Yurika - Frilly Relaxing into BEST

Description: With Ninon finally arriving at the resort/lodge/whatever, Yurika pitches her idea of creating a totally 1337 organization within Seijyun. Tres 1337.

Near the Yahiko mountains of Nagata, Japan resides an inn that has a reputation of having the most relaxing and comfortable enviroment, with an amazing view and legendary hot springs. Long story short, it is this particular area that Yurika Kirishima had chosen to relax at for the weekend before she has to return to the extrememly busy life of student council president at Seijyun. However, having invited friends is more or less two birds with one stone.

On one hand, the musician enjoys their company quite a bit, and on the other, despite being a 'vacation' of sorts, there are some last minute things she wants to discuss. This brings us to the here and now, drawing toward the final evening of stay on a moderatly brisk autumn evening. Yurika is the first to arrive at the onsen, the outter area consisting of a circular, stone path, and a rather large outer wall to discourage any peeping toms, of course. In her hands is a small teacup. Apparently it's traditional to drink sake in situations like this or something but we all know that Yurika is more of a tea-holic.

Ingrid has been with Yurika for the first few days of the vacation as well, and is by this point thoroughly relaxed. She doesn't have the responsibilities that the new Seijyun president does, and any worries she has are the kind that will be dealt with on a very long term basis, allowing her to simply enjoy her stay rather than use it to release tension. Because of this she arrives a fair bit after Yurika, her motions slowed a bit from what they normally are, having allowed any problems she does have to simply slip away from her in a state of almost pure relaxation.

Even the anticipation of the warm waters that await her aren't enough to make her move at her normal pace. Her features take on a somewhat serene quality as she slowly walks along the path towards the stepping stone entrance to the spring waters themselves. "I really must thank you again for inviting me here, Yurika. I don't think I've been so comfortable since I was a child."

Mecha-Ninon had accepted Yurika's offer to come with her on this little vacation, but had mostly kept to herself during it. She felt little compulsion to be social, so simply hadn't been. She had considered not even meeting with the others this evening, but in the end she decided to do so after all.
Part of her reason for not wanting anything to do with the hot springs is simply that the idea of bathing with others is sort of odd for her. She was born and raised in the good ol' US of A after all, and even if she is pretty much the opposite of your typical American (she isn't busty, blonde, and stupid after all!), she still holds to some of their traditions. In this case, the idea that bathing was supposed to be a one person thing! In the end, however, she does show, dressed in a towel, and wearing something most people would never see her in underneath it, a one piece bathing suit. Any embarrasment she may be feeling does not show on her features one little bit. "Good evening." She seems to have a lot less to say then Ingrid.

Yurika knows Ninon enough to realize that a particularly social event isn't exactly the kind of event for the witch. She also has learned not to have too high a hope for the witches co-operation either, if she showed up, she would, if she didn't, she didn't. Of course, in the upcoming months, she's going to need some sort of guarantee that Ninon will be reachable when needed. When one thinks about it, if a student of Seijyun were to even pass a glance at Yurika's line-up of student council members, they'd think the musician had gone compeltely insane.

Maybe she has? Yurika passes a glance to Ingrid, and stifles a light chuckle, "Ingrid, you've given me many 'thanks', far more than I even deserve. This is just a little something, that's all.. But regardless, you're quite welcome." She holds off on further comment until Ninon arrives. It seems the witch is about to get another taste of pure, japanese culture, she doesn't even have to look twice to tell that Ninon's out of her environment. "Miss Ninon, I'm glad you could make it, there were a couple of things I wanted to discuss.. But first, would either of you like some tea?"
Yurika gestures behind her to the tray that was left behind her, a gorgeous porceline kettle and matching cups rest on it. Oddly enough, it's just simple green tea inside.

Perhaps if Ninon were to think of this less as a bath and more as a giant natural hot tub it would be easy for her. There is, after all, not a bar of soap in sight. It's not something Ingrid would say out loud, however, as voicing such a statement would likely do little more than make her more conscious of the situation. But now that the entire trio has arrived the Norwegian steps into the hot waters herself, walking slowly over to take a seat to Yurika's left, about a person and a half distance. "I think I'd enjoy a cup, thank you."

And to Ninon she gives a small nod, "Good evening, Ninon. It's good to finally meet you again." But is the feeling mutual? With Ninon's expert control of her features, who can tell? "I trust that you've been well?"

Despite the fact that she had yet to follow up on her promise to seek out Ingrid and 'test her power', Ninon had hardly forgotten about the pale-haired, crimson eyed woman. That was an indulgence she was keeping in reserve for a day where she simply had no other way to entertain herself. Recently, she had been finding less violent ways to do so, so she hadn't been forced to find anyone to punch to keep her amused.
She casts aside the towel before entering the hot springs. Her outfit is rather less then daring, though it is in the same black that she seems to favor. She slips into the water without even bothering to answer Ingrid. And for a few moments, it seems as if she isn't going to. "Hmm. Nice. I should have them build me one of these back home." Apparently, she seems to approve. There are a few more seconds of silence before she takes the time to answer either girl. "Aside from an unfortunate meeting with my 'dear' sister, my life has been remarkably mundane recently. If you consider that well, then I suppose the answer is yes. Now, you were saying something about tea, Yurika?"

Yurika is already moving then to pour a cup, setting her own aside during that time. "Right away, of course." It somehow had slipped her mind that it really had been a while since Ingrid and Ninon last met. Hopefully this would change in the future. One is poured and then another, and the musician has to do her best to fight back a chuckle- She hasn't met Mignon yet. She really should, it's her duty after all.. Even if she is a little frightened by what she may have to deal with. Light green cups in each hand, she hands one then the other to her present company.

"These springs are natural, however. The man made one may not provide quite as satisfactory results. We'll have to try one of those sometime and compare." Yurika suggests to Ninon. "If I may take a moment to speak business.. I know I've come here to get away from my work, but I felt it important to bring some things to attention. First off, soon Ingrid will be a part-time student of our high school. I wanted her to take an important position that I was certain I could trust her with. I have the same plan for you, Ninon, if you'd be interested in hearing about it?" As for the bathing suit? She doesn't say a thing about it.

"Oh yes, your sister. I met her a few weeks ago myself." Hmm, what to say about Mignon? "She seemed to be a very energetic and enthusiastic young woman." The tone she speaks in is a rather neutral one, she doesn't feel quite the annoyance as Ninon seems to for her, but she isn't going to be singing her praises either. She accepts the tea from Yurika when the cup is handed to her, blowing on the tea inside to make sure it's not hot enough to burn her before taking a slow sip.

Business? It seems that Yurika has more on her mind than simple relaxation, but Ingrid can hardly blame her. Besides, there could hardly be a better place for a business meeting than this. "Please, go right ahead, Yurika." Like Yurika, Ingrid doesn't say a single thing about the bathing suit.

"I cannot deny that your description of her is correct, Ingrid." Ninon accepts her tea as she speaks. "But you neglected to include the words 'foolish, annoying, and child-like'. It is these things that make her an intolerable embarrasment to the Beart family name. Were she to correct these flaws with her personality, perhaps I would not find her so distasteful. But alas, this is unlikely to happen. No matter how many times I point out her lackings, she insists that they do not exist. Let us talk of other things, I would prefer to not think of her if I can avoid it." It seems that she can't get enough of insulting her sister.
Yurika's words spark the light of interest in her eyes. "So, are you finally going to stop sitting back and waiting for life to come to you? Very well, I don't even need to hear your plan, I accept. There are, of course, conditions. You should know this by now. They are rather simple ones to fulfill, and will require you to do nothing you are not doing now. They are as follows. You must maintain my interest. I have shared much of my philosphy with you, and I'd prefer to think that I have not wasted my time. My time is too precious to be wasted on a fool, so you must never allow yourself to become one."
A sinister smile touches her face here. "Second, I expect that if I give you my loyalty, I'll have yours as well. I will not accept betrayal of any sort. Should something like that happen, it would be rather....unfortunate." The look fades from her face as quickly as it appeared. "But we won't have to worry about that, will we? I can't say that you have my trust, but I believe that we at least have some manner of understanding. Now, make me not regret what I have said. What are these important 'positions' you wish us to take, Yurika Kirishima?"

A stare is given to Ninon. Not one that suggests the witch is a freak, but she's completely, honestly stunned by her reactions, words and all. If there was any doubt before, it is completely clear to Yurika now that Ninon has placed a rather large hunk of faith into the musician, and she just can't help but smile as a result. In another time, she'd have been moved to tears, but that road is the one she's straying from. "B- But of course, Ninon. I think this will be far more interesting than something you could partake in, even in America."

A bit boastful, yes, but confidence is something Ninon had done very well in giving Yurika thus far. Her attention shifts to Ingrid briefly. "Well at some point I would like to ask for all of us to meet, which includes Aislinn and another if I can get in touch with her. Ingrid as I've stated to you before, I would like you to take an advisor position, and so I'd like you to be Secretary. And Ninon.. I would like to appoint you as the head Discipline Officer. I'd like to make clear that our motives should be in the best interests of Seijyun, something for all the underclassmen to look up to. However I will confess that this is something that will hide an alterior motive. Something I simply could not work in secret if I did not secure this position."

Yurika takes a small sip of her teacup, letting that sink in. "It is mildly dangerous, but worthy challenge, I think."

Ingrid's eyebrows raise slightly as Ninon suddenly goes off on all the faults of her sister. She can't help but agree that she does possess those negative qualities, some of them in large quantities, but it's not something she says. Rather she simply states, "While that may be the case, Ninon, I would find it incredibly rude to speak of another's siblings in such a manner myself, especially behind her back." She isn't the type to go out of her way to hurt people or badmouth them.

And throughout the long speech Ninon gives to Yurika she simply sits and remains quiet, just as she does when Yurika speaks of her plans as well. It actually gives her a bit of a sense that she's an intruder with little right to be listening on the conversation, but since they're both fully aware that she's there she listens in. To the proposition of becoming Secretary Ingrid says, "That sounds entirely acceptable, Yurika."

It may be faith that Ninon holds for Yurika. Its entirely possible that she actually has some trust for her, no matter how much she claims otherwise. It is just as possible that she is as good an actress as she is a sorceress. Either way, she doesn't seem too adverse to the idea of working with Yurika. Ingrid she does not know as well, but she comes across as fairly harmless. Of course she would be keeping a close eye on the girl. Ninon keeps a close eye on everyone, though, so that is nothing unusual. "You know that the concept of danger means nothing to me. To allow fear to control you is to deny yourself the right to call yourself truely alive. This is another important lesson I'll expect you to keep in mind. Fear is strong. To feel it is natural. But to overcome it, your desire must be stronger. I shall accept your idea for now. I must admit that if you hadn't said that you had an ulterior motive...it would of been somewhat disappointing. I did not come to Southtown for Seijyun, it merely happened to be here when I got here."

In the past, Yurika had gotten very upset with Ninons relationship with Mignon. But after she thought about it, suddenly she could easily compare it with the relationship of herself and Kurow. Though according to Ninon's story, Mignon was certainly no Yurika. That was another thing she'd have to investigate. At this point, she's simply used to it. After taking another drink from her cup, she first takes in the witches words, words not of a friend, but as a teacher. "Yes, I understand. And I hadn't forgotten anything you have told me thus far. Believe me, I will not make this a year that anyone.." And her smile brightens a bit. "Should soon forget. Of course I am very thankful for your cooperation as well, Ingrid. I haven't forgotten that you have your own matters to attend to as well, I'll do my best to keep your work load light. Well then, I believe that shall be all for now. When I return to school, I'll be sure to e-mail you all the details of this organization. Once you all understand what is available to all of you, I hope you'll find use for it. I don't want anyone to think that I am doing this for my desires alone.. Even if it turns out that is the case after all. Greed never was my strongest suit, but you never know."
