes the final smash to the ground. The pain wasn't the worst part, however.

The failure was.

Following the powerbomb, Domino pushes himself back up to his full height, peering down at Choi. It seems this Korean really has him going at this point. And that's really something, considering how much Domino tends to speak when in a match.

"And spirit!"

And Domino hops into the air, turning his body aside to angle an elbow for the man's torso. A good ol'-fashioned elbowdrop. Courtesy of professional wrestling.

Choi doesn't let Domino get a chance to use his spirit. Taking advantage of his wordiness, the little man rolls to the side, letting the elbow get nothing. The next move makes sense, then. With a shout, he suddenly leaps at the man. In the least expected move ever, he attempts... a headlock? Yes, the little man tries to wrap the wrestler's neck in his elbows! Sure, he wasn't good at these things, but mixing it up was important. Just because he could deliver, didn't mean he could take it!

That's pretty much why Domino doesn't like talking during a match. He's reminded of it well enough when the man has enough time to get away, smashing his elbow into the hard concrete roofing instead.

Redux: ow.

But then Choi does something unexpected. As Domino is drawing a breath, he's caught in a headlock. Total surprise there, and the air he was -trying- to draw gets choked off, leaving Domino.. well.. breathless. It's a bad place to be in. He can't cough or anything like this.

So almost desperately, Domino begins sending a flurry of blows at the man's ribs, hoping to wear him down and smash him to bits.

Choi continues his tight grip, grimacing angrily. This was becoming difficult. The little man was growing weary, and all those little strikes were beginning to resurface. As Domino begins his struggling, the Korean reacts by whipping around to the other side of the wrestling, now mounting on his back as he continues his choking. "Spirit? Heart? Let me ask you something, buddy boy." The Korean loosens his grip for a moment. "How well do you think you'll win without /air/"

And with a sick grin splashed over his face, he pulls both of his arms away, attempting to end with a pair of throat slashes.

There isn't a great deal Domino can do in this situation, and despite his attempts at pummeling, he's yanked around the fighting zone like a rag-doll. And when he's finally, mockingly released, his neck is torn into. There's a brief spray of red from the hit, and Domino collapses to his knees, hands instantly lifted to staunch the bleeding. The wrestler coughs several times in his attempts to gasp in air... and despite what some might consider common sense, Domino pushes himself back up to his full height again.

Hands lower from his neck, blood draining slowly, but surely, and the model looks a bit paled. "Psycho..," he growls under his breath, albeit weakly. Suddenly, Domino dashes forth. But instead of a frontal assault, the agile fighter twists a quick spin around to the shorter man's side, left fist rocketing at the side of his skull, carrying the momentum of his movements on over.

Choi can't help but cackle as he lets the poor wrestler go. This was the lowest blow he has pulled in a while. And looking at the spray, he must have just nicked an artery. It was beautiful, making him bleed like that. Of course, the wrestler has fight left in him. Only a weakling would let blood loss take him down THAT quickly. Unfortunately, inside his mirth, he falls for the feint. Almost. When Domino lunges to the left, the Korean suddenly realizes something is wrong. Taking a sudden step backwards, he hisses in pain as the punch grazes his forehead... and knocks off his hat.

The crowd gasps, the children scream. Babies are heard sobbing when the little man's baldness is shown the world. Even at night, the lights of the neon sign reflect off the clear dome. The Korean, audibly seething in both pain and anger, suddenly snaps out with both legs in synchronized kicks to both knees. Claws were useful in keeping counter balance for these things.

But blood loss is a serious problem. The young American maybe-hero (Thailand fiasco, anyone?) is growing weaker and weaker visibly as he continues. The blood continues to seep from his wounds - kidney shot and throat shots suck, yanno - and.. well.. he tries an act of desperation.

Domino attempts to catch the smaller man in his attack to hoist him up for a backbreaker... only the bloodloss accumulated with pain has slowed him significantly. Very significantly. He misses, the kicks hit, and Domino is brought down hard to the rooftop where he simply blacks out and no longer moves.

Clumsy? Yes. Stupid? Yes. Likely to repeat it in the future? No. It was brash of him, and he's paying for it. He even knew better. But his youthful impatience got the better of him. So there he lays in a pool of his own blood.

The announcer stands, wide-eyed at the non-moving Domino. "Uh, K.O.! Choi wins!," he declares quickly, then all but shoves the medics off their perch to move in to the model.

Losing your blood is the second to last thing most people do.

The very last thing is dying.

Luckily, thanks to the liberal use of medical teams, you are going to fall short of that last step. And good for you, because it is such a doozy! While the modeling is going to be a nasty future issue, Choi didn't care. Hell, he didn't even know this was a model. There was only one thing on his mind right now.

"HAH! I WON! Take that, stupid American! Wooooo!" With his pelvic thrusting breaking through the air, the crowd remains in worried murmurs. Even the Korean supporters. Why? Because /slitting throats/ wasn't very Korean. The cameras shut off to another grim, low-rated showing. Even with the blood content, no one liked to see a hero get downed by someone like Choi.
