Description: Roberto comes back from the mental hospital and after a picnic he finds it being invaded a crazy man wielding a pair of jitte and Mad Gear. As if his homecoming wasn't bad enough, he receives a gift from Yurika.
Taiyo High. The LARGEST school in Southtown. Which also means it's the richest, as well as would hold the richest students of the richest family. Which will allow Mad Gear, who aims to do a PRECISION STRIKE, to gain as much money as possible before being repelled by the fighting teenagers! But even then, there would be more than just lunch money on those students, and the dorms, that is!
The idea of a PRECISION STRIKE includes what can only be described as HUGE FREAKING TRUCK slamming towards and through the entrance of Taiyo High, causing some students to dive out of the way as the truck not only enters but skids to a stop, brakes leaving a black trail as it finally slides to a stop within the Taiyo High .. field. Yes. The ground was unfortunately a bit dug up by the truck as well, but we all have to make sacrifices!
THat's when the gang members begin to pour out, and Katana leaps out onto the top, wielding his Jitte. "Hahahha! CHILDREN AND TEENS. YOU WILL NOW SURRENDER EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO THE MAD GEAR GANG!" He spins the jitte as well, just to show he's got weapons and not afraid to stab with them. "That includes money, jewelry, whatever! You're handing it over, or you'll have to make a visit to the nurse! So don't resist!"
Posing, holding the weapons above now, Katana cries out once again. "BECAUSE THE SPIRIT OF A JAPANESE WARRIOR FLOWS THROUGH MY VEINS! I refuse to leave without being defeated, or without the riches rightly the Mad Gear Gangs!"
The Gang begins to spread out as well as begins to start mugging whomever they can see. Hah! They just go for the younger ones first!
The sad thing is that this was supposed to be Roberto's home coming. He had spent months since his return from the Mental Hospital after he had checked himself in for PTSD. He was supposed to be hanging out with friends eating cake and whatever else was available when this precision strike occurs.
Roberto even though he's been trying to stay out of fights since his return to what passes for the status quo but on the other hand, Roberto just can't stand by and allow his fellow students to get shaken down. Even if his experiences in Thailand had served him a slice of humble pie, he still has to atleast do something. This is Taiyo High. His School.
The Soccer Superstar reaches into his duffle bag pulling out his soccer ball and carrying his soccer ball under his arm as he searches for the leader of this gang. It isn't hard since the guy is screaming for everyone give everything they've got. He moves directly for Katana and stares him down under his visor. "I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave. Or else I'm going to be forced to make you leave."
Damn... And his first day out of the hospital was going so well too..

Hah! That's why Roberto was weak! To think that he would need to go to a Mental Hospital! Even though Katana really never went, wasn't interested, and still served his own interests, clearly Roberto was the weak one for having needed to be in the Mental Hospital at all! But Katana doesn't know this. What the Shogun does know is that as the soccer superstar takes out a soccer ball and moves in close towards Katana, and stares him down afterwards, the Mad Gear Shogun had but a few words to say to the boy!
"I've heard that just enough times to make me respond to it finally in the proper way!" Katana raises both arms to the side, and up, jitte in them, before pointing them in the other direction. "Mad Gear Force ... ATTACK! We shall show them we're strong, and with our strength and might, show that they have no chance!" Bringing himself back up again, Katana charges off the side of the truck.
It's pretty high up, and as Roberto is already down there.. with his visor down, Katana uses his momentum to fall towards Roberto, his foot extending towards Roberto in an attempt to send the soccer superstar .. into left field!
That's the right expression, right?
"HIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Actually Katana wouldn't be the first person to think that if he knew Roberto was in such a situation. If anything he made the decision because of his strength. He knew he'd be too dangerous if he went on another uncontrolled rampage similar to his SNF against Hotaru Futaba. None of the students from the high schools didn't come back from Thailand unchanged. They weren't prepared for the horrors of war.
But this isn't exactly war now is it. It's just a street fight. And on that scale now that he's back from the hospital, Roberto is actually prepared to handle. When Katana comes down foot first he brings his soccer ball up to intercept the foot causing him to slide backwards for his troubles. He drops the soccer ball with the intention of catching Katana in the air before he lands by grabbing him with glowing hands before he can hit the ground and then send him to the ground forcefully. "Has it occured to you that there might be a reason for that?"

As Roberto grabs for Katana, Katana attempts to jam the jitte into him as he goes flying for him, but it turns out that he slams into the ground a bit too early for that, glowing hands interrupting him as he crashes down to the ground. Rolling backwards, and then up, Katana brings the jitte back to a standing point once more.
"Hahhaa... Is that all you have?! I'm still not impressed! .. If you expect to cause me to fall back, then you will need to show much more strength than you already have!" He gets up, armor not really dented, but body slightly beaten.
"I am merely just waiting for you now child! You really think you have a chance against the Shogun of Mad Gear!?"
Roberto has no need to trash talk and no need to impress him. All he needs are results. Well that... And to maintain his poise. This fight has become important to him not just because he's fighting for the student body but because he needs to find out if he can fight without losing it.
He takes advantage of his range and gets up close to the Helmeted Japanophile and jumps up into the air as he attempts to drive his forehead into the oni nose of Katana's helmet. Is it a bad move? Probably but if successful it'll probably make an impact.

As Roberto gets up close to Katana, Katana makes use of what he needs to. And as Roberto drives his forehead towards the nose of the helmet, Katana kicks a bit back as Roberto slams his forehead against the mask .. but as Katana flips backwards, he doesn't stay still. Slamming his blades into the ground, Katana slams them forwards, the jitte holding his weight as well as moving quickly forwards, until the Shogun gets up to Roberto, slamming the blades of the weaponry into Roberto's body as he continues his assault!
"Hahahah! You are indeed strong, but that won't be enough! KAIIIII!"
He flips backwards afterwards, hands holding the jitte. He won't be the one to fall first, he can just feel it! "It is your move now!" Katana announces, standing still.
Roberto is cleanly taken off of his and knocked backwards for his troubles and then jitte walked on the attack continues. Yup that was a bad idea. He does come out of bleeding but he doesn't feel too bad off. He reaches down to his stomach and stares for a moment as if expecting something to happen, but it doesn't
He gets up to his feet as he stares at the pseudo-samurai armor clad Mad Gear Leader. "Well now... That was strange." He takes a deep breath as he tries to maintain his sense of calmness. He's keeping close watch on his sanity. There are a few students watching this fight getting ready to run for help on the event that Roberto either goes berserk or loses.
Meanwhile Roberto is running for that soccer ball of his as he dribbles it up and then suddenly moves past Katana and gives him a sharp shoulder bump with a bit of elbow. Nothing that will damage Katana over much but will definitely be a bit unbalancing for even someone of Katana's size.

As Roberto slams the elbow into the Shogun, Katana is tossed backwards by the strike, but it's more because of his stance than because of Roberto's actual strength. The slam causes him to be bumped, bit that's about when he loses his footing, rolling backwards after the elbow connects.
Stopping against the truck, Katana pulls himself to his feet as he holds his jitte upwards. "That was not expected .. but still. I refuse to give up! Hahhaha!" And with that, Katana is up and running towards Roberto.
Strange as it may be, Katana isn't exactly minding the beating, and just keeps to push back as hard as he can. With both of his jitte, the Shogun lunges towards Roberto with the blades slashing through the air towards him, in a heavy thrust!
Not so much skill as just plain power.

When Roberto runs by Katana he apparently had more momentum then he thought. As a result he has to focus on slowing himself down so that he doesn't move too far away from Katana. Of course this presents a problem... His back is turned towards him.
It's not as big a problem as one would think. Roberto can practically hear the the big man running right for him and he abandons the soccer ball temporarily. The futbol phenom then a display of acrobatic and athletic ability flips backwards driving his foot down into his helmet before landing in a crouch and performing a quick twist to get Katana back into view. Unfortunately for Roberto he caught the twin thrust of jitte in the chest while upside down. He's fairly confident though that he came out of the exchange much better off than Katana did.
As the feet slam into the Mad Gear Shogun, Katana is kicked many, many times. In the end, he's tossed backwards, slamming into the ground and dragging against the ground. Through the ground Katana rips, the ground parting as Katana's heavy armor is ripping through the dirt.
But he doesn't give up, and pulls himself off of the ground! "Hahhaa. You're still too weak. Nothing like what I'm used to fighting. In the end, you're just another weak High Schooler!" The Shogun says, despite whatever injuries he has, and already begins to charge towards Roberto once more.
Sandals hitting the ground, Katana's speed isn't really all that good, and the armor seems to be dented. But it doesn't so much bother him. He fights for honor and for Mad Gear! And will fight to the end!
With blades flashing, Katana takes a rather over bearing approach, and brings both of the jitte back as Roberto is there, standing, probably not to impressed. But nothing ever bothers the Mad Gear Shogun! If he would fight a losing battle, so he would, but he would never give up!
The jitte are twirled finally as he jams them forwards, when he catches up, in an attempt to slam them straight into the chest of Roberto! Nothing can save you now, Roberto! NOTHING AT ALL!
Because Katana puts everything he has into it! There's nothing on earth that could stop him! Not a man of honor and of battle. Why, not even Haggar could stop him! In the end, Haggar merely slows things down, but Haggar would never end up stopping the Mad Gear Shogun, and especially not some High School student!

Indeed. He's not impressed but there are reasons for that. Well there's the fact that this has been pretty much a one-sided fight and then there's more pressing matters to the soccer goalie. Like getting this nut ball off the premises. Roberto just had flash backs... Katana is frickin delusional. He has the right to think that
Roberto watches as Katana jams the jitte into his chest and stands there and looks into Katana's eyes. They show no fear and in fact there's coldness in them but there's no sense that he's going to lose it on him. Instead he throws a two fisted punch right for Katana's chest. He's attempt tojust push Katana to the side. And in the cases of attack and defense they're both more psychological moves than anything damaging. A taunt as it were.

As Roberto slams the punch towards Katana's face, Katana moves to grasp the two fisted punch, but unfortunately, such does not happen. And as he's pushed to the side, Katana brings up the jitte, spinning. The last punch was certainly taken as an insult, but they certainly wouldn't back down from a challenge!
His jitte being held up, the Mad Gear Shogun stands back, looking onto Roberto now, waiting. His armor felt the least strike, and so did he, but Katana is far from one to really give up.
Ever.
"Try harder."
Roberto looks downwards shaking his head in disbelief. His left moves up to his visor for a moment. Internally he's laughing inside. Here is his opponent who is obviously losing and yet he's telling him to try harder. That internal laugh soon becomes external as he watches Katana.
"Give me a reason to..." I think Roberto would rather try to break his opponent psychologically as well as physically. After all he doesn't want Katana coming back ever.... EVER again. While he's trash talking to strike at the mental, he watching as he prepares to strike at the physical. "Don't sing it... Bring it." Red glove clad hands beckon the bigger man in.

Hahahha! Like Katana would ever be psyched out! "You really wish to see the full might of the Shogun!?" Katana takes his jitte out, and then charges towards Roberto once more as he laughs. If Haggar can't crack that nut, Roberto doesn't actually have much of a chance either.
Rushing towards the soccer player, Katana goes for something simple and direct, bringing one of the jitte forwards as the soccer boy gets ready. He can get ready all he wants, he still won't have a chance!
"If I was to bring it, you would be the one who falls!" And such, charging in, Katana tries to get the jitte to slam into the sides of Roberto's arms and then slam him against the ground, the blades holding him as Katana rips into the soccer player .. that is, if all things go well!
"DAIKYOUUUUUU BURNINNNNGGG!"

Goodness gracious, what is going on here?
Taiyo High is about to recieve another outside visitor, though Yurika Kirishima, the frilliest of frilly currently, had heard that Roberto had finally been released; and so she came to see it with her own eyes.
It should prove to be fun, after all for the past few days she'd been bogged down with plenty of work and politics over at Seijyun; what better way to blow off steam than to tease someone else? It's all in good fun, right?
Dressed in a red and white victorian-inspired dress, mantle, parasol and all, the musician makes her way onto school grounds and just so happens to catch sight of two warriors, battling with all their hearts can muster. "Oh dear.. Well now isn't that an interesting costume.." Yurika murmurs to herself, as her sight focuses a bit more on the screaming samurai.
Roberto indeed falls. In fact Roberto once again holds his but he doesn't quite expect the speed or the power of the Daikyou Burning and slammed into the ground. It's quite a surprise to him... Well the psychological approach didn't work.
Roberto does get up to his feet and slowly shakes out the cobwebs. He groans in pain for a few moments. It looks like Katana finally got some respect out of the soccer goalie. He watches Katana and waits for the next attack as he tries to get himself together. "Nice shot."

Hahahah! Costume? Why no! Katana is simply a SHOGUN OF MAD GEAR. Such clothing is not optional, but mandatory! How could he show his BURNING SPIRIT and his UNBELIEVABLE POWER as well as his JAPANESE HERITAGE without it!? If he was merely prancing about in Kabuto get up as well as a kimono!
That's about when Roberto gets ready for Katana again. "Hahahah! Merely waiting for me to come to get you!? YOU WISH for me to defeat you!" Katana yells out, before he charges once more. His blades rushing towards the goalie's body once again.
In an attempt to catch the arms once more, and then chuch him upwards after slamming him against the ground, before the Shogun leaps up and takes the man ..
And DROP SLAMS him into the ground!
WHY CAN HE? Because he is POWERFUL.
"BUTSUMETSU BUSTAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"No..." Roberto is charged once more but this time he's actually prepared for it. Instead of getting charged Roberto cleanly side-steps the Shogun, a grin on his face. One that probably doesn't belong on his face. "I was waiting for you to make a mistake."
He then turns gracefully as Katana passes by him as if performing a spin move on the soccer pitch and swings his foot upwards attempting to send the pseudo-samurai up into air though given Katana's size, it'll be a big stumble backwards instead. "Thrust kick!!!" Wait... Did Roberto just call his attack?

Yes, it would appear to be quite a close match! Though it's actually getting extremely weird, because it seems both fighters are going crazy yelling out their attacks and.. Well, it's difficult her Yurika to tell if this is a serious or very silly match. What's going on here, is it perhaps another Sports Club vs ... .. Uhm.. Edo period Drama club?
Yurika takes a few steps closer still, her head tilting slightly to the side, and she decides despite not knowing whom the oversized student is, she'll cheer for him anyway, a gloved hand raised to her lips as she cries out just moments after Roberto battlecries, "Total klutz-out!!"
As Roberto passes by Katana, performing a spin move and then swinging the foot upwards towards him.. Katana sees the energy. And while calling the attack name seems to work for Katana, it seems to work against Roberto. Katana doesn't move, and like before, attempts to grab the foot as it's thrust, energy burning along it, into Katana.
But the Samurai's hands come up at the last second, right before the kick slams into the Shogun. "SHIRAHA CATCH! You have fought well .. but as I said. You must try harder! A SHOGUN NEVER GIVES UP! Not until he has finally been defeated. Not until the strength has left his body!"
And that's when Roberto's leg gets a bit of a twist, the samurai spinning it around, dragging him into the ground and then tossing him upwards to have him fall towards the ground, a free fall. Which will probably do well unless he's ALSO in the schools base jumping class.
He hopes he isn't. "SHIRAHA THROW!" Apparently the name yelling thing? Works for Katana better than others.
Yup. After Roberto got s*** beat by Vyle, he pretty much stopped calling out his moves. He forgot why he stopped doing that. Katana gave him an excellent reminder of why he stopped doing that. Will he be calling out attacks for awhile... Oh hell no...
After Roberto lands from his flight on Mad Gear Airlines. He's a bit shaky when he gets up Yurika is promptly ignored instead he moves towards that soccer ball he had abandoned awhile ago hoping that he can give katana a nice parting shot by sending a fiery soccer ball in his general direction and hoping that he can take out that eye-sore of a truck as well.

As the blazing soccer ball begins to launch straight towards his baby, Katana's eyes widen up within the mask.. "NO! YOU MONSTER, THE TRUCK WASN'T PART OF THE FIGHT!" And as the truck is targeted, as well as Katana, Katana leaps into the path of the ball head on, bracing himself!
And then he flies into the windshield of the truck.
It shakes as something inside erupts, and Katana .. isn't coming out. The Mad Gear Gang looks on as this happens.. and within a bit, load themselves up and then begin to burn rubber out, smoke from the back gradually getting worse.
DAMN KIDS AND THEIR VANDALISM THESE DAYS.
Roberto drops down to one knee breathing heavily as he watches Mad Gear drive off. Now that the Taiyo students are safe, Roberto looks over at Yurika. Oddly enough, there's none of the anger and hatred he has for her even though she had just made fun of him.
His main concerns are the safety of the student body and the being able to fight without going insane. He did those things successfully. As far as the soccer star was concerned, he was successful. "DON'T COME BACK!!!"
Oh dear, well that was certainly an ending that Yurika hadn't expected. Her hair actually blows back a bit as Katana takes a trip back to his rather large truck and blinks in mild confusion. It seems she had made a mistake, and realizing this, raises her free hand to her cheek and says aloud, "Oh my."
He must really love his truck!
The musician casually looks over to Roberto again, with a bit of a frown, "Well that was certainly foul play if I had ever seen it. Of course, I suppose I shouldn't expect any less from the 'great' Roberto Miura. Admirable tactics.. Really."
And then she smiles brighter, reaching into her handbag to draw out a little gift-wrapped box, "But that aside, I had heard you were released today and I wanted to give you a present! Isn't that nice of me?"
It'd seem... Katana suddenly just became an ornament within the background.
Roberto finally rises up to his feet after shaking off the final effects of that fall. He looks over at the musician a slight frown his face as he looks her over and lets her say her peace. Roberto says nothing he knows better than to respond since he'll probably regret it. But he's quietly seething.
He takes the gift-wrapped box knowing full well that it probably was a gift given in malice. "Quite generous... Thank you very much."
He takes a moment to compose himself as he opens the box to see what's inside. He's determined not to blow up. Especially since he got through the fight with Katana without any blow ups other than Katana upon impact with his Blazing Strikers attack.
Yurika is a caring individual, she gives her gift with nothing more than looking for the best interests of Roberto. Her smile doesn't shake a bit as Roberto accepts the gift, though she seems... Mildly amused by the goalies inner seeting. But he doesn't respond- A very very smart decision on his part.
As they say on the internet, 'Don't feed the troll'.
But even Yurika could work around that if she really wanted to. Roberto notices that for a small-sized box, it's.. Actually rather heavy. And clinky. It could be a clock inside? "Well I saw it and thought of you."
Inside is a rolled up item. At first it just looks like a large, rolled up, white bathmat or towel or something. Or maybe it could be a rolled up pair of jeans, but why would they clink? Should he choose to pull the item out, it's revealed to actually be a large straitjacket, with his name personalized on the breastpocket in yellow font.
"Taiyo seems to take great pride in working togeather, so I figured if you go a little.. Well.." she finger-quotes as she goes, 'cukoo!', "In Taiyo, your friends would be there to help you put it on. It even has your name on it, so you can keep it in your locker." ^^
"Thanks. It's greatly appreciated." His lips turn upwards in a smile. Reason being he's imagining himself bitch slapping her. Over and over. He doesn't give voice to those thoughts. Indeed. Roberto will starve the troll(wait...hag would be more appropriate as far as he was concerned) since from this point on he has put Yurika on ignore.
He says nothing to her as he goes for his duffle bag puts it on his shoulder and walks right by Yurika but not before he drops the straitjacket right on her head as he walks off to Gorin Heights a giant smile planted on his face.

Oh.. Oh no.
No no no Roberto didn't just do that. Yurika was looking quite pleased.. Maybe even proud, "Really? I'm so happy!" she piped as Roberto seemed to be taking it much better than she has expected. Her parasol is given a little twirl, and as Roberto walks off to.. Wherever, she gives a curtsey.. Which results in getting the jacketplaced on her head.
She stands up, her face hidden, but a definate frown on her face. He won't get away with that, of course.. But instead of chasing him down, she'll just bide her time.. And figure out where Roberto's homeroom desk is on her own.
In fact, she probably already knows, the crazy little watcher.
And if not... She could always ask Gabriel.
