Description: Roberto gets a boat load more visitors. Gabriel manages to get Hinata to swear. Shoma appears out of nowhere to be a hero. Someone gets hit in the face with chocolate cake after a game of hot potato. Madness? This is High School Students!
It was time to leave in a rush. Clearly Roberto needed more time here. Whatever was addling his mind it was quite severe and she could but pray that it would be fixed in time. For now though with a huge gallon jub of aquafina, now empty, in her hand, the Crusader of Light heads out of the room, leaving the door opened, to many strange looks from nurses and such. She pauses, stares back at one until they look away. Oh yes, she knew of the many things people thought of in conjunction with a nurse uniform and she did not like it.
Roberto was riding the pleasant mood that he had when he was visited by Shoma and Hinata. Of course that changed when Gabriel came to visit him. He started out politely asking her to leave but she continued to stay there, his tone increasingly became angry and culminated in the water being dumped upon him.
The Soccer Phenom stood there drenched and stunned for just a couple seconds just enough that Gabriel could get a decent headstart. The thing is, Roberto is still pretty damn fast so he dashes out the door right after her only to get dogpiled by the security staff. He probably would've been able to overpower them if they came one at a time but together it made it impossible for him to move.
Roberto probably would've been able to leave in a couple days but after that situation, they'll want to keep him at least a weak longer for observation. That doesn't matter. He's wet pissed off and wants to Pass and Shoot Gabriel off the premises.
Things had been looking up toward the potential possibility of being a wonderful visit to Roberto, he'd certainly been cheered up after the last one and the staff had actually suggested the girl come back more often with how much her energetic personality had perked him up out of his less than optimal situation. While the last few days had been kind of busy, she had finally made time for this visit, even going to far as to prepare another cake (once again chocolate and looking like maybe someone had accidently set their school books on top of it). Anyway, this explains why at the exact moment Gabriel came rushing out of the mental ward followed by Roberto, who was promptly tackled by a wave of bulky guards, Hinata was walking down that very hallway carrying the misshapen cake (now featuring 'Ganbare Roberto' in big Taiyo blue letters of icing).
"What the heck is going on here?"
Kai Gabriel, standing now before Hinata looks down at her with disapproval. She is trying to get that superior look going, but with the hijinx in the background, clearly her fault, it is rather difficult. Eventually she relents and decides to explain.
"Roberto Miura-kun is not well. I believe he requires much more rest and prayer in order to overcome his mental impurities. If you simply observe his actions here," she gestures to Roberto, "It becomes evident he is not well."
She bows her head as though this were somehow a grave situation, but does not do it for quite the moment of silence you would expect before returning to her usual cold self.
"I must however request you refrain from undignified speech. It is unbecoming a lady."
"GET OFF ME!!! You saw what she did!" Roberto continues to struggle in vain against the sheer numbers that are overtaking him. Of course his struggling, while it's a natural human reaction to being trapped under numerous guards, works against him since it's his struggling that keeps the security staff on him instead of kicking Gabriel out. "Let me go! Let me go!"
There's a loud scream in soprano. Apparently Roberto delivered a cheap shot to someone in the midst of his screaming and struggling
The Sunshine Girl's eyes quickly go toward Roberto, struggling as he is under all those guards, he's also quite clearly soaked. It's then that her eyes turn toward Gabriel and take in the rather substantial (and empty) bottle of water in her arms, her face breaking into a frown. A silence pervades the hall (Roberto and the guards don't count since they're in the doorway) as all the pieces start to fall into place in Hinata's head.
Her attentions are quickly brought back up directly toward Gabriel, "You're one of those crazy girls that Roberto talked about not leaving him alone... and since you're not Yurika, you must be that Gabriel girl." Hinata bends over to set her cake down off to the side of the hallway, taking a moment to carefully adjust it before suddenly rising up. As she does her hands are cupped around a single spark of glowing chi, growing as she swings her hands forward until it's practically basketball-sized as it goes flying in toward Gabriel, blossoming out into a beautiful display of sunflower shaped energy trying to take the girl full in the head. "I don't appreciate people being mean to my friends!"

For her part, Gabriel doesn't even bother to look, she just lets the people who are paid to handle crazy people, handle crazy people. She was generally more than happy with letting servants do their jobs. So she keeps her attention to Hotaru and just sort of stares. She's takingg this the totally wrong way. Gabriel was just trying to save his soul and besides, she should of. . .
A glowing light.
"Tsch. You should not attempt to do something so disgraceful as flinging energy at me, do you not know that I am just going to give it right back. This is why I have masterd the ability of BLARGH!"
And it was all too obvious what would happen before it happened. She gets creamed and finds herself on her back staring at the ceiling with a generally irritated expression.
The smile comes back onto Hinata's face as Gabriel gets a taste of comeuppence and humble pie... perhaps the only type of pie that people don't actually like to eat but love to serve. "Well if you don't want me flinging energy around, I could just start flinging myself around!" The comment... isn't nearly the impressively scathing retort that would crush an opponent's ego, but it might just confuse them into not being able to react to the next hit.
Speaking of the next hit, in a flash Hinata jumps up toward one of the walls, kicking off of it before going for the next, then kicking off it to hit the ceiling right above Gabriel, which she properls away from with one final kick, her fist fully extended in front of her as she drops down with all the power of gravity, her own chi, and that launcher manuever put together.

But by the time Hinata lands, Gabriel is already getting back to her feet by rolling out of the way. Well her hand anyway. The Crusader of light rises slowly and gets a look of utter annoyance.
"You.." she begins but doesn't continue. She considers a moment longer and then says
"You shall have to repent for your sins, Cretin!"
Someone in the arcade hit the start button and Gabriel goes into her insult pose and calls you, yes, a cretin. Then she attacks.
It's a rather drawn out double palm thrust in the attempts at connecting with Hinata hard. She uses the same style of open palmed fighting as Hotaru and even Athena, minus the j-pop and bubbles. Yes, no bubbles.

As Hinata comes in at the ground with Gabriel no longer being where she was, she manages just enough to avoid breaking her hand on the floor by pulling it in at the last moment and then quickly rolling when she hits the floor and bouncing back up into her ready position, pivotting around to face Gabriel only to be hit by Gabriel's cheesy line.
"What are you talking about? You're the one who came in here and starting harassing a guy who's already got enough problems as it is!"
She stands her ground as the double palm strike comes in, attempting to grab the first one and send the religious zealot flying over her shoulder, only to completely miscalculate her timing and both strikes hit clean, sending her flying back down the hall.
The crusader of light rises to her full height and regains her arrogance, apparently a single dose of humble pie was not enough. Pride would destroy you Gabriel! But she won't listen. Anyway, moving on.
"I am not harassing anyone, that would be undignified. I have come to visit a dear friend whom has been in need of proper attention and supervision. For his soul. And who are you?" She asks, not really seeming to care as she clearly as decided that she is a cretin.
"If you decide to surrender now.. I may forgive you." It doesn't sound like it.

The Sunshine Girl pushes herself back up to her feet, looking somewhat annoyed, "I'm Hinata Wakaba, one of Roberto's real friends. He was doing just fine getting better the last time I was here, but that was probably because he actually wants to have me around instead of some crazy... crazy..." it seems to take Hinata quite a bit of time to finally find the correct word, and it's one that just goes to show how much Gabriel has upset her by bothering her friend, one that seems most unnatural coming from the perpetually happy girl's lips...
"BITCH!"
Were this Taiyo High, anyone within earshot would likely be so shocked as to simply freeze in the midst of whatever they were doing at the scandalous nature of this. But instead of sending the world to a screeching halt, this simply sends Hinata flying forward, launching a furious collection of punches so fast that practically only her fist can be seen on the end of them right at Gabriel before launching one final burst of chi at the end.
At this point Roberto stops thrashing wildly since it's obvious he won't be getting up soon. The security staff get a chance to breath a collective sigh of relief. They dare not get up though because if they do before Gabriel leaves, there's a chance Roberto might jump in as well and they were barely holding him. If anything three fighters will pose a big problem.
Of course just because his body isn't moving doesn't his mouth won't stop. "Throwing water at me and staying even when asked to leave qualifies as harassment. But atleast now you aren't calling me your fiance!" There's an indignant look on his face as he shouts that to the two fighters. Eventually Roberto's face gives way to absolute and undeniable shock as he does hear Hinata call Gabriel a 'Bitch' as a matter of fact there's a loud gasp.
The security crew tense up again as the prepare for yet another struggle which doesn't come. He's too damn shocked.

Shock is all around, Gabriel herself can't believe what she just heard and it shows as for the most part she just stands there a moment, but then steels and leaps into an assault of her own, unraveling like a spring toward and sort of into Hinata, sending back hands her way, through the flurry of punches. clearly getting a little hurt is worth it to her at this moment.
"Repent! Repent repent repent, " she exclaims and as a matter of seemingly forgetting something important, she adds,
"Sou shou shin!"
Filled with some unnatural fury (at least for the normally happy girl), Hinata doesn't even seem to care as the counter offensive is sent flying back through her own, barely even causing her to wince even as he pulls short her offensive, still knocking her back a good few feet, her sneakers squeaking quite loudly as they're forced back across the smooth floor's surface.
"How can you act all high and mighty when all you do is make things worse for a perfectly nice guy? How can you act like you're doing him some favor by throwing back all the work that's been put into helping him?!"
To go with her furious words, she launches an uncharacteristicly brutal assault, her foot flying out in a straight kick aimed directly for the front of Gabriel's knee.

Both arms come up and a knee and deflects the attack off of one side and then fixes Hinata with a stony glare and steps toward her, trying to be all imposing. . and stuff.
"You do not understand the sacrifices I make for the good of humanity, for the grace of the goddess. He is sick, just look at him, in order to function he requires the restraint of several servants. This I will attempt to cure him of, it was your sort of treatment that landed him here in the first place."
Gabriel states before throwing a kick to keep Hinata down. Not a heavy one, but aimed at the shin, just to take her off balance.
"I think you should confess."

The kick takes Hinata clean across the shin, causing the now stormy Sunshine Girl to stumble backward a few paces, throw off of her assault. Her eyes flicker back toward Roberto before locking once more on Gabriel.
"He's got things that are wrong with him, but you don't do anything to help him, just upset him. I came here to help. I came here because my friend needed someone who actually cared about him. You're definately not that person. You probably don't even know what it means to have a friend!"
Every ounce of concentration in Hinata's mind seems to be narrowing its aim on Gabriel, watching her, waiting to see how she reacts.

To this the crusader gives a somewhat quizzical look and just sort of stares for a moment. She tries to dust herself off and then approaches Hinata slowly and with a rather set expression.
"Say what you will but it does not have any impact on the truth." She draws back her hand and tries to strike Hinata clear in the face with a quick charged attack, her palm flared with purple energy, not the purest looking chi.
"And the truth is.. Only in the glory of the goddess shall you find Salvation. I will teach Roberto this."
She meanwhile seems to be gearing up for defense.

"Let's see what your stupid goddess thinks about this!" Hinata is moving even as the strike begins, letting it graze against her shoulder as she does. In a flash she's swooping down toward the ground at a low angle, hands propping her up as she lashes out with a viscious kick, slamming directly into Gabriel's head with enough force to send her flying all the way to the ceiling and a good distance down the hallway, all in a perfectly timed assault.
The Sunshine Girl quickly pushes herself back up into her fighting stance, a wide smile gracing her face once more.
"Gabriel, I would suggest that you need psychiatric help more than I do but I don't want to spend my final days in this place anywhere near you!" The security staff maintain their hold on him but they seem to be contemplating letting Roberto loose on the zealot.
One of the security guards whispers to another security guard, "Did she just call us servants?" The guards glance at each other in stunned silence before another guard speaks up, "Yeah, she did. I'm tempted to let him loose on the bitch but they'd have our heads for it."
Roberto can't help but smile at the conversation that's going above him even if he's still being restrained. Apparently they don't like being called servants.
Roberto twists his head. Not enough that he'd raise suspicion of struggling but enough so that he can look up at the security guards. "Did you know she's also an accomplished stalker?" Well Roberto figures if he's not going to get any licks in he might as well air his grievances with Gabriel and either get the security guards to jump in and smack Gabriel around for a bit or get Hinata even more riled up on his behalf.
How does her goddess think of what? Oh that. Yes how indeed. Gabriel is sent, you know, like croquet? Only not. Actually she's launched and even goes through a reception desk, knocking over equipment, destroying a computer WITH HER HEAD and then finally landing in a heap by a destroyed office chair. She then picks herself up and starts to dust herself off.
It's an ominous step, before she finally comments,
"If you must know. I would imagine that your actions were a mistake. A very grave one. Now.. Atone!"
She doesn't waste a moment and flings herself back into the fight with a palm thrust aimed at Hinata's chin.

The smile across Hinata's face simply grows even larger as Gabriel comes in at her. Just as the punch is being thrown, Hinata dives into it, letting it take her clean across the chin, but that fails to even remotely dim the wide grin spreading her mouth.
Perhaps one reason for this would be that even as the punch is being pulled back, the girl's hands are already locked to her side, a spark of glowing energy formed between them and quickly growing as she thrusts her hands forward in front of her, soccer ball-sized chi bursting out into an impressive show of blossoming, flower-shaped energy as it gets launched at point blank range. "You're the one who made the mistake when you messed with my friend!"

The impassioned speech seems to work! At least, long enough that Gabriel is actually hit and gives a shocked start. She didn't expect to get hit after all, but whatcha gonna do? In her case, glare. And Glare she does. She glares in the morning, the evening and all over this land. She glares at Hinata, she glares at Roberto, she glares at love between the orderly and security, all over this land.
"That was a mistake cretin, you have been making many of those today." Gabriel intones with a rather dangerous sound to her voice.
"Accept forgiveness."
Instead of attacking though. . . She just stands there and takes a deep breath.

Hinata lets out an annoyed sounding huff at Gabriel's persistent suggestion that she's the one who's doing something wrong here. Roberto actually likes her coming around to help cheer him up. She brings cake instead of dumping water all over him and talking like one of those late night infomercials where a preacher tries to get you to send them money.

This goes against every bit of Hinata's beliefs, but there's no other option at this point, it may be the only thing that can bring that self-righteous girl down a few pegs. Hinata darts over to the cake sitting up against the wall and simply lets loose with it, sending it flying right toward Gabriel's face, "Why don't you accept chocolate?!"

There comes a cake. To which Gabriel is just shocked utterly shocked. But seriously. Can a cake hurt you? No. It can't. I don't care how hard you throw it, believe me I've tried. I loaded one into a potato gun once and I shot it at a frat house, the cake did no damage, in fact, it just sort of compressed in mid air and landed someplace short. It was pathetic. So Gabriel sort of raises her hands in a gesture of, I'll just catch .. Splat.
It doesn't hurt, it's a cake. But she takes the solid pieces, looking annoyed, which is well how she was always looking, and tosses them back in a whirling motion.
"I do not have objection with cake, it is being pelted with cake to which I object and I further more must state if you had simply offered me a piece I would of gladly accepted."

Shoma was on his way over after baseball practice to pay his good friend Roberto a visit. He wasn't in a hurry, but he was not being lazy about it either.
That is, untill he heard the sounds of the scuffle from outside the building. Something about chocolate. Shoma didn't waste a single moment, weaving through security and waypoints like a blazing striker on his way to the goal. Roberto would be proud of him. His eyes go wide when he sees Roberto being pinned by security, and Hinata duking it out. Then he recognizes the other girl, vaguely. He scowls, as Hinata's /cake/ is sent back express mail.
"Batting clean up for the Taiyo Suns with a four fifty-two batting average: Third Year Pitcher..." A blur of white and blue, followed by a blur of grey. The cake...
...is sent on a collision course for Gabriel once more! "SHOMA! SA-WAAAAAA-MURAAAAAAA!"
Shoma glances over his shoulder at Hinata with a grin, "Sorry I'm late, Wakaba-san. Please allow me to pinch hit for you."
The attack being launched back at her wasn't exactly part of the plan, and Hinata finds herself staring down a chocolate blob that looks certain to cream her across the face (not that that would be so bad) until... Shoma bursts onto the scene! As the cake goes flying back toward the already choclately opponent.
"Perfect timing on your swing, as always, Shoma. Let's make this a double play!"
Hoping for the sudden appearance of Shoma and the return of the cake in one of the most absurd moments possible, Hinata charges in toward Gabriel, kicking off of the wall and sending a flying kick right toward her side.

That's the way the cookie crumbles, or cake. Gabriel charges through the kick, letting it hit her, rage exploding on her face as she sees another fighter has joined the battle. Now she's seriously and truly pissed off. She is charging toward the cake, charging a burst of chi on her hand and then with a palm thrust, sends it barreling back toward Shoma, her expression seething with anger.
'Well folks, Kai Gabriel has clearly checked out of the fight' one sports commentator who isn't really here says.
'That's right, now they can jump in and beat on the 'Avenging Angel'. Replies the other non-existent commentator.
". . kil..l you.. I'll KILL YOU ALL!" cries Gabriel before she draws a shard of glass out of erm... the window. It's the length of a forearm.

Shoma blinks once as the cake rockets back his way...and splats him in the face. He hears Gabriel's 'killing you' rant, and his eyes narrow. "I don't think so." He charges for Gabriel before leaping.
"I'll stop you before you can!" Golden chi spins around his legs as he soars over the Justice High student's head. He seems to hang there for a terrifying moment, and then he crashes almost like a bolt of lighting. Hopefully on Gabriel's head!
Even Hinata can't help but giggle slightly at the sight of Shoma taking a cake to the face. Classic comedy! But at the moment there's no time for laughing... all that much. She begins charging in at Gabriel from behind, and regardless of Shoma's success or failure, attempts to wrap her arms around Gabriel's waist, haul her up and launch into a quick, simply german suplex, slamming her head against the floor.

She can't believe it, as one after the other comes and hits her, hard. This was going south really really fast.
"Tsch." she intones as a sign of that. the Avenging Angel getting one round of defense before she is knocked out for the Crusader of Light to do the villain thing.
"The merciful mother has decided to be sparing today." She says in almost a hiss, clearly this is not to Gabriel's pleasure as she decides to turn and run for it. Yes, Shoma just came from one entrance, but the others? It would be a fire hazard to not have more than one way in or out of a building. And anyone who gets into Gabriel's way? She still has that shard of glass and she is seriously not afraid to use it. No man, woman, or child, young or old. She just runs for it.

Shoma does not only carry a bat. He is Taiyo's Ace Pitcher for a damn good reason.
"Hell no. You are NOT getting away!" Shoma sets the bat down and pulls a baseball out of a back pouch. He sets.
"Three-Two pitch, bases loaded. Sawamura gets the signal...sets..." He kicks a leg, and hurls that fast ball at about ninety miles an hour at the back of Gabriel's head, "And throws!"
With Shoma on the mound, Hinata simply steps back from the whole thing to watch the show. By now, the poitn has rather clearly been made that messing with Roberto will get his friends to drop down on you like a ton of bricks. A quick glance is spared to the remains of the cake she'd worked so hard on to make... honestly it doesn't look too different from when she brought it in except the inclusion of a foot print and a bunch of dirt...

The final fast ball sends Gabriel into a frenzy. She starts hacking EVERYTHING in sight, the peoople, the counters, the balls, anything and everyhing, her glass pain shoots through the air like a bolt of lightening and seems to be chi infused because it cuts through desks, counters, computers, filing cabinets, trays with crappy lunches on it (you can thank me later Roberto) and everything else even close to it. Debris everywhere, it even cuts through her hand which bleeds on the ground.
"It shall be engraved opun your soul!" she cries while cutting through stuff, maybe even a person or two.
"Divine assault. . *WHAM*"
And there was much rejoicing.
"Strike Three! You're OUT!" Shoma cries with a fist-pump. He walks over to Gabriel's fallen form, and nudges her with a toe before retrieving his baseball, "Definitely out." He turns to Hinata and Roberto.
"You two okay?"
With the fight over, Shoma victorious, and Gabriel getting a complete understanding on how her behavior is not appropriate in... pretty much any situation, she turns toward Shoma with a wide grin on her face. "How'd my cake taste?"
Shoma runs a finger down his cheek, then sticks it in his mouth. He looks at the ceiling for a moment, the finger still there before grinning a bit, "Good, actually! You put a lot of work into it!"
The security staff finally releases the Soccer Star from the dog pile. It probably a good thing that they kept him out of it. While the fight made it obvious that Roberto was more sane than Gabriel, the fact remains that he could've had a relapse if he got involved and it would've been more dangerous to have two unstable individuals as opposed to one.
The crew swarm Gabriel and they're about to drag her off somewhere. Meanwhile, he silently bemoans the fact that he doesn't get to toss the zealot into a padded room. "Ok? Yeah, I'm alright."
Hinata's spirits drop as she turns back toward Roberto, "I'm sorry, I brought you that cake and then I totally ruined it. You probably wouldn't want the stuff plastered to Shoma's face, though."
"It's okay because I know you'll be working on another cake soon. Anyway, we should talk catch up on some things." Roberto gestures to the doorway of the room he was in before walking there himself. He's happy. Seeing Gabriel get smacked around was indeed good for his spirit and the only thing better would be for him to be able to do that himself.
