Neo League 451 - #456: Drake vs Sergio

Description: The fighting model Domino faces down the relative newcomer Sergio in a small Chinese village. Arika and a bigoted announcer guest star in this fight to the finish! (Winner: Sergio)

[OOC] Sergio says, "Open"

[OOC] Drake says, "Does this mean I set? :O"

[OOC] Sergio :D

[OOC] Drake says, "Kay."

Arika has arrived.

Gloooorious China. In all its cultural splendor! A love-a-lee place to have a Neo League battle, and Drake's been freaking slacking off. Yes, he knows this, and it's been driing him bonkers. But he -does- have to balance his fighting alongside his modelling career, and that's been on a recent high.

But anywhere, the location for this duel against a guy Drake's never even heard of is in some dusty little fishing village that pretty much no one has ever heard of. Why was it picked, you ask? Because it's rustic. It has charm. It has obscenely fluffy chickens running all over the dirt roads.

And who doesn't like Chinese chickens?

NAZIS, that's who. And the Neo League sure as Hell doesn't want to come off as Nazis, so when it was suggested that they pick a location, this is it. And while they don't technically have streets or anything, a jet black limo ploughs its way down the crowded, bustling road. It screeches to a halt, and a man in a black suit steps out of the driver's seat to step to the back of the stretched vehicle. The door is opened, and out steps... a bare foot.

No, it isn't some hooligan. No ragamuffins here. This is the foot of Drake Vyril, better known as Domino for his booming career as a professional wrestler, his heroic exploits in Thailand, and his rising popularity in the world of street fighting. He emerges, dressed fully in sleek robe, hood drawn up over his head. He steps aside a couple feet, and his right arm lifts, elbow crooked as if waiting for someone. Shouldn't really be hard to figure out that any professional wrestler of namesake should have a valet. In the meantime, his other arm lifts to wave personably to the cheering crowd.

[OOC] Drake bites off the word 'anywhere' and replaces it with 'anyway'.

[OOC] Arika will pose next, quickly if that's okay? Only makes sense for the valet to show up with the wrestler. c.c

It's all out of place, really. A rustic fishing village in China, large fluffy chickens running amok, black stretch limos, a model... and a punk rock princess. All the trappings for a really interesting novel... or a spy movie.

Fortunately, it's neither of those things though. Instead, it's a simple Neo League fight, and after the last few nights playing at that one nightclub Arika is quite ready for a break. Once Domino steps aside, she slips gracefully out of the limo and places a hand on his crooked elbow. She gives a small little wave, but nothing so big as to steal the spotlight or the cheers from the crowd away from the man in black. This is his 'gig' after all, and she's just along for the ride.

If Southtown was different from what Sergio had known as normal, this little fishing village is even more so. Not because it's a village; he's been in plenty of those, but rather because it's so very Chinese. That might sound obvious, but Southtown is essentially an American city dropped right in the middle of Japan, and while America isn't exactly Europe, it's a lot closer to it than Asia is. Luckily there's something most villages around the world share; good old fashioned hospitality. It's a fact that Sergio's used his entire life. While he's been here he's already fixed up a couple crooked doors and leaky roofs; nothing major of course, but in return he was given something he wanted. Namely, one of those obscenely fluffy chickens, plucked, stuffed, and roasted.
He's finishing off the last leg when the limo pulls up, there being little doubt of what that means. The only reason for such a thing to be in a place like this is because some kind of hotshot has arrived. He tosses the leg bone, cleans his hands, and starts walking casually towards the limo as it's occupants vacate, an amused look forming on his face when Arika steps out and places herself on Drake's arm. He gives her a light grin and a quick wink, and saunters on up in a casual manner. "So which one of you's that Domino guy I'm supposed to fight?"

[OOC] Sergio cough, "I'm assuming I wouldn't actually know Domino is a guy, otherwise that makes no sense u_u"

The crowd responds to Arika as well, cheering and whatnot. At least the male half does. She's eye-candy. It's how this works. Arika Fade is arm-blingage. Domino looks across to her and flashes a light, almost playful smile, then starts towards the clearing in the road. He's actually in a pretty darned good mood. There isn't even much call for it. It's just some fight, sure, but it's his return to the spotlight, so to speak. He's been out a week or two.

But he doesn't get very far before Sergio steps right up to them. His question throws Domino off a little, though. "Whoa, are you for real?," he asks, sounding completely stumped by this. His hand lifts to whisk the hood back, revealing his face in full. Of course, he's having to kind'a look up at him.

Thumb lifts to point at himself. "I'm a guy." Head tilts to motion at Arika. "She's a girl." Cockeyed look is shot up at Sergio. "Therefore I'm Domino." He has to assume Sergio knew Domino's male. He said 'guy', after all! But what he isn't too clear on is if that was an honest-to-God question or an attempt at insult. So seeing as it's kind of unclear, he gives the benefit of the doubt. "That makes you Sergio, right?"

Bling-bling.

Arika certainly -does- shine on the arm of the wrestler, enough so that she's drawing eyes toward her. Winking at a few in the crowd she cheekily blows a kiss out in their direction, but then all her attention is on Sergio. "This is the bloke you're meant to fight, Domino?" The Cockney accent Sergio heard several nights ago is still there, but it's strained as if she's struggling to keep it in place. At least there's no denying who Domino is at this juncture.

To Sergio she adds, "Didn't figure you for one in the fightin' scene, mate."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Sorry about that, got called away for a few moments to take down some blinds"

[OOC] Drake says, "It's fine."

At the response to his question, Sergio grins, "That makes sense, but I wasn't sure what you were, all I got was a name, time, and location." And a plane ticket, but that counts as a location, right? The Italian seems to be in a pretty good mood himself, which probably has to do with some good recovering he'd done in the past few days and a nice meal. There wasn't any wine to be had, but then that's probably not the best idea before a fight anyway, is it? "Sergio, that's right. Nice to meet you."
He makes a quick motion about himself, "Nice place for a fight, eh?" The way he says it make it sound genuine rather than a smart aleck comment. "Last time they stuck me in the middle of a bridge, so this is a nice change of pace!" He then turns his attention to Arika for a few moments, "I'm new to it, so maybe that's why. Been fightin' forever, just never in any competitive kinda way, y'know?"

See why it pays to give the benefit of the doubt? This Sergio fellow seems plenty amiable. Domino loosens up a bit and grins back at him. "Pleasure's mine, I'm sure." No real name is offered. Not right now, anyway. Wouldn't be proper! This is a meet between fighters, after all, and Domino happens to be his fighting name.

Though at the comment to the locale, dark amethyst eyes scan his surroundings. Likely for the first real time since he arrived. Holy crap, where the heck -are- they? "It's suitable. Nice little homey feel to it. The real kickers are in Africa, though. Once had a fight there. Mud village. Literally. Built their homes right out of it." Those eyes then turn to Arika, and he pats her hand with his free one. "Sounds familiar, only not." Pause. "Look at us with the small talk. We can chat afterwards, eh?"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Posing Arika, or shall I pop mine out?"

Indeed it does sound familiar. Arika grins over at the wrestler and nods once, but she doesn't add to the conversation at this point. Really, the other two are here to fight, and she's just here to boost the morale of her teammate a little. Deep blue eyes quickly scan the village and she spots the locale where the majority of the cameras have been set up. "I believe you're meant to start over that way." Villagers are already surrounding the area as well so that must be it. The mention of the mud village though has her wondering if that's where Drake ran into the fuzzy green beastie. She makes a note of it to ask him about it later.

[OOC] Drake snrrrk heeheehee

[OOC] Sergio :D

[OOC] Drake, juvenile.

[OOC] Sergio says, "Kids these days!"

Sergio doesn't have a fighting name, if only because he's new to the fighting circuit. As for a last name... well, it's been so long since he needed it that he forgot it, quite literally, so it's just Sergio. "That so? Made out of mud?" He cracks a grin, "Must be a pain to keep clean!" He gives a slight nod, "Don't see why not. Guess these people came to see a fight, so we should probably give them one, huh?" That's probably a reference to the camera crew, considering that the villagers had to walk all of a hundred feet.
At Arika's comment he takes a look and nods his head, "Right you are. See you at the start of the fight, Domino; and good luck." A grin comes with that, and he heads over to the starting position.

[OOC] Drake says, "Shall we go ahead and roll to see who goes first?"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Sure :D"

[OOC] ROLL: Sergio rolls 1d10: 4

[OOC] ROLL: Drake rolls 1d10: 7

[OOC] Sergio nodnods.

Drake starts towards the designated 'ring' at that, complete with Arika in tow. Which.. yeah. It's a street. Complete with those lil fluffy chickens running around. Once he gets there, he releases her arm and pulls the sash from his robe to let it fall open. He then shrugs out of it and turns to his valet, offering the robe to her to take. "See you in a bit, babe," he says with a wink.

And assuming she takes the robe, he turns to face his opponent.

And (finally!) the fight's ready to go! The cleverly hidden, quickly assembled PA system crackles to life as the announcer pipes up with, "Good afternooooon, fight fans! The fighters appear to be ready and in position, and it doesn't matter what I say, since I don't speak a lick of Mandarin and you people don't speak anything else! So in one end of the dusty street, we have Domino! On the other stands Sergio! Have fun trying to figure out which one is which, you cavemen!"

Announcement done, the villagers smile and clap. Domino gives Sergio a strange look and a shrug.

"For the benefit of you two supposed to be fighting over there, FIGHT!"

Lack of professionalism aside, Domino takes off towards Sergio like a bullet. A trail of dust is kicked up behind him, along with a chicken or two, and he attempts to cleanly weave in around behind his back to start the fight off with something simple, but effective. Arms go to loop beneath Sergio's arms, hands attempting to adjoin behind his neck to begin applying pressure in a standing sleeperhold. Sure, Domino kind've has to reach to do it, but he's a wrestler. Koala-cling variants on holds are not beneath him.

[OOC] Arika takes the robe, but doesn't suppose that she should bother posing that. XD You two fight nice now!

COMBATSYS: Sergio fails to interrupt Fast Throw from Drake with Fierce Punch.

[OOC] Sergio :D

[OOC] Drake says, "You so crazy, mang. c.c"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Strongest thing with a 10% chance >_>/"

[OOC] Drake says, "Hooray for fat chances!"

[OOC] Sergio says, "You'd be surprised how often my fat chances work :D"

[OOC] Sergio says, "(and how often my 70's fail)"

[OOC] Drake says, "No I wouldn't. I almost live on those."

[OOC] Drake says, "...On that note, never fight Katelynn."

Sergio can't help but quirk an eyebrow at the announcer. That's certainly an interesting way to go about that. Even if the villagers can't understand, the people who'll end up watching the match will. Oh well, maybe he's like that Simon guy from those Idol shows, the bigger an ass the announcer is the more famous he'll become. But not as famous as the fighters, that's for sure.
Standing at his end of the road, Sergio's not quite sure how to start this one off, considering the range. Luckily, Drake seems to be solving that little problem for him by rushing in. The first thing that's noticed is this: He's moving really, really fast. This doesn't bode quite so well for the powerful Italian; speedy types are the ones who seem to give him the most trouble. Then again, he hasn't fought anyone one his level who /wasn't/ a speedy type just yet, has he? Hmm. Still, he figures he doesn't have much to lose just yet, so when Domino comes rushing in and weaving around him he strikes out with a powerful haymaker, his fist swinging in an incredibly wide hook. Of course this attack wiffs with Extreme Prejudice, and Drake's able enough to get his hold on the man, who then begins struggling to try and get him off, to little avail. Is it odd that he's grinning?

Hey, maybe he's one of those guys who have fun fighting? Domino's like this, himself. Only he doesn't show it when in an actual fight. No, all appearances of friendliness and cheerfulness have been put aside for a determined, almost cold demeanor. But with the hold locked on successfully, despite Sergio's attempt at jostling him off, Domino decides it best to segway into a different type of attack.

With the sleeperhold still applied, the agile teen hops into the air and places his knees against the taller, older man's midback. Domino has every intention to just drop down to the ground on his back, thus driving Sergio back as well - only Sergio will be landing atop two upturned knees for a spinebuster.

COMBATSYS: Sergio blocks Drake's Medium Throw.

Drake            0/-------/-------|=------\-------\0           Sergio

Sergio usually has tons of fun fighting, of course he's used to simply beating people into submission by now, and he prefers going against people who stand there and take it like he does as opposed to flipping all over the place and bouncing off ceilings, but he'll take what he can get. As Arika might already know, he wouldn't try to become a professional fighter for a living if he didn't enjoy it.
The reverse slamming maneuver doesn't seem to have the desired effect. In fact, it seems to have very little effect at all. Drake manages to get his knees on Sergio's back, but when he leans back to fall the Italian leans back a bit, and not much else. This elicits a verbal response. "Haha! Not going to work!" With that said Sergio simply reaches his hand back behind himself and holds it against Drake, a sudden blast of energy, in the form of a hard spray of water, shoots from it.

COMBATSYS: Sergio successfully hits Drake with Alpha Release.

[OOC] Drake says, "Would this actually make a person wet? :O"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Yes. For a brief moment :D"

[OOC] Sergio says, "It'll 'evaporate' really, really fast. Like how fire extinguishes when you hit the ground. ^_^"

So there Domino dangles, eyes all wide and surprised. "Ah, crap." Yeah, so the guy had better footing than he expected. But what he didn't expect was to get hosed down painfully. The model is blasted clean off of him, and he hits the ground in a tumble. But he ends it by kipping back up to his feet. And hey, that went and soaked him. Nice view for the spectators, drippy model and all--

Oh wait, it's gone. Funky.

Domino gives his head a shake, then just crouches down before dashing in towards him again. This time he aims to dash right past him, taking to the air briefly to spin just behind him and hopefully strike the back of his head with a reverse ridgehand.

COMBATSYS: Sergio endures Drake's Quick Punch.

Drake            0/-------/----===|====---\-------\0           Sergio

Crack!

The attack seems to hit perfectly, Sergio having barely moved at all once Drake had gotten blasted off of him. But the man really doesn't seem to worried, for all that. Even though the attack hits him cleanly, it barely seems to phase him at all. Of course it hurts, but standing there all tough and immobile is part of the mind game. Not only that, but he has another purpose, attempting to use what little time it'll take Domino to recover from the attack to strike out with one of his own. He quickly whirls around, his foot suddenly extended as he jumps into the air, attempting to plant it firmly into the model's chest. If that connects he'll land and follow up with three hard punches across the body, and then attack with a palmstrike, the limb stopping just short of his body before firing of a familiar blast of water. "Haah!"

COMBATSYS: Drake counters Breaker from Sergio with Solar Eclipse.

[OOC] Sergio :D

[OOC] Drake says, "Your smile is disconcerting! o_o"

[OOC] Sergio was expecting it.

[OOC] Drake is predictable?! ._.

He's underestimated the model a bit. If his personalized style of wrestling could be called anything, it would be considered blitz. Fast and hard. Therefore, Domino had every intention to just whirl around and press the assault. But what he sees is his opponent in the air. Not quite what he expected, but not unmanagable.

When the foot thrusts out, Domino's body tilts aside to cleanly evade the blow while his left arm shooting up to hook his leg behind the joint and yank him back down. As this happens, his right arm hooks over his other shoulder, and the wrestler torques his body over to drive Sergio's back against the ground with Domino's landing across it. Powerslam.

Immediately afterwards, he places his hands on the dusty ground to handspring forward off of his opponent and turn to face him once more.

Now that... that's not something that's happened before! Sure, he's seen things like that happen to people on television, but he wasn't so sure that it was possible to turn such powerful attacks around with a lack of visible effort. He's just simply avoided and then smashed right into the ground. Sergio is left blinking, and in pain. He grits his teeth a bit, and picks himself up off the ground. "That's... not bad." He dusts himself off, and immediately begins figuring out exactly what he's going to do. If his power moves can be turned on him, what can he do? He's all power moves! This requires some thinking.

COMBATSYS: Sergio gains composure.

[OOC] Sergio :V

Complete with stoic face, Domino offers a thumb up in response. Word. But he's not going to just let Sergio rest up and take a breather. Not really his style. Not in a fight like this, at least. He's got him a bit on the hurting side it looks like, so he should be pressing it.

So in dashes Domino again, not having so much ground to cover this time. When he reaches him, the wrestler hops up and attempts to ram his knee into Sergio's midsection. Hoping it'll be enough to double him over, Domino loops his arms around his waist and hoists him up to, believe it or not, perch him on his shoulders in powerbomb position. He doesn't immediately slam, though. Instead, he takes off running for a nearby hut, intending on just bashing him back against it once, -then- slamming him.

Except he's underestimating the hut's integrity. If it hits, he's likely to just be ploughing through it with Sergio. Hooray, collatoral damage!

COMBATSYS: Sergio interrupts Combo Throw from Drake with Whitewater.

[OOC] Sergio bwahahahahaha.

[OOC] Drake D:

[OOC] Sergio says, "It worked, it actually worked! >_>/"

Given a few moments to think, Sergio comes up with a solution to his little problem. Which, namely, is what he started the fight out with! If his attacks can be turned against him, there's absolutely no reason that the same can't happen to Domino's attacks, right? Luckily, this sort of thing is often used by the Italian man. When Domino begins dashing, the ground begins to shake a little. Sergio is concentrating quite a bit, needing to time his attack perfectly to make sure it's on target.
The model hops. Out of the ground suddenly surges a massive torrent of water, powerful in both volume and strength, enough so that huge hunks of earth tear up along with it. The knee slams into Sergio, and rather hard at that, but then at the same moment the water and debris blasts Drake into the air, stopping the other hits from even getting a change to land. All this has the effect of momentarily turning the tide of battle, and putting a big egotistical grin on Sergio's face. "Hah! Gotcha!"

Who in the world would expect an attack like that? Needless to say, it comes as a shock to everyone. Domino, the crowd, the chickens... everyone! The model flies through the air and lands with a rather graceless heap and wince. "Mmf.." Mmf, indeed. Freakin' ow, that hurt. But he's not willing to stay down just yet. He pushes himself back up to his feet slowly, eyes narrowed on the Italian.

"Lucky shot..."

So there.

Domino closes in again, more slowly this time. But the moment he gets into range, he drops down to attempt scissoring Sergio's legs out from under himself to bear him against the dirt facedown. If successful, he rolls over to plant his knees into the Italian's back, while his right arm locks his legs together backwards and his left hand grabs ahold of his throat. From there, Domino simply rolls back to arch Sergio's body sharply up above in a suspended bow and arrow submission hold. Complex, but effective.

[OOC] Drake tsks.

It is, indeed, a rather powerful attack. The strongest Sergio can pull off at the drop of a hat, as a matter of fact. He's easily aware of the effect it can have when it manages to strike true, and using it in the way he just did...well, it's the first time it actually /worked/. Of course when Domino tries to pass it off as luck, the grin just widens. "Oh yea?"
The more cautious approach is probably a wise idea, though Sergio is simply standing there with what can only be described as a shit-eating grin on his face. It's far more commonly seen on younger fighters, older fighters tend to just use smirks, but Sergio is young at heart, so perhaps it's fitting. It should be noted that -this- is the side of him that was mysteriously absent when he met Arika.
Domino's attack seems to go off perfectly at first, the attack collapsing his legs perfectly. The problem is, however, that the ground is shaking again. Rather than blasting straight up, however, this time the water comes out at an angle, pouring forth with such incredible power that it flies right over the top of Sergio and floods the model away before he can complete his maneuver, once again bombarding him with huge chunks of debris and energy. From all this it should be fairly obvious that Sergio's got a crapload of that water energy to throw around at the slightest whim, and he can use it in an incredible variety.

And boy does it ever hurt. Domino hits the ground hard afterwards, tumbling and ending facedown. God. Two hits like that? It's... not very pleasant. The pain is pretty overbearing. Gritting his teeth though, Domino pushes himself right back up to his feet. "Okay. So you can throw chi around. Big deal." And he closes in again. "I'll give you a taste of -real- power..."

And suddenly, arms lash out to attempt grabbing Sergio by the shoulders, and hard...

With the shoulders grabbed, Domino forcefully yanks Sergio down to bend him over. Knees lock around his neck tightly, and his arms loop around his waist to hoist him up into piledrive position. But no. That's not what happens. Instead, the young bugger begins to crush the living Hell out of Sergio's midsection in an inverted bearhug. Elbows dig into ribs, wrists dig into abdominals, the streamlined muscular toning through his arms flexing to concave his midsection. Trash compactor, anyone?

But that's just phase one of the Total Eclipse.

Phase two begins when Domino actually leaps up high into the air with his prey. His body turns over, beginning a series of rapid flips with Sergio. These gain speed quickly, and by the time they're on the descen, the two bodies have blurred together into an opaque swirl of motion. Relief from this horrid treatment comes only when the full force of their gathered momentum and their combined bodyweights comes crashing down upon Sergio's head, creating a mushroom-cloud of dust.

From there, Domino hops back from Sergio and smirks, fully expecting him to be finished and done for at that point. "Professional wrestling meets martial arts. Domino-style Wrestling. Mmhm." He'd headweave and fingersnap in a Z, but that's not his style.

A taste of real power? Sergio himself said something like that the other day and ended up getting absolutely stuffed. Now Domino says it and he gets abso- wait a minute, no he doesn't! Rather than trying for another blast of water and rock, the Italian simply tries to hunker down and absorb the attack. This does not happen. Instead, the grab goes off perfectly, exactly as planned. Sergio's able to tighten himself up and prepare for impacts, but he isn't able to prevent even a portion of them, getting systematically crushed, smashed, slammed, and bashed by the incredible combination attack.
If he hadn't tightened himself up, Domino's assessment would be entirely correct. However, because he was ready he was able to minimize the pain just enough to be able to continue. "U-Ugh..." Slowly, so slowly, he peels himself out of the crater that was created by his own head. "That's... that's real power, alright. But I've got some of that too." No more grinning or smirking, he's simply going to pull out the biggest gun he has. Anyone who can sense energy is going to feel a massive spike of it, built up quickly and then released all at once in a single powerful stroke. Two massive waves form, one behind Sergio and one behind Domino, crashing inward towards each other at breakneck speed. Sergio is hefted up by the one behind him, essentially riding it. Question is, what happens to the model?

It sweeps him right off his feet and drags him bodily towards Sergio, and the two waves suddenly cataclysmically hit, the large Italian man thrusting both of his fists forward and ramming them into Drake's stomach as hard as he can manage, the watery energy swirling around in a mass of eddies and vortexes, raising up into the sky from the power of the impact. And through all this Sergio remains completely unharmed, apparently completely at home when completely immersed in his own energy.

Well, Domino has a lapse of common sense, is what happens. Call it reckless youth. Call it whatever you want. He just did something, like, way retarded. Domino thinks he can catch Sergio right off the wave. When Sergio's, like, up above him. Pretty addled, right? Right. God Almighty.

Needless to say, that retarded plan of action doesn't work out. Surprised as he is that Sergio even -got up- after that hit, the wave is even more surprising. Maybe that's why Domino's brain shorted out? Go figure. Either way, when he hops up to grab for Sergio, he just gets caught up into it, flailing around like a goddang epileptic ragdoll. By the end of it, the model is lying on his back, coughing, sputtering... and he rolls over to get back up, only the strain on his body is too much. Energy overload. He falls back down with a sigh.

-Man-, he's out of practice. So sure he had this fight... damned chi-wielders.

"Match is over! Winner by knockout, Sergio! Yes, -that- guy is Sergio! The guy that's standing!," declares the PA system.

Crowd cheers. Yeeeey. Domino groans. Damnation. "And while I'm up here," continues the PA, "I may as well inform you all that I'm the Devil, come for your souls! I'm about to declare a nuclear launch, and your mothers are all fat sows! Hahahahahah-.. wait, what? They have a translater? Man, I am -so- fired. ... Oh, son of a-" *crackle*

Indeed, by that point, a good few of the spectators have disappeared, flooding into what was a well-hidden brown van. And the van is rocking about furiously.

[OOC] Drake hates it when he overlooks projectiles. For seriously. As R1, he could've KO'd Jiro. But he went and countered a projectile without noticing, and it wound up a DKO.

[OOC] Sergio says, "Shit D:"

[OOC] Drake says, "No joke."

[OOC] Sergio says, "You tried countering the only to attacks I sent your way normally XD;"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Two."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Of course, I think I interupted all but 2 of yours, so. XD;"

[OOC] Drake is, like, sub-defense against chi. <_<

[OOC] Drake says, "And don't even get me started on Psi."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Yea x_x"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Let me guess, it all went into your reflex and throw?"

[OOC] Drake says, "Well, no. Not exactly."

[OOC] Arika hrms. To pose or not to pose... I don't know, I think that's a pretty good place to end it. I'll collect Drake after the log is done.

[OOC] Sergio can't dodge for shit. That's his main weakness XD;

[OOC] Drake is a dodge beast. Or supposed to be, anyway. has been sucking at that lately. D:

[OOC] Sergio says, "Well. You're like my alt."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Super dodge with sneaky counters on the side."

[OOC] Sergio says, "It's an evil, evil combo."

[OOC] Drake says, "People actually think it's a bad combination. u_u I kick aft. ...Seriously! I do! Usually. X_x;"

[OOC] Sergio says, "If pulled off you can actually take down people 2 or more ratios above you. If you fail. Uh."

[OOC] Sergio says, "I know, it's way underrated :D"

[OOC] Arika says, "He does do that, frequently."

[OOC] Arika says, "He's hit some bad luck is all. *patpats Drake*"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Have you noticed how many dodgers have been made lately though? D:"

[OOC] Sergio says, "I think 80% of the OCs are speedtype XD"

[OOC] Sergio says, "New ones, I mean."

[OOC] Arika nods.

[OOC] Arika says, "And most of those have SW too. >.>"

[OOC] Sergio says, "My build is best against anyone with charge, really."

[OOC] Drake was made before the boon of OCs, though! ._.;

[OOC] Sergio says, "Whitewater is a level 7 chi/phys with vari"

[OOC] Sergio says, "That's why what I did actually worked, I slapped priority on it :D"

[OOC] Drake D:

[OOC] Sergio says, "Against someone with charge, I can either throw crush, priority, or press"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Crush to annihilate their block changes, Priority if I think they'll interrupt, and Press if I decide to spam it all fight long :D"

[OOC] Sergio says, "'Can't dodge? take this :D :D :D'"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Of course, that tactic is very likely to end in a very painful poke interrupt."

[OOC] Drake loves fighting people with Charge. They rarely are willing to give up the boost to interrupt, despite the added chances. c.c

[OOC] Sergio says, "But Sergio doesn't- Pfahaha"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Sergio doesn't fight with his mind."

[OOC] Sergio says, "He just goes and does crazy things, and a lot of the times it just works"

[OOC] Sergio says, "And as for that, I've had 2 characters with charge, and I almost always poked out of them."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Also, I can totally pose again if you want, unless you want it to end there. ^^"

[OOC] Drake doesn't mind either way. Drake's kicking the crap out of himself for doing something so stupid. ._.;

[OOC] Sergio says, "Did Jaeger attack you with his max?"

[OOC] Sergio says, "He attacked me with it. I then proceeded to fail my super interrupt roll, and take a shitload of damage. That was Not Smart. D:"

[OOC] Drake says, "What was the max?"

[OOC] Drake says, "A railgun thing?"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Firing grenades and missiles."

[OOC] Drake says, "Oh."

[OOC] Drake says, "Guess not."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Well. He has mindset. 2 MAXs u_u"

[OOC] Drake bleh.

[OOC] Sergio says, "yea c_c"

[OOC] Drake says, "Cyborgs are the works of the devil."

[OOC] Sergio says, "That's a neat trick, honestly. Go from ubertank to holy shit dodged."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Hehe. He power failed a proj interrupting Whitewater though :D"

[OOC] Drake says, "Probably really sucked for him."

[OOC] Sergio says, "Yea. He ended up beating the tar out of me in the end though."

[OOC] Drake says, "Alas."

[OOC] Sergio says, "However, I win, becuase I interrupted his attack with Large Thrown Object. It was his own arm."

[OOC] Drake says, "What are you, high R1?"

[OOC] Sergio says, "Yep :D"

[OOC] Drake nods.

[OOC] Sergio gonna close the log here, namely because I'm soooo tired D:

[OOC] Sergio says, "That violence ended up being less mindless than anticipated n_n"

[OOC] Arika says, "You were tired hours ago. GO get sleep."
