Welcome to 30th Street Station, Philadelphia's primary railroad station. Offering local and intercity rail service, this station is always bustling with activity with plenty of people riding the rails, either for business or for pleasure. First opened in 1933, this train station is almost like a landmark for the city of Philadelphia. Which is why, outside of the station, a large ring has been set up while the general surrounding area has been cordoned off so that people can watch the upcoming match without fear of traffic or anything like that interrupting.
In one part of the ring is Katie Molina, better known as 'Katelynn,' one of the most prominent female practitioners of Shotokan Karate. Wearing her traditional karate garb, she is warming up for the match, practicing her maneuvers on an imaginary opponent.
The other participant in the fighter, however, appears to be running late, unless of course this were a one on none match. Some of the crowd appears to be a bit restless about this, and a certain amount of tension is building in the air, but fighters aren't always known for being prompt to their own matches.
Finally a cab starts to pull up as close as it can to the ring given the crowd surrounding it and out steps Miss Molina's match, decked out in military style and with the signature flattop, Guile is immediately obvious and a small cheer goes up through the crowd as he starts to make his way through, although the going is slow as the crowd starts to swarm around his path until a few officers here to make sure the crowd doesn't get out of hand move in to clear his path. The soldier hops up into the ring, walking right up to his opponent and thrusting out a hand, "Sorry for being late, I don't think that driver knew any of the streets."
Katelynn shakes Guile's hand firmly and nods. "It's not a problem, things happen sometimes that we can't always control. At any rate, let us fight well and may the best fighter win." She smiles warmly at Guile before returning to her corner.
Guile is quick to return the handshake, giving a silent nod of his head in response before turning back toward his own corner, and taking a moment to stretch out his shoulders, rotating them around in wide circles. Turning to face Katelynn, he pulls himself into a ready position. "Let's get this started."

Katelynn takes a moment to do a few side lunges to each side, followed by few quick arm stretches, before returning to her ready stance. "I stand ready to face you in battle," She says.

Guile is quick off the start, dashing across the ring with a bit more speed than a mine of his build would seem capable of, his arms lunging out in front of him as he approaches his opponent, attempting to grab hold of her by the top of her karate uniform and then swing her around over his shoulder, pivotting on one heel, before slamming her down onto the mat.

Utilizing her skills to the fullest extent, Katelynn braces herself for Guile's first attack. As soon as he grabs her, she carefully observes the direction Guile is throwing her, as well as how he's trying to throw her. That way, once she's thrown, instead of slamming onto the mat, she quickly rolls backward and springs to her feet. Without further ado, she brings her right foot up quickly, aimed at Guile's stomach.

Not expecting Katelynn to pull herself together so quickly, Guile's caught fully off guard by the kick as it slams into his midsection, causing his face to break into a wince, but it doesn't do much to slow the veteran fighter down. His hand curls into a fist as he thrusts it out full length, spinning around backward on one heel and attempting to bring the full force of the backside of his fist slamming into the side of Katelynn's head.

Seeing the fist coming at her, Katelynn brings her arms up to block the attack, but she's off in terms of timing, and finds herself getting smashed in the side of the head by Guile's fist. She staggers off to the side and finds herself dazed for a moment, before shaking the stars out of her head. She then resumes her stance, albeit a little bloodied and bruised, and then performs a spin kick with her rear leg, all while pushing forward with her front leg, causing her to fly at Guile with her rear leg now extended in front of her!

This time Guile seems to be ready for the attack to come in fast, and having the advantage of a clear head and years of fighting experience, he seems to be preparing for the assault the moment it starts up. His hands fly back to either side as Katelynn's pulling herself together, blue chi surrounding either fist as he begins to bring them forward at incredible speed, drawing the chi out into two long slashes in the air before his fists cross in front of him, the chi pulling together into a disc shape as Katelynn's kick is just about to strike and then launching out, slamming into her mid-section and slowing down the attack enough that only a portion of its force manages to come into contact with the soldier.
BOOM! Katelynn's foot barely makes contact with Guile as she's sent spinning sideways onto the mat, and she lands rather hard. As she gets back onto her feet, using the ropes to balance herself, one can see her face is a little more bloodied, and she's definitely having trouble standing up, even with the ropes. It's almost like she's ready to throw in the towel...
But wait! Just as she's about to go down, she illuminates with a blue aura of chi, and all of her weakness seems to fade from her as she stares at Guile. With a loud cry of 'KIAI!' she rushes at the soldier, attempting to deliver a carefully choreographed sequence of punches and kicks (what most martial arts know as a kata,) in a very last ditch attack.
Either way, this is the end of the line for Katelynn!

Barely even looking like he broke a sweat through the whole match, Guile's still in top form and easily manages to slide out of the path of the battered Katelyn''s assault. The fight seems to be over almost as quick as it started and a few members of the gathered audience let out boo's as the one-sided affair comes to an end. None of this seems to bother Guile too much as he simply holds out a hand toward his beaten opponent, "You've got some talent, you just need some more experience before you've got what it takes to beat me."
Katelynn's kata missed completely, and she literally collapses against the ropes. Nonetheless, she still manages to shake Guile's hand, and say, "Thank you, sir. We can't win them all, but this is just another learning experience for how to improve my skills." She then collapses onto the mat, her legs feeling like jelly as she lands in a seated position. Several ring doctors enter to check on her and make sure she's all right. Katelynn looks up once more and nods at Guile with a smile.
Guile returns the smile with one of his own, giving a quick nod before turning away. As he heads toward the edge of the ring, he slips a hand in his pocket and pulls out his comb, bringing it up through his hair a single time to straighten it back out before jumping out of the ring and pushing through the crowd before slipping down into the station, hopefully a subway can't get lost.
