Description: Taiyo High! One of the more problematic members of the school ring, it is known for spawning strong, fast, elite.. and brutal members into the world community. Giving a message out to one of them before heading to Gedo, Aprile's identity .. revealed!? Well not totally, but she's under Vega's command.. What could it be!?
It is spring time which for the soccer star of Taiyo High School means it's the Spring Soccer League Season. For most of the team members it's just extra practice before the fall season which is when the soccer games are really important. For Roberto Miura the Spring Season holds more importance for him. It's his last year before he graduates from High School which means this season is his last chance to show his stuff in order to get a scholarship.
It's with the scholarship in mind that Roberto is pushing himself harder in today's practice than he probably ever has before. Which is saying a lot since when it came to his sport he always a high work ethic.
As for the drill they're working on. It's the give and go. One player one-touch passes the ball, the second one-touches the ball back, then the first player shoots on goal. Roberto is currently playing goalie though after a certain amount of time he'll be replaced so he can take part in the drill as a striker. That is if the practice remains uninterrupted.
Maybe it will! But the odd, and perhaps conspicuous nurse clothes wearing woman begins to walk towards Roberto. If he had seen Saturday night fight, he might've noticed that there was a ... nurse in them. And dressed exactly like how she was! Not in the blue jumpsuit that the dolls usually wear.
Why not just yell out 'Vega is back!' that'd be much less conspicuous. But instead, the nurse, dolled up in the white hat and white gowns and that red orange hair the Italian woman has, as well as an odd sack on the back of her with a red and white cross, .. and that medkit. Perhaps they were expecting something more today?
"Oh.. Is there a Roberto here?" She calls out. Neo League after all had saved that fight. The one between Hotaru and Roberto. He was clearly wounded! "I'm here to check up on him! And I was told he would be around here..." Complete lies, but the doll has no trouble lying.
Smiling, and cheery, she stands outside of the field, waiting..
It shouldn't be too difficult!
That Roberto vs Hotaru fight was awhile ago and so he has healed fairly well from that. Question is whether or not he healed from his fight with Birdie. But with that odd healing thing that his body did at the end of the fight he's probably ok.
The coach turns towards to the voice and nods in acknowledgement of the voice before shouting to the soccer star. "Miura! Come over here! Takeshina take over the goal."
Roberto runs off the field and speaks with the coach. There's a raised eyebrowand then he moves to his dufflebag before heading towards the the nurse. He doesn't like the idea of being pulled from practice but really what can he do.
Even still he had to admit that a nurse that he had never seen before was pulling him from practice. But that doesn't mean anything does it? She just might be new.
Well. She sure was new alright! New to the area, and new to seeing this 'Roberto'. Smiling, the nurse bows slightly, looking on. "So Mr. Roberto.. you're an active sports star AND fighter? That's just amazing." She comments, holding the medkit infront of her with both hands on it like any ditzy nurse might. In truth, she's far from such a thing.
But you have to play the role now and again to lure things. Catching more flies with honey than vinegar and all that! "Well I'm new to Taiyo... and since the season is coming up, If I remember you haven't had your physical yet! .. And with all the fights you've been in, it's important to make sure everything is fine!"
This comment is important to her, especially. And then she begins to peek at Roberto, looking around him, looking at how he stands and this and that. "Hmmm... This will only take a moment!" She pipes up.
"Then I'll decide if you really need to waste some time with it."
That is where Roberto would have alarms going off. After Birdie was done with him, he did go to the doctor and did have a copy of his medical records sent to his school. And so the need for a physical raises suspicions. Not that he voices them. It's enough that they can probably be read in his face as she moves around.
He makes no move to stop her analysis. Though the tension can be cut with a knife.
From the distance though, Roberto's team mates are pointing and laughing from a distance. Probably making a romantic connection to yet another woman who will eventually have him killed. Or try.
She smiles happily, even if she knows the jig is up, painstakingly taking her time, at least enough, to focus on everything. Hmm! He looks healthy. Very healthy, and finally, clasping the medkit in both arms still, hands on the handle and it hanging before her, Aprile nods.
"Good health! Very good..." She notes, brushing some hair from her face, the spike like hair crossing over an eye for a moment.
"But that's just too bad! If you're in good health then you might actually stay that way." She suddenly adds, which probably been one of the things that Roberto would have expected.. however, what the team, and Roberto, might not expect is that, when she passes behind... she grabs and wrenches both arms, trying to pin him too the ground and wrench farther.. with the perhaps all too familiar feeling of psycho energy.
He might not recognize the same feeling as Vega's. Shadaloo had to have been monnnnths ago! .. But of course, it is.

And Roberto's suspicions are now confirmed the moment his hands are wrenched and his body is sent down to the ground before the pain is increased by her further manipulations and further exacerbated by the psycho power forced into him. There's a similarity to what he felt at the hands of Ingrid and Zach in more recent history. In Thailand, he didn't encounter Vega personally but the energy bares similar resemblance to the energy Douyoubi and Khamis both used on him.
"What are you doing? What do you want?" The soccer star shouts from the ground. Meanwhile the Soccer squad has completely stopped doing anything. All eyes are on the two fighters.
As Roberto might feel his arms go numb from the red psycho energy, as well as the bending, turning just about the right way to perhaps drain some of the fight from him, Aprile still stays smiling, even as the soccer star shouts. "Well... If I told you, you'd just get your nose in our business again.. I'm just going to tell you to let this be a warning! He doesn't like being interrupted over again!" She says, looking down at Roberto and smiling.
That is, of course, before the nurse turns towards the soccer squad and shakes her head, looking back down. "You know .." She starts, leaning over to face Roberto, "You really should. You're causing so much trouble where there shouldn't have to be any!"
And then she raises the medkit, before bringing it down with most of her strength. "As much as I enjoy this, it really can't be good on your body! If only you just never got involved. But it's just how things have to be now! Especially with what you helped."

Roberto knows he should just get out of the way but then again being face down doesn't help his abilities to get out of the way and just as he's about to get up he gets slammed back down by the medikit and he eats dirt once more but this time he manages to get up.
It's been established that she'll do anything to take him down and so the soccer star will just have to be just as nasty and just as brutal.
Roberto reaches for that duffle bag he was carrying and just swings it across her face as hard as he can. He needs to do something... anything to get some space for himself.

As Roberto reaches for the dufflebag, swinging it towards her.. the strike is slow enough that she notices far too early for Roberto's comfort it's coming... but at this point, it would be better if she took her losses instead of trying to avoid it. There's a chance he might just swing it straight into her face!
The duffle bag crashes against her arms, and even causes them to go numb a bit. It's not a very nice swing.. at least, not a very enjoyable one! "Ah... so you're feisty still! I guess I haven't fixed that yet." She notes, smiling.
"So I'll just have to keep helping you!" Backing off a bit.. she then rushes once more at Roberto, that medkit swinging infront of her, two lines crossing in an X as she thrusts the medkit straight towards Roberto. "And then maybe you'll learn that you should stick to Away teams that are a bit closer here!"
The red psycho energy doesn't look very nice. Neither does the thrust!

Away teams... Closer to here. It's then that Roberto puts two and two together. It would appear that Aprile had given away too much information with that last statement and so his lips turn downward in a frown before he drops his duffle bag and moves forwards to meet the cross and thrust with a pair of fists held together to push at the attack psycho power and all keeping his body from being injured.
His glowing foot swings upwards in an attempt to connect with the doll's face, hoping that he can send her up into the air while he thinks about how to deal with this attacker.

As Roberto meets the cross with his fists, Aprile actually looks surprised. "W-... What?" Forced to back off, she's almost not ready for the leg that erupts upwards from the ground towards her face. Yet she manages to catch it before it becomes a problem, and it that, she's better off than she would have been.
The kick almost sends her spinning.. with the force behind it, a direct shot would have crushed her! But instead, the spinning is used, the medkit coming around, psycho energy, red, trailing behind it as she goes to swing it towards Roberto as hard as she can, knocking his foot up and grabbing him in the whirling red psycho energy, dragging him and her upwards before she slams the box, and Roberto to the ground.
"Don't you EVER help hurt him again! I'm going to make sure he's alright and if that means hurting you as well I'll do it! It's important to me .. that he's not hurt!" She smiles, bowing afterwards, the nurse's outfit a bit disheveled, but not showing altogether too much skin.
Not that she knows if he's alive and well, or not. She doesn't.
This is just blind vengeance, the doll standing on the ground, running herself dry.
The soccer star while extremely hurt by her response is fairly resilient. So Roberto is alive if not so well. The medkit enhanced with psycho power hurt him alot though it would not be anywhere near the amount of damage that he felt at the hands of the Seven Days members.
Roberto slowly picks himself off the ground taking deep breaths as he looks at the Italian. He unlike Aprile hasn't been running himself into the ground. He's been pacing himself trying to look for opportunities to pick at the doll's defenses.
"To be honest, the nightmares I had that put me in an institution because of that war are scarier than you are. I was finished with that war until you came to /my/ school and started trouble!" A look of grim determination appears on what's left uncovered by his sky blue visor as he moves towards the doll and swings a foot at her legs to see if he can make sure she leaves with a limp.

She tries to get out of the way. Perhaps it's a silly way of doing things.. but she certainly tries. As the soccer star swings his foot towards her, she certainly takes it .. worse than she would have liked. But that's just how some things happen!
As Roberto however, decides to respond such a way, the doll, who's stumbling back a bit, responds with a smile. It's all she can do! "That's because I still had to help myself to your pain. For all the pain you've caused, to think you don't deserve any is silly!" The doll responds, smiling despite the fact she just was nailed head on.
And then she leaps back a bit, spinning the object around her. "I'm sure however it won't be that bad for much longer~! Because I know I'm not scary... but that's not the point!" She says, happily.
"If I was scary, then you wouldn't have trusted me at all to begin with~." She chides, as red psycho power begins to spin around her, focusing. She's getting back into the game.. easy enough, as it were!

"Who the hell says I trusted you in the first place?" The soccer star says as he drops down to his knees to unzip his duffle bag searching through the bag while keeping his eyes on Aprile. He doesn't like that energy one bit but he's not going to attack half cocked...
Instead, Roberto will pull a soccer ball from that bag of his and watches her. He knows something big is coming his way and while he doesn't want to present an opening for her, he doesn't want to stop pressing his attack and so he moves back in, carrying the ball under his arm. The free hand? That's the hand that'll swat her head like it's a shot on goal being deflected.

Aprile blinks. "Oh? ..." As the fist slams into her, knocked away by an arm, but grazing against her skull all the same.. and painfully, she grits her teeth. "Well.. I guess you're right then.. maybe I don't fit in as well, but I try! All for him! Everything for him! And what you did to him.. Inexcusable!"
The dolls have this complex, after all. And what a complex! It's a complex among complexes. They just love their master! "So it doesn't matter what you say.. I know what I'm doing is the right thing." For Master!
And after the fist comes, she kicks into the air, traveling towards Roberto, legs flipping over her shoulders before darting down towards Roberto. "HaaaaaaaaaaaaH!" She's.. actually not doing anything with it immediately, it seems.
Maybe she just wanted it for safe keeping!

Roberto couldn't afford to take many more attacks so he gambles on the off chance that he can get out of the way. Unfortunately Roberto isn't quite fast enough and finds himself taking the kick to the head stumbling backwards before falling to the ground.
The soccer star finds himself scrambling to his feet as quickly as possible before turning around and dropping the soccer ball to the ground. Hoping to catch the doll unaware, he swings his foot sending a fiery soccer ball right at the medic of Shadaloo. If he should hit her, she'll be caught in a massive explosion of chi.

As the soccer ball slams into Aprile, she attempts to prevent it altogether, the medkit swinging this way and that as she forms a red wall.. but the ball powers straight through it, preventing her rush efforts, knocking her backwards, and sending her crashing, painfully, to the ground.
The explosion tosses her about as well, and in the end, she ends on the ground.. forcing herself up, burned, beaten, but not yet done. "You think .. t-that's .. enough?" She asks, smiling still, hair smoking, body pushing itself onwards.
Doesn't seem like she's giving up quite yet.
Roberto's own face is more of a quiet intensity. No trash talk leaves his lips nor any heroic quips. No. The look of his face is the one of someone who refuses to give up. Taiyo students just have too much spirit for that.
Only a short moment is taken to adjust his gloves before he takes his stance. The stance of a soccer goalie slowly moving in before his hands snap out for Aprile's waist. If he should get a hold of her, he'll power bomb her to the ground and then give her a swift boot to the rump.

AND POWER BOMBED SHE IS. Apparently far too dizzied from the strike, as Roberto goes to get a hold on her, he gets a handful. And then slams her face down into the ground, body and all crippling somewhat badly as it happens. But she gets up, even if she's now more or less limping, as well as bending over slightly.. as well as rubbing her rear. The nurse is not looking too good!
"Guess things aren't going well... better prepare the medicine!" She quips, smiling wide before raising her gear, the red cross at the top flaring as red waves wash down upon Aprile, wounds beginning to peel off of her as she continues it.
It's certainly .. something!
"We aren't done yet! Not by a long shot!" She responds while smiling.. "I'll see it through .. till the end!"
Roberto says, "It's one of things that Roberto sees as a mix blessing... Yes, Roberto's not on the receiving end of another attack especially ones with that wierd energy. But the fact that her body was healing itself right before his eyes? That didn't seem to be a good thing.
As a result Roberto comes in picking up the soccer ball in one hand as he charges the Shadaloo doll before swinging the soccer ball right for Aprile's head.

As Roberto comes forwards, the red psycho energy finishes it's work on Aprile's body.. and boy, how it works. Things fix remarkably fast.. and that powerslam is all but history, .. but there's still more to go through. As Roberto picks the soccer ball up, swinging for her.. she uses this again to her advantage.
The spinning happens again, and Roberto's ball, thrust towards her, is sent away, the spinning medkit, already in the air before, helping her begin it once more.. traveling upwards in a spiral of psycho energy and the swing, she slams Roberto again into the ground, making a second divot.
"Operation success! But the target's vitals seem low!" The nurse chirps, brushing her hair back. "If the subject shows any more signs of activity, more force will be used to put them under!" Of course, as she says this .. it's in a nice cheery, happy voice, somewhat of a smile still there.
She's enjoying it, that's for sure!
The soccer player finds himself separated from the soccer ball he planned on using if things went south. His body sent sprawling as he hits the ground. His body is bruised and battered and by all rights he should be plastered on the ground but instead something inside of him, drives him pushing him to stand when all logic says that he should be unconscious.
Instead, he runs full tilt at the doll before his foot suddenly goes right to her stomach. The start of severe pain if this first kick should land.

Roberto tries once more, and Aprile watches as he pulls himself towards her .. and he just peels off, aiming to go straight for her stomach, severe pain INCOMING. But the arms raise the medkit this time, and as Roberto powers into it, it slams into her gut, driving her back, nearly causing her to fall over..
"Ah.... operation was successful, the patient's pulse has weakened!" She cries out, smiling, albeit weakly.. stagging about. "Hah.. Hah... I can't wait to report back." She comments, before looking over tot he soccerteam.. and then waving, the heavily brutalized nurse, swinging the medkit, wincing, and stumbling out of the area.
"Now I feel so much better. I'm glad I could get it all out~! Now.. onto Gedo...." She says to herself, heading towards the 'trouble zone'.
Oh Master Vega might want something from there and she'll be happy to help out!
Roberto's body falls limply to the ground, no longer able to hold himself up. He finds himself staring at the sky while the rest of the team moves to aid their soccer star. While Aprile waves some of the more crass members of his team flip her the bird, powerless to do much more about it.
Roberto looks over to one of the members gathered around him. He only has one last thing to say, "Get me to a real nurse quick... I need to recover fast and get a message over to Gedo, quick. And someone tell Kyosuke about what happened here."
